Various problems related to the implementation of the Implementation of the General Election Commission Regulation Number 20 Concerning the Nomination of the People's Legislative Council, the Provincial Regional People's Legislative Assembly and the Regency/City People's Representative Council in Pandeglang district such as the unclear size and objectives of the policy, disputes still occur between election organizers, namely the KPU and Bawaslu. In addition, the lack of help desk staff provided by the KPU hinders the implementation of regulations and the uneven distribution of human resources from political parties to understand the regulations that have been explained. The main problem of this research is: how is the Implementation of the Republic of Indonesia General Election Commission Regulation No. 20 of 2018 Case Study in Pandeglang Regency? The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of these regulations in Pandeglang Regency. This study uses a type of qualitative research. This research was conducted at the General Election Commission of Pandeglang Regency. The data sources for this research were taken from primary and secondary data sources relating to the Implementation of General Election Commission Regulation Number 20. The results of the research show that the size and objectives of the policy are still fully agreed upon by the election organizers. The effectiveness of the help desk created by the KPU did not run optimally because it was only passive waiting for consultations from election participants. The characteristics of the implementing agency are quite good. The attitude of the tendency of the executor is quite good. Communication between organizations is quite good. The social and economic environment is quite good in supporting the implementation of the policy. Based on the research, it is known that four of the six indicators show positive results. So it can be concluded that the Implementation of the General Election Commission of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation No. 20 of 2018 in Pandeglang Regency was carried out well.

The Effect of Social Assistance and Community Participation on the Success of the Social Rehabilitation Program for Uninhabitable Houses (RS-RTLH) in Tapos Village, Cadasari District, Pandeglang Regency. The method used is a quantitative method with an associative correlational approach, and literature study to sharpen problem solving. From the calculation results, it is obtained that the value of r is 0.504. This shows that the implementation of the Social Assistance Program has a positive relationship. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination (KD) can influence the implementation of the Social Assistance Program by 25.40%. The remaining 74.60% is influenced by other factors not examined. While the effect of Community Participation in Program Implementation obtained an r value of 0.407, this indicates that Community Participation has a strong and positive relationship to Program Implementation. The coefficient of determination (KD) Community participation can influence program implementation by 16:56%. The remaining 83.44% is influenced by other factors not examined. While the R2 (R Square) value is 0280 with an Fcount value of 12,030 while an F table with a significance level of 5% is obtained by the degree of numerator k = 2 and df = nk-1 = 65-2-1 = 62, obtained by a Ftable value of 3,145. The results of Fcount (12.030) > Ftable (3.145), thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus variable X1 (Social Assistance) and Variable X2 Community Participation together have a significant effect on variable Y (Program Implementation).

The Village Consultative Body (BPD) has a joint task with the Village Head to plan and establish policies for implementing governance and the physical development of the Village. The Village Consultative Body (BPD) is also a representative of the community, in this case it can participate in supervising the implementation of development and administration in the village. In addition, the Village Consultative Body (BPD) is also obliged to facilitate the implementation of the duties of the Village Head. The reality of the problems that occur in the field is the lack of effectiveness of the BPD function in Policy Making. To analyze the problems that occur the author uses the theoretical reference put forward by Gibson in Winardi (2011: 28). The law used in this study is Law number 6 of 2014 concerning village article 61. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach using data collection techniques by interview, observation and documentation. The results of the research conducted by the authors say that the effectiveness of the function of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in policy making has not been effective. This is because the BPD does not yet know their respective duties and functions, the Kadubale Village Consultative Body does not play a role in carrying out its duties, in the preparation and discussion of village regulations, in agreeing on Kadubale village regulations, the BPD only follows the directions given by the village head.

Penelitian ini berfokus pada implementasi pengelolaan sampah TPST Bantargebang dalam menjamin kesejahteraan masyarakat yang memiliki tempat tinggal di sekitar tempat tersebut. Adapun tempat yang dipilih oleh peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian adalah TPST Bantargebang dan sekitarnya, dikarenakan tumpukan sampah Bantargebang yang setiap hari semakin bertambah jumlahnya dan daerah sekitarnya banyak bangunan rumah warga, maka dari itu peneliti berminat untuk meneliti masalah ini lebih dalam dengan mengacu pada teori pengelolaan menurut George R. Terry serta menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara langsung antara peneliti dan informan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah pemerintah masih kurang maksimal dalam pelaksanaan indikator manajemen terutama pada tahap pengawasan dan perencanaan keuangan. Oleh karena itu pemerintah diharapkan dapat lebih mengawasi implementasi kebijakan yang dijalankan oleh daerah masing-masing serta sering melakukan kontrol rutin.

The Smart Indonesia Program is cash assistance from the government that is given to students whose parents cannot afford to pay for their education (Regulation of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2015). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program at SMKN 1 Lembah Melintang, West Pasaman Regency. The problems in this research are the process of distribution and disbursement of aid funds that are not timely, program targets that are not quite right and monitoring and socialization that are still not optimal. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The researcher uses William N. Dunn's theory with indicators of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, alignment, responsiveness and accuracy. The results of the study found that the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program at SMKN 1 Lembah Melintang, West Pasaman Regency, had not been maximized. Due to the lack of supervision or outreach from the education office to the schools regarding the implementation of the program. Suggestions given by researchers include increasing socialization regarding the program to schools, providing knowledge to parents or guardians regarding the use of aid funds, schools to be more careful in recording student assistance recipients so that they are right on target, and increasing active communication between the Education Office and School.

The world of education is in a transitional period where there are many changes and adjustments in all aspects of the education sector, especially for the quality of teachers and teaching staff and the distribution of teachers and teaching staff is still not evenly distributed. Data Mining Techniques. And the K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm can classify some of the problems that teachers have. The data used for classification include the educational background of teachers, the needs of teachers in each school, data on the number of teachers and data on the number of schools. The results of the calculation of 2000 data resulted in the classification of each category of teachers, namely civil servant teachers, PPPK teachers, honorary teachers, and honorary teachers which were not linear between educational background and subjects taught. For PNS teachers who match the educational background, 30%. First aid teachers are in accordance with 20% education, for honorary teachers who are in accordance with the educational background of 10% and 40% for honorary teachers who are not in accordance with the educational background and subjects taught.

The government's efforts to support SDGs on access to clean water services, the Serang district government held a clean water assistance program in Puser Village. The clean water assistance program in Puser Village has three clean water assistance programs namely, Governor Assistance, PAMSIMAS and DAK. Even though there have been three program assistance from the Settlement Office, there are still many people in Puser Village who use irrigation water for their daily needs. This study aims to determine the impact of the clean water assistance program in Puser Village. Researchers use the theory of impact evaluation from Samoedra Wibawa with four indicators, namely the impact on individuals, the impact on society, the impact on organizations and the impact on social systems. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Primary data was obtained through observation and structured interviews with informants, namely the Puser Village community, the Village Government and the Serang Regency Settlement Office Government who were involved in managing the Clean Water Assistance Program. The results of the research on the evaluation of the clean water assistance program in Puser Village showed results that had little impact. This is due to the lack of community participation in using the clean water assistance program, as well as the lack of performance of KP-SPAM in tackling repairs to water towers which are one of the obstacles for the community to use the clean water program. The Government of the Serang Regency Settlement Service also acknowledged that the lack of assistance to the community hampered the process of changing the hygienic behavior of the people in Puser Village. The implementation of the online licensing system is one of the technology and information-based services that is expected by the community to facilitate access to public services, especially licensing and for investors in obtaining public services. Online licensing is a new thing that is applied in providing licensing services in the Lebak Regency Government, where the community is accustomed to direct and offline services. One of the impacts after online licensing was implemented effectively in 2018 was a very significant decrease in the number of license issuances compared to pre-online services. This writing aims to analyze the effectiveness of the online licensing system at the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) of Lebak Regency. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach is used in this writing to analyze the effectiveness of the online licensing system. The informants in this writing are officials, staff and people who make licenses online. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, the Online Licensing System at DPMPTSP Lebak Regency has not been effective. The dimensions used to measure effectiveness are goal achievement, integration and adaptation. Only the adaptation dimension has been achieved while the achievement of goals and integration has not been achieved. The steps and actions of DPMPTSP Lebak Regency so that the online licensing system can be effective are reducing system errors in the online licensing system by continuously developing the system. Making the online licensing system more understandable and increasing dissemination regarding the online licensing system through various media both print and electronic as well as direct socialization to the community.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation and career development on turnover intention through job satisfaction as intervening variable. In this research the method used is descriptive and causal method. Technique of collecting data using questionnaire with likert scale measurement. Determination of samples used slovin formula and obtained a sample of 99 respondents using quantitative data analysis methods. From result of calculation of SPSS v.20, result of research with significance level of 0,05% obtained conclusion: (1) there is negative and significant influence of financial compensation to turnover intention got tcount > ttable (-4.540 > 1.661) and sig value < 0.05 (0.00 < 0.05) (2) there is a negative and significant influence of career development toward intention turnover obtained tcount > ttable (-3.631 > 1.661) and sig value < 0.05 (0.00 < 0.05) (3) there is a positive and significant influence of financial compensation to job satisfaction obtained tcount > ttable (3.433 > 1.661) and sig value < 0.05 (0.01 < 0.05) (4) there is a positive and significant influence of career development on job satisfaction got tcount > ttable (2.431 > 1.661) and sig value < 0.05 (0.017 < 0.05) (5) there is negative and significant influence of job satisfaction toward intention turnover obtained tcount > ttable (-11.023 > 1.661) and sig value < 0.05 (0.00 < 0.05) (6) the job satisfaction variable gives a significant mediation effect of the financial compensation relationship to turnover intention with tcount > ttable (3.416 > 1.661) (7) the job satisfaction variable gives a significant mediation effect of the career development to turnover intention with t-count > t-table (2.502 > 1.661).

The policy of delegating some PAUD authorities to local authorities at village level has been implemented. However, the achievement of the target of rough participation figures has not increased significantly. The purpose of this paper is to gain an in- epth understanding of the aspects related to the evaluation results of the implementation of policies on the implementation of local- cale village-level authority on Early Childhood Education. The framework used is thinking Edward III (1980: 10) Evaluation results on the implementation of policies on the implementation of Early Childhood Education after the delegation of several authorities to local authority on a village scale has begun to increase but still needs to be maximized. Efforts to improve Early Childhood Education still need maximum support on effective aspects of communication, adequate resources, disposition or atitudes and bureaucratic structures.
