Abstract

Law Number 1 Year 1974 on Marriage is a Law that regulates how the marriage moment is implemented in Indonesia. In this Law there are several principles that become the foundation in the implementation of Marriage in Indonesia. That marriage is an innerborn bond to form a family, that marriage is lawful if exercised according to religion and belief, that the moment of marriage must be recorded, that marital status in marriage is equal, that there is an age limit in marriage, that the principle of Indonesian marriage adheres to the principle of monogamy , that complicated perceraain is part of the principles in Marriage. This research is aimed to get answers to the problem: How is the Application of Principles in Marriage Law in Indonesia? The invention of the answer to this question is pursued by the Empirical Normative Legal Research Method. The law acts as a Norm (Legislation), with due regard to social reality. The results of the study are: That for the sake of the implementation of the purpose of marriage, the principle in the Law of Marriage must be implemented. That there should be freedom without coercion in marriage, that a husband and wife should be a religionist, that there are sanctions for officials who do not register marriage, that men may only have one wife as women may only have one husband. That the reasons for divorce and its implementation should be carried out before the Court. Thus if these principles are implemented there will be a purpose of marriage. The state must provide space and facilities so that these principles can be established. As a basis that the obligation of the State is to be a forum for the implementation of religious activities carried out.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that affect the decision society in region Pandeglang in the credit in a Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Putra Mandiri Jaya. This research uses methods analysis descriptive and quantitative, with use analysis factor. Research was carried out in Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Putra Mandiri Jaya with the number of respondents as much as 169 people of the population as much as 292 people in region Pandeglang which become debtors in a Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Putra Mandiri Jaya. The data collected by using method of inquiry be reviwed with the analysis of factor using Statistical Program Social Scene (SPSS) versi 17.0 for windows. The results of research showed that there are four factors that influence the decision of the in region Pandeglang in the credit in a Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Putra Mandiri Jaya, is cultural factor, social factor, the personal factor, and psychological factor. Amount Variance explained each of these factor in succession, which is ,cultural factor by 53,688%, social factor 12,256% , personal factor by 9,024 % and psychological by 7,851%. Cultural factor being the most dominant influence the decision society in region Pandeglang in the credit in a Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Putra Mandir Jaya..

Abstract

This study aims to find out how village financial managers are in Cilograng Village, Cilograng District, Lebak Regency based on the Regent Regulation Number 9 of 2016. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, namely describes village financial management with the principle of Accountable, Transparent, Accurate Time, and Participative. The results of this study indicate that for management village finances in Cilograng Village, Cilograng District, Lebak Regency physically, interviews, and broad observations have revealed financial management in accordance with the applicable legal basis, namely Lebak Regent Regulation number 9 year 2016. This can be seen from the results of the inspection of Cilograng sub-district officials who stated that there were no problems in financial management in Cilograng Village. However The Cilograng Village Community Institution still needs coaching and guidance related to Village financial management so that they play a better role in planning, implementation and accountability.

Abstract

The non-cash transaction policy is Presidential Instruction Number 10 of 2016, regarding actions to prevent and eradicate corruption that are being followed up by the parties Ministry of Home Affairs by issuing circular letter SE910/1866/SJ which obliges the Regional Government to carry out non-cash transactions. One of them in Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning Banten Province. The purpose of this research is to find out how the non-cash transaction policy is implemented in the Department Banten Province Public Works and Spatial Planning. Based on the results of research that carried out at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning has carried out the transaction with non-cash, but due to the policy of non-cash transactions this is new policy, so the implementation is gradual because there are still a number of transactions that are made in cash. In this study, researchers used research methods descriptive qualitative. In collecting data the researcher made observations with visited the research location and interviewed several parties, such as: the treasurer general office, assistant treasurer, official implementing technical activities and third parties who related to find out how the implementation of non-cash transaction policies in the Office Banten Province Public Works and Spatial Planning. Conclusion of this research the non-cash transaction policy has been implemented in stages. Suggestions from research This is so that non-cash transactions can be carried out better so that every transaction can done in cashless.

Abstract

An organization is demanded that the implementation of the duties and functions of the organization be carried out quickly, smoothly and directed so that its implementation runs effectively and efficiently. To be able to maintain the sustainability of an organization, human resources that have superior quality in their fields are needed. In addition, humans resources must also have education in accordance with their position or position. As well as being encouraged with appropriate compensation to achieve good performance resulting in good work performance as well. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence between the level of education and compensation for work performance. The method used in this research is survey method, with quantitative correlation and regression approaches. The sample of 50 people taken from the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Serang City Education and Culture Office. Data processing method uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the level of education and compensation simultaneously or partially had a significant effect on employee work performance. From the results of the determination coefficient test, the determination the coefficient value is 0.351.

Abstract

This research is intended to find out and analyze the Implementation of Regulations Pandeglang Regency Area Number 10 of 2011 Concerning Public Service Retribution (Study The Case of Garbage/Cleaning Retribution at Pandeglang Market). Based on observation Initially there are several indications of problems as follows; (1) There is a discrepancy the amount of levy rates imposed; (2) There are no sanctions; (3) Lack of openness information; (4) Lack of facilities and infrastructure which include trash cans, trash bins, and the street in Pandeglang Market. Awareness of traders and buyers in habits throw garbage; (5) Lack of commitment and discipline of officers cleanliness. The method in this study is a qualitative approach, with using data validity and data analysis. The results of this study indicate that implementation of Pandeglang Regency Regional Regulation number 10 of 2011 concerning Public Service Retribution where one of which is regulated in the policy is Garbage/cleaning service retribution has not been implemented properly. Suggestions in this study include (1) the improvement and supervision of tariff implementation service fees; (2) the need for disclosure of information regarding service fees waste, and (3) increasing the number of janitors.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Role of the Village Government is to increasing Community participation in Village Development in Pasir Peuteuy Village Cadasari District, Pandeglang Regency, and the influencing factors implementation of community participation. The type of research used in This research uses descriptive research type (Qualitative Approach). Data collection techniques using observation, namely data collection with held a direct observation approach to the object of research and interviews where researchers held question and answer directly with respondents and informants with respect to the problem being studied and supported by primary and secondary data. As for the core of this research is the element of government administration The research method used is qualitative with the informants involved as many as 7 people. The results of the study show that the Role of the Village Government to increase Community participation in Village Development in Pasir Village Peuteuy, Cadasari District, Pandeglang Regency, has carried out the main tasks and its function is to implement regulations with the community, accommodate and properly convey the aspirations of the people. This is proven by ability The role of the village government is not only to accommodate and distribute, but also to the camat also realizing the aspirations of the community, in the form of village regulations though not all aspirations but made into Village Government regulations in the District. As for the factors that influence the implementation of development, society is a pattern cooperation to increase the prosperity of society to be prosperous, independent, good facilities, so that tomorrow will be better than today.

With the existing keywords, then: to find out actions in implementing the use of village funds based on rules or laws. The results of the utilization of village funds can be enjoyed by the people of Mekarjaya Village, Cijaku District, Lebak Regency. In this study using a type of qualitative research. This research was conducted in the office of Mekarjaya Village, Cijaku District, Lebak Regency. Sources of research data taken from several primary and secondary data relating to the Implementation of the Use of Village Funds and Village Funds in Mekarjaya Village, Cijaku District, Lebak Regency. The results of the study can be concluded that the village financial management has not been carried out properly this is due to the incompatibility that applies in the government of Mekarjaya Village including the authority in the division of tasks not according to their ability

Abstract

The condition of villages in Indonesia, Banten Province and Lebak Regency are mostly still included in the category of disadvantaged villages and very left behind. Since the implementation of Law no. 6/2014 efforts to reduce underdeveloped villages and villages are underdeveloped continuously by providing village authorities and budget transfers by the Government and Local Government. All this is done so that villages are able to independently escape from the backwardness of escorting various government and local government empowerment programs. The purpose of this paper is to gain an understanding of community empowerment and village which has been done with case study in Lebak Regency of Banten Province. The framework used is Stewart's (1998: 77) thought that empowerment is done by enabling, facilitating, consulting, collaborating, mentoring and supporting. Abstract

In this research, what is tested is the relationship between organizational communication satisfaction with the work motivation of employees at the Regional People's Representative Council Secretariat Office Tasikmalaya City with reference to the Pearson Product Moment correlation coefficient as well t effect test and coefficient of determination to find out whether there is an effect or not between these two variables and in order to stabilize the results of this research. The data collection technique uses questionnaires and interview results to add narrative description of the questionnaire results. The average relationship between organizational communication satisfaction and employee work motivation at the City Regional People's Representative Council Secretariat Office Tasikmalaya is STRONG with a value of 0.731. This indicates work motivation closely related to and determined by organizational communication satisfaction.
