Abstract

This research is based on the company's increasing competition, therefore, every company must have a good quality of service so as to provide satisfaction to customers to remain subscribed or use their products. This research aims to find out the influence of customer service on customer satisfaction at XL Center Rangkasbitung. The study uses quantitative research methods, analytical models used in simple linear regression tests, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and t tests using manual calculations. Data sources are obtained from the results of questionnaires that contain their opinions or assessments of customer service that affect customer satisfaction. Taken as many as 100 respondents determined by axidental technique. The results of this study showed that customer service positively affects customer satisfaction, this is based on the results of calculations that show a thitung value of 1,425 > a ttabel value of 1,282. While the large influence of customer service on customer satisfaction (adjusted r2) is50.8%. The simple linear regression equation obtained is Ȳ = 1.535 + 0.973X.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is: "To find out how much influence supervision of the Environmental Service on the compliance of business actors in carry out environmental monitoring and management in the City of Serang”. This research has a quantitative approach, is descriptive and associative. Population in this study were 387 business actors in Serang City. With the slovin technique, 80 samples were taken as internal respondents this research. The results of this study indicate that: There is an influence Supervision (X) has a significant effect on Business Actor Compliance (Y), because the tcount value for variable X (Supervision) is 7,289, while the value ttable for N = 80 of 1,990. So 7,289 > 1,990, it can be concluded that Partially the Supervision variable (X) has an effect on Actor Compliance Effort (Y). In the Summary Model it is proven that the value of R2 (R Square) is 0.405. This matter shows that 40.5% Supervision has a positive effect on Compliance of Business Actors while the remaining 59.5% has an effect on other factors not examined in this study. environmental monitoring carried out by the Serang City Environment Service had a positive effect and significantly to the compliance of business actors in carrying out management efforts and environmental monitoring in Serang City, this shows that the better the supervision carried out by DLH Serang City, the higher also the level of compliance that will be carried out by business actors in carry out environmental management as expected. This matter shows higher or frequent and periodic monitoring it will further increase the compliance of business actors. Better supervision is carried out consistently and continuously, it will the higher the compliance of business actors in managing the environment and implementing environmental regulations.

Abstract

This research discusses the Implementation of Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools by taking the locus in Lebak Regency. Islamic boarding schools are one of the important entities of religious institutions in Indonesia. Predicted to have existed since the 15th century AD, pesantren have a number of problems, starting from the legal aspect that not all pesantren have, limited infrastructure, the welfare of pesantren teachers who are still lacking, to data on Islamic boarding schools that differ from one government agency to another. In 2016, the DPR RI then proposed a bill on Islamic boarding schools to accommodate education in Islamic boarding schools, which numbered nearly 30,000. This draft law was later passed into Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools which accommodates a number of things such as the obligation to register as a legal entity, the existence of a funding scheme for Islamic boarding schools, the existence of financial reporting requirements, and the existence of a pesantren quality assurance system. This study aims to find out how Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools is implemented and to analyze the factors that support and hinder the implementation of Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools. To answer these problems, researchers used qualitative research methods. The study used several data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Research has found that the implementation of Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools has not run optimally. This is marked by weak coordination in obtaining permits, as well as funding for pesantren that is not on target. Therefore, the implementation of Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools needs strengthening by intensifying socialization and providing more detailed regulations under it.

Abstract

The background of the problem in this study is that there are still obstacles in the implementation of the personnel information system, namely in the adaptation of its management which requires skills and mastery of computer information technology and there is still a large amount of data that has not been updated in an electronic-based information system. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach in which the informants are the Head of the Personnel and Human Resources Agency and ASNs in each Tasikmalaya Regency Regional Apparatus Organization who are responsible for managing the personnel information system. The results of the study show that the implementation of the personnel information system in the Tasikmalaya Regency government office environment has been running effectively, but there is still something that needs to be improved in terms of management adaptation and there are still a lot of staffing data that have not been updated which can hinder work.

Abstract

The Social Security the people Banten unite (JAMSOSRATU) is one of the Banten Province Government's Social Protection and Security Programs to ensure that people from middleincome household groups can’t downward based on PPLS data that has been validated and verified as RTS (Target Household) and get Conditional Cash Social Assistance and Social Welfare Benefit (Sankesos). This study aims to find out how Implementation of Social Security Program of the People of Banten Unite (JAMSOSRATU) in Kecamatan Cimarga, Lebak Regency. This research is based on the theory of public policy implementation of Van Metter and Van Horn, which consists of measures and objectives of public policy, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, attitudes or trends, inter-organizational communication and implementing activities, and economic, social and political environment. The research method used is qualitative. This research finds that the implementation of Jamsosratu Program in Cimarga Sub-district of Lebak Regency has generally been running well. But there are still some things that still need to be fixed, such as investment in the form of saving money has not been achieved, the division of RTS assisted by each companion is not evenly distributed, there are still less able to approach with its RTS, still lack of communication made by the assistant with related parties in the field, socialization conducted by the local government only at the level of the Regional Device Work Unit.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the problems and solutions that can be done to overcome the problem of copyright protection against the circulation of pirated compact disks (CDs) in Serang City based on Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright. The formulation of the problem and the purpose of this study is to see how copyright protection against pirated CDs in Serang City based on Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright and countermeasures carried out by law enforcement officials. In addition, the purpose of this study is to find out the protection of pirated CD copyright and efforts to counter the circulation of pirated CDs in Serang City. The research methods used in this research are empirical juridical research, sources and types of data that consist of primary data and secondary data with interviews and literature.

Abstract

Interorganizational cost management is a strategic cost management approach for managing costs that span organizational boundaries in a supply chain. Drawing on a resource-based view of the firm, we develop a model to predict the interrelated resources that enable firms to manage inter-organizational costs. We test this model using a survey of managerial accountants whose organizations are part of the supply chain. Using structural equation modeling, we conclude that internal e-integration resources, external e-integration, internal cost management, and absorption capacities play significant direct and indirect roles in the development of inter-organizational cost management (IOCM) resources. We find that these resources are interrelated and together are useful in enabling companies to benefit from managing costs across organizations. We find in particular the importance of relational resources related to absorptive capacity in IOCM resource development. Our research contributes to theory and practice by explaining how certain resources can be combined to enable companies to better manage costs between organizations. Data were analyzed using SEM with the help of SmartPLS version 3.0 software. This study uses the Field Research and Library Research methods, for data collection and data collection the researcher uses a purposive technique with standard classification criteria that have been determined to obtain accurate primary data based on the research theme taken. .

Abstract

Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18/Permentan/RC.040/4/2018 Concerning Guidelines for the Development of Agricultural Areas Based on Farmer Corporations. Where this Ministerial Regulation (Permen) aims to; a) increase added value and competitiveness of regions and agricultural commodities for the sustainability of national food security; b) strengthening the farming system as a whole in one area management; and c) strengthening farmer institutions in accessing information, technology, infrastructure and public facilities, capital as well as processing and marketing. Community Economic Institutions are presented as a solution and alternative for economic development in small communities with and implementation concepts from Van Metter and Van Horn 1) Goals and Policies 2) Resources 3) Implementing Agents 4) Disposition 5) Communication and 6) Socio-Economic Culture Environment, using qualitative research methods, the Jagaraksa Customary Forest, which is managed by indigenous peoples, has carried out the rhythm of life for a long time. The Government's approach through Development policies for the establishment of Institutions to encourage the economic potential of local communities with family, democratic and professional aspects. Since the formation of the Institute in 2018, this development has not been perfect, in other words the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18/Permentan/RC.040/4/2018 Concerning Guidelines for the Development of Agricultural Areas Based on Farmer Corporations has not been properly fulfilled. Government participation as a facilitator is a major factor for the successful development of community institutions. So that the optimal results of the formed institution become a role model for institutional development and lead to corporate sustainability.

Abstract

This research is set in the development of the times, the media period develops rapidly from year to year. Starting from conventional media until finally in this digital era social media became the most popular media among modern society. This research aims to find out the Influence of Endorsements On Sales Turnover of Babytirx.id Products on Instagram. This research uses quantitative research methods. The analysis model used in the determination coefficient test and normality test uses the SPSS V20 application to calculate it. The data source is obtained from the results of questionnaires that contain their opinions or assessments of Endorsements that affect the Sales Turnover of Babytrix.id Products on Instagram and also sales results data after doing endorsements of Babytrix.id products. Taken as many as 30 respondents determined by axidental technique. The results of this study show that the Endorsement Variable has a positive and significant effect on Sales Turnover. Based on the results of the Calculation of Determination Coefficient shows the value of R of 0.525 so that the termination value of 27.56% while the remaining 72.44% is influenced by other factors that are not studied. Endorsement use is proven to have a positive and significant effect on the Sales Turnover of Babytrix.id Products on Instagram.

Abstract

Background of this research is started when Depok City, Java Province, become first city that infected by Corona Virus Desease in Indonesia, October 2021 Depok become orange zone, meaning Depok Government succed decrease the spread of Covid-19. Counting on one year of pandemic, some of Communication strategy been implemented, divided as four phases: Outbreak, during Limitation Scale, New adaptation, and Behaviour Changing. Concept that be used as guidance are about adjustment of bureaucracy from Prasojo (2020). Research methode that used is descriptive qualitative. Approaching by literature study from government and other resources that relevant. The result is Government of Depok City had capability to implement those five component. Government needs to strengthen the application of the related Depok Covid-19 Information Center (PICODEP) so that reconciliation data can be easily clarified, so that it can be the basis for policy formulation.
