Abstract

Introduction to regional songs is part of the arts and culture subject in the Elementary School curriculum. Currently, students learn regional songs through books that only provide the lyrics, and there are limitations in the song variations. The singing learning process is conducted by teachers. Teachers routinely teach the same regional songs every year, resulting in many other regional songs never being taught. The challenge arises when teachers have to determine which regional songs should be prioritized in learning, due to a lack of information about known and familiar regional songs among students. The research aims to support decisions on prioritizing regional songs in the teaching and learning process based on their popularity among different student groups. With a web-based system, it becomes easier to determine and categorize the popularity levels of regional songs among elementary school students, specifically at SDN Margahayu XIII in this case. The algorithm used to process and categorize these regional songs is K-Means, which is a non-hierarchical data clustering method aiming to partition data into two or more groups. The research results in a decision support system providing clustering results based on values or criteria that closely align with the popularity levels. The final outcome is a decision support system that can be used to determine which regional songs should be prioritized for learning in the teaching process based on their popularity levels.

Abstract

This research aims to produce an output in the form of an application that functions to manage work meeting activities in an organization, whether formal, government, private or non-formal institutions. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Computer Science, Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya, from January 2023 to November 2023. Work meetings are staff meetings to discuss matters related to the implementation of work duties within an agency, organization or company. In this work meeting, it is necessary to record the costs incurred for meeting activities, document and archive them for administrative purposes as well as supporting evidence for an activity. Based on researchers' observations, minutes of work meeting activities, including attendance of work meeting participants, are still done manually, namely recorded using MS Word or Excel, so the data is often difficult to obtain or takes a long time to find. Based on these problems, it is necessary to have an application that can manage recaps of work meeting activities such as meeting minutes, meeting participants and photo documentation in real time, so that all meeting participants can know the results of the meeting directly. The system development method in this research is using the prototype method, the application is developed using the native PHP programming language and the database used is MySQL. The application created is expected to help government, private and other agencies in managing work meeting activity data optimally.

Abstract

Viral pneumonia is one of the most serious health issues. The key problem in providing early detection and rapid mitigation through the use of chest X-ray imaging has become the ability to identify accurately. The ResNet-152 convolutional neural network approach will be used in this study to predict viral pneumonia. The input dataset was obtained from Kaggle.com. The accuracy findings from this investigation obtained a substantial value, namely 0.99, indicating that the model used performed admirably. The model used can efficiently distinguish between the viral pneumonia dataset and other datasets. It is intended that the findings of this study will be used to inform early decisions in related medical sectors.

Abstract

This research designs and implements a web-based attendance application using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm at SMK Negeri 4 Bekasi. The aim is to address common issues in manual attendance processes, namely, lack of efficiency and accuracy. The methods employed include designing a responsive website interface, implementing the CNN algorithm for facial recognition, and configuring an efficient data management system. Evaluation encompasses attendance accuracy, operational efficiency, and application responsiveness in real-world school environments. The research findings indicate that the web-based attendance application utilizing the CNN algorithm offers an effective solution for attendance recording at SMK Negeri 4 Bekasi.

Abstract

CV. Anjas Group Indonesia and its subsidiary, Anjas Konveksi, are business entities that focus on the production and sale of clothing such as t-shirts, shirts, jackets, and the like. The availability of various products often confuses some customers in making choices that suit their desires. To overcome this, a recommendation system is needed that can help customers find products that match their preferences, facilitating the buying process. In this research, the Item Based Collaborative Filtering approach is used, which aims to find similarities between the purchasing patterns of one product and another (item similarity). The system will look for similarity values between products based on cosine similarity. After getting the rating value between products, the Item Based Collaborative Filtering method will be used to provide recommendations to customers according to their preferences.

Abstract

This research designs and implements a website-based goods inventory application using the Sequential Search (SS) algorithm in Steel Ship UKM. The aim is to overcome problems that often occur in the process of borrowing and returning goods, frequent loss of goods, and to be more efficient in recording outdoor equipment. Implementation of this sequential search algorithm to search for items based on the date the user borrowed and returned the item. This evaluation was carried out on the logistics bureau division in recording goods, borrowing and returning goods in real world conditions within the organization and externally. The results of this research show that the application Website-based inventory of goods that utilizes the sequential search (SS) algorithm can provide an effective solution for recording outdoor equipment and borrowing and returning outdoor equipment transactions both internally and externally at UKM Kapal Baja.

Abstract

Information is one of the key words in the era of globalization, in life activities it requires information that is useful for everyone. Submission of information to students at Bhayangkara University is delivered in several ways, namely, wall magazines, faculty whatsapp groups, and academic information systems for information related to teaching and learning activities. Some of these methods are still considered to be less effective in some cases that the authors found in the field. For example faculty staff often find it difficult to reply to all student questions in the faculty whatapps group, this is an obstacle for students to obtain accurate information In order to meet information needs at Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta it is considered necessary to implement atechnology chatbot to produce accurate information about information they need. the method used is Natural Languge Processing (NLP) which focuses on natural language processing. the result of implementing chatbot thisis being able to complete the work on faculty staff to help reply to questions posed by students through thegroup whatsapp facultyand the information obtained by students is much faster because there is no need to wait for replies from faculty staff.
