Abstract

Tujuan penelitian secara umum untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis metode murabahah pada BMT Bina Umat sebagai solusi dalam transaksi jual beli secara cicilan di Kec. Air Kumbang Kab. Banyuasin. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan model penelitian lapangan (field research), pengelolaan data dan sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder, dengan metode pengambilan data yaitu dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi, Teknik Analisa data dilakukan dengan cara interpertasi, kritik sumber dan deskripsi. Adapun temuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: pertama,metode murabahah pada BMT Bina Umat sebagai solusi dalam transaksi jual beli secara cicilan di Kec. Air Kumbang Kab. Banyuasin dilakukan karena metode Murabahah pada BMT Bina Ummat Madani memakai wakalah untuk diberikan oleh anggota, karena sistem seperti itu bagi BMT Bina Ummat Madani sangat mempermudah untuk kedua belah pihak yakni pihak BMT dengan pihak anggotanya. Kedua, faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan metode murabahah pada BMT Bina Umat sebagai solusi dalam transaksi jual beli secara cicilan di Kec. Air Kumbang Kab. Banyuasin yaitu faktor pendung Banyak masyarakat muslim yang memiliki wadah untuk nabung, Banyak masyarakat yang tertolong jika ada yang butuh dana, Kemajuan BMT Bina Ummat serta meningkatkan omset dan Jika terjadi kenaikan pada penjualan maka tabungan akan meningkat. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu: Macetnya pembiayaan nasabah atau telat ansuran, Terjadinya kematian dan Terjadinya musibah bencana alam

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian secara umum untuk mengetahui implementasi fungsi ikatan remaja masjid dalam meningkatkan kemakmuran Masjid Al-Wahab Jl. Puding Kecamatan Ilir Timur 1 Palembang. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan model penelitian lapangan (field research), pengelolaan data dan sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder, dengan metode pengambilan data yaitu dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi, Teknik Analisa data dilakukan dengan cara interpertasi, kritik sumber dan deskripsi. Adapun temuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: implementasi fungsi ikatan remaja masjid dalam meningkatkan kemakmuran Masjid Al-Wahab Jl. Puding Kecamatan Ilir Timur 1 Palembang terlihat pada keterlibatan ikatan remaja masjid dalam kegiatan keseharian dan program-program kepengurusan masjid Al-Wahab diantaranya yaitu adanya pengajian yang terbagi ke dalam tiga kelompok besar terdiri dari (a) pengajian tingkat anak-anak, (b) pengajian tingkat remaja masjid, dan (c) pengajian ibu-ibu. Keterlibatan dalam peringatan hari besar Islam diantaranya merayakan semarak hari besar Islam dengan mengadakan lombah-lombah, pada acara inti mengadakan cerama agama, dan membantu masjid dalam penggalangan dana perayaan hari besar Islam. Keterlibatan dalam ibadah fardu keseharian diantaranya azan, bilal bulan puasa, tadarus Al-Qur,an, kultuk sebelum shalat tarawih dan panitia zakat. Program kerja ikatan remaja masjid turunan dari program kerja pengurus masjid yang mana beriringan dan saling ketergantungan. Dengan adanya program-program yang diadakan ikatan remaja masjid dengan pendekatan sosial dan keagamaan meciptakan kemakmuran masjid Al-Wahab Palembang.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Implementation of a moral development program in controlling the behavior of students at AL-Karim Integrated Islamic Middle School (IT)." The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the program and control of students' behavior from knowledge, experience and habituation. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. There are two data sources used, namely primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reductions (data reduction), data display (data presentation), data verification (drawing conclusions). The results of the research show that the implementation of the program and controlling students' behavior in developing morals through extracurricular activities at AL-Karim Integrated Islamic Middle School (IT) has been created very well, this is proven by six students being said to be very good and one student being said to be good. This proves that the moral development of students through extracurricular activities at AL-Karim Integrated Islamic Middle School (IT) is very good. There are supporting and inhibiting factors in moral development. Supporting factors are, 1) The existence of a vision, mission 2) The existence of appropriate and mature planning 3) Competent and experienced educators 4) There is good management. 5) The existence of facilities and infrastructure. Inhibiting factors are, 1) disciplined attitudes, for example when praying there are still students who are not serious 2) midday prayers in congregation are sometimes not carried out due to lack of clean water.Keywords: Program, Morals, Behavior

Abstract

A da'wah strategy is a plan that contains a series of activities designed to achieve the goals of da'wah so that the da'wah runs well and smoothly. For the Penghulu's Da'wah Strategy in forming a quality family at the Kemuning District Religious Affairs Office, the Penghulu has implemented various methods including da'wah strategies in order to form a healthy and quality family. The family is the smallest unit in society which has an important role in forming quality individuals. In this context, the headman as a religious figure has a significant role in guiding the prospective bride and groom in forming a quality family based on religious teachings. The aim of this research is to analyze the penghulu's preaching strategy in forming a quality family for the prospective bride and groom. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting a literature review and content analysis related to the penghulu's da'wah strategy. The results of the analysis show that there are several strategies that can be used by the bride and groom to form a quality family for the bride and groom. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on research results, according to Poerwadarmita, coaching is an effort, action and activity that is carried out efficiently and successfully to obtain better results. A personal approach is an important strategy that allows the celebrant to interact individually with the bride and groom. By understanding the background, needs and personality of the bride and groom, the celebrant can convey the da'wah message in a relevant and easy-to- understand manner. The celebrant needs to provide solid religious education to the prospective bride and groom, including an understanding of Islamic teachings and the application of religious values in everyday life. This will equip the prospective bride and groom with a strong foundation in building a family based on religious values.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled “The Effect of Implementing the Marriage Management Information System (SIMKAH) on Employee Performance at the District Religious Affairs Office. Sematang Form”. SIMKAH is a policy program issued by the government to be implemented at the District KUA which aims to facilitate the presentation of marriage data at the KUA. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of implementing SIMKAH on employee performance at KUA Kec. Semang Form. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The source data used is primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used in this research are questionnaires and documentation. Sampling was carried out using all 31 KUA employees. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis with validity tests, reliability tests, basic assumption tests (data normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test). The results of this research show that there is an influence of implementing SIMKAH on employee performance, this can be seen from the results of management data using SPSS version 26 which obtained a calculated t value <t table (0.054<1.812) and a significant value of 0.957>0.05. This is also the coefficient of determination or R of 0.128 which shows that 12.8% has no influence while the remaining 87.2% is influenced by other factors not studied.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the understanding of Islamic business ethics possessed by clothing traders in the Teluk Lubuk Village Traditional Market, Muara Enim Regency, to find out how the objective conditions and ethics of clothing traders in the Teluk Lubuk Village Traditional Market, Muara Enim Regency, and to find out certain aspects of the Islamic business ethics review of clothing traders in the Teluk Lubuk Village Traditional Market, Muara Enim Regency. This type of research is a field research with primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, Data analysis techniques in this study are qualitative descriptive by means of data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion. The results showed that: First, the understanding of clothing traders in Teluk Lubuk Village Traditional Market, Muara Enim Regency regarding Islamic business ethics concluded that traders do not know what Islamic business ethics are. However, they know that in trading there are rules that have been regulated according to Islamic law. Second, the objective and ethical conditions of clothing traders in this market reflect the dynamics of traditional markets in general, where traders are competing to offer their merchandise at various prices and quality. Clothing traders at Teluk Lubuk Village Traditional Market show various ways and situations in conducting their business. Third, the ethics of clothing traders in the Teluk Lubuk Village Traditional Market, Muara Enim Regency are partly in accordance with Islamic business ethics, and most are not in accordance with Islamic business ethics, namely shirking obligatory prayers, not keeping promises, and hiding information about old or damaged goods.

Abstract

This research discusses "The Role of Leadership in Shaping the Character of Santri in Ma'had Miftahul Jannah District. Rambutan District. Banyuasin.” Leadership or leadership roles are a set of behaviors that are expected to be carried out by someone according to their position as a leader. The problems in this research are (1) What is the Role of Leadership in Shaping the Character of Santri in Ma`had Miftahul Jannah District. Rambutan District. Banyuasin?, (2) How to Measure the Success of the Leadership Role in Shaping the Character of Santri in Ma`had Miftahul Jannah District. Rambutan District. Banyuasin? This research aims to find out the role of leadership in shaping the character of students and how to measure the success of leaders in forming the character of students. The research method used is a qualitative research method, then the data collection tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is qualitative descriptive by means of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. This research analyzes Henry Mintzberg's theory, namely personal role (interpersonal role), role of decision maker (decision role), role of information source (informational role). The results of this research show that the students' poor character is caused by environmental factors where they live and social interactions outside the ma'had. However, Ma'had's leadership or leadership has carried out its role as a leader well in forming the character of its students, resulting in the formation of good student character.

Abstract

 This thesis is entitled "Discourse Analysis of Reporting on the Palestinian and Israeli Conflict on the Online Media CNBC Indonesia.com". News discourse analysis is an approach used to examine and understand the context, structure and meaning implications of text or discourse related to a topic. The problem in this research is how to analyze news discourse about the conflict between Palestine and Israel. This research aims to examine the analysis of news discourse about the conflict between Palestine and Israel. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with Teun A.Van Dijk's discourse analysis which is discussed only on the text dimension. This is focused because the object studied is news text. Through observation and documentation carried out by researchers. The results show that the conflict in the news is increasingly continuing due to various factors (1) Attacks and retaliation create a cycle of violence that is difficult to stop, (2) Provocation and response are triggers from both parties, (3) Political disagreements, differences of opinion make it difficult to reach an agreement peace, (4) Casualties and damage to infrastructure further worsen the situation, (5) The presence of extremism from both sides increasingly complicates and prolongs the conflict. Researchers concluded that news about the Palestinian and Israeli conflict on CNBC Indonesia.com was neutral and highlighted the cycle of violence without taking sides. This conflict is difficult to stop because the response to provocation reflects the high tension between the two.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Strategy for the Revitalization Program for the Office of Religious Affairs in Improving Community Religious Services in Muara Pinang District, Empat Lawang Regency". The revitalization of the Kua sub-district religious affairs office is a priority program of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. The Empat Lawang Regency Ministry of Religion office has implemented the program, especially in Kua, Muara Pinang sub-district. The purpose of this research is to determine the strategy for the revitalization program of the sub-district religious affairs office in improving community religious services and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in the religious services of the Muara Pinang sub-district religious affairs office, Empat Lawang district. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. There are two data sources used, namely primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The location of this research is Muara Pinang Baru village, Jl. Prince, Muara Pinang sub-district, Empat Lawang district. According to Miles and Huberman, the data analysis technique used is in three stages, namely data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing/verification. The theory used is according to Minister of Religion Decree number 758 of 2021 concerning the revitalization of the religious affairs office, formulating six strategies for increasing institutional capacity, improving service standards, digital transformation of services, improving the quality of human resources, strengthening regulations and strengthening integration. The results of this research are the strategies carried out by the Muara Pinang sub-district religious affairs office, namely by changing the service profile at the KUA which has been documentation and administration in nature to become oriented towards community needs, in the form of guidance, services, consultation and assistance on family and religious issues as well as for active and responsive in service to describe the Kua revitalization program strategy in its implementation of providing community religious services. The evaluation uses stages in the dimensions of public service quality in the form of tangibility, reliability, assurance, empathy, responsiveness in providing religious services to the community in order to expect excellent service quality for the needs of the community. There are obstacles in the form of problems, namely human resources that are still lacking, facilities and infrastructure that are still inadequate both in terms of effectiveness and comfort in providing religious services to the community. The kua revitalization policy that has been implemented is still not optimally implemented.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Da'wah Strategy DKM in Prospering the Al-Imam Asy-Syafi'i Mosque, Kecamatan Seberang Ulu II, Kota Palembang". The purpose of this research is to determine the da'wah strategy used by the DKM (Mosque Prosperity Council) and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in the prosperity of the Al-Imam Asy-Syafi'i mosque, Seberang Ulu II District, Palembang City. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. There are two data sources used, namely primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The location of this research is Jl. Ki Anwar Mangku Lr. Asli, Kecamatan Seberang Ulu II, Kelurahan Sentosa, Kota Palembang. According to Miles and Huberman, the data analysis technique used is in three stages, namely data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this research are to find out the da'wah strategy used, namely by softening people's hearts by always mingling with noble morals and providing assistance such as in the distribution of zakat and sacrificial meat, and also da'wah which is carried out scientifically by understanding the Al-Qur'an and Al- hadith with the understanding of the blessed generation, namely the friends or with scientific study activities held by DKM, as well as by holding corpse training practices or the Dauroh and Tahsin programs. Then, the inhibiting factor in the prosperity of the Al-Imam Asy-Syafi'i mosque is that there are still people who do not fully support the activities at the Imam Asy-Syafi'i mosque. Meanwhile, the supporting factors are the enthusiasm of the congregation in participating in the recitation and supporting all activities including the congregation outside the mosque environment, good coordination between the congregation and DKM, adequate human resources, and good management.
