Abstract

This research discusses "Islamic Counseling Guidance Through Da'wah Mau'izah Hasanah in Correcting Negative Behavior in Students of the Daarul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School, Talang Kelapa District". This research aims to increase positive behavior and find out Islamic Counseling Guidance through Mau'izah Hasanah Da'wah in Correcting Negative Behavior in Pupils at the Daarul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School, Talang Kelapa District. This type of research is a type of field research with a descriptive approach. Data collection tools include observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The subjects of this research were 10 female students at the Islamic boarding school "Daarul Hikmah, Talang Kelapa District". The results of the research show that the condition of female students is better and more accepting of themselves than before. Where these female students can be seen so far being able to change themselves little by little, being more able to accept the existing situation, and continuing to try to always learn from previous situations and as time goes by and in the process of maturation they will understand and comprehend.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This researcher discusses the issue of feminism in a film entitled Bombshell. The title of this research is a female journalist's interpretation of feminism in the film Bomshell. Where this research aims in the long term is to provide input to film producers or directors regarding the audience's acceptance of female journalists in the city of Palemang regarding the issue of feminism in the film Bombshell. In this research, the researcher used a qualitative method with an Encoding and Decoding reception analysis approach, using Stuart Hall's reception theory. This is to observe the results of the collation between audience discourse and media discourse. Understanding the existence of the issue of feminism is a matter of differences in interpretation between informants using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation of the results obtained from this research, namely that the five informants gave different meanings to the issue of feminism in the film Bombshell, based on the results, knowledge, patterns different thoughts and experiences. Thus, the results obtained from this research were four informants who agreed with the message, issues and all segments conveyed by the film Bomshell, which means being in a position of Dominant Hegemony, and there was one informant who disagreed and gave his own views on one of the segments in the film. the bombshell. which means being in a negotiation position. The conclusion of this research is that it will hopefully provide information, insight and hopefully the audience will be able to take away the moral values and messages contained in the film. With this research, it is hoped that viewers will have active skills in interpreting the messages contained in film media.

Abstract

A movie is an audio-visual communication tool used by its maker to convey a message. Given the diverse ethnicities and tribes in Indonesia, movies should provide fair information about culture. The movie Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap was released in mid-2022. The drama genre film written by Bene Dion Rajagukguk focuses on a Toba Batak family conflict. The Batak culture that appears very complex makes this movie very debatable. The Toba Batak culture depicted in the movie Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap is the subject of this research. This research uses Roland Barthes' theory of denotation, connotation and myth. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Primary data of this research is Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap movie and secondary data is obtained from books, journals and the internet. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation and documentation. The results of the research and discussion show that the Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap movie is proven to have elements of Batak culture, as well as the denotation meaning contained in the film, namely food, customs and language, connotation makes the real meaning, and the myth in this movie is the legend of Lake Toba, and Holbung Hill.

Abstract

The journalist profession has an important role in the process of delivering messages to the wider community. Representation of this profession is not only limited to writing, it can also be found in a song work. The Story of a Journalist is a song composed by Jamal Abdillah that describes the experiences and challenges faced by a journalist. This study aims to clarify how the representation of the journalist profession and the content of the message in the song "The Story of a Journalist" by Jamal Abdillah. This research includes qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques are carried out with documentation techniques because the object is in the form of songs. While the analysis technique with two-stage meaning based on Roland Barthes' Semiotic Theory. The lyrics of this song are in Malaysian Malay, so researchers translate it into Indonesian first. In the first stage, researchers interpret song lyrics by revealing the meaning of connotations, denotations, and myths. Furthermore, conduct in-depth research with the real journalist profession.  This research resulted in the conclusion that: 1) Jamal Abdillah described a journalist clearly based on the actual professional duties of journalists in the lyrics of his Malaysian Malay song entitled "The Story of a Journalist". 2) Jamal Abdillah tells the story of a journalist's career journey that was not easy and full of challenges. From the first verse to the fourth, he elaborates the story of a journalist continuously. Starting from the first verse that describes the task of a journalist who works without time to find news that can change people's mindsets. The second stanza represents the profession of a journalist who works based on a journalistic code of ethics and must be prepared to face obstacles in finding news that will later be published in cyberspace. Then in the third verse, the researcher gets the results of the analysis that the realm of a journalist in finding news is no longer limited to challenges. With the invisible movement of journalists' work, it makes him sometimes praised but sometimes forgotten. Finally, the analysis of the fourth stanza represents the noble intention of a journalist in boosting information in various aspects of people's lives, one of which is the art world for artists. Not only that, Jamal Abdillah also saw the number of journalists whose lives were not protected so that not a small number of journalists died while on duty. The message and deep meaning in each verse of this song invites listeners to appreciate the steps of a journalist, where people just enjoy the treat of published news without seeing the movement when the journalist is on duty.

Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of "Investigative Journalism in Film Collective (2019)". The research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Collective film which is a collection of documentary results covering investigations into poor health facilities in Romania. The purpose of this research is to find out the investigation process in the film. This research uses qualitative methods with investigative journalism theory. The results of this research show that there are 5 investigative processes in the film, including: Collecting Documents, Searching for Physical Evidence, Searching for Witnesses, Writing a Report, and finally Publication. However, this film only explores 3 investigative processes, namely searching for physical evidence, collecting documents and searching for witnesses. This is considered reasonable, if this film only focuses on these three processes, because if these three processes are incomplete then investigative journalists cannot write results reports and publications. Because, all three are related to each other, this proves that investigative journalists carry out multiple verifications, not just one verification.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Mudir Leadership Style in producing Da'i at the Raudhatul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School, Payaraman Village, Ogan Ilir Regency". The background of this research is the lack of mudir leadership in producing preachers at the Raudhatul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School. The purpose of this research is to determine the leadership style in producing preachers at the Raudhtaul Qur'an Islamic boarding school and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for a student to become a preacher at the Raudhtaul Qur'an Islamic boarding school. The approach used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation techniques using primary and secondary data. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is interactive analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The theory used in this research is the Evans-Haous path-goal theory related to leadership style and the theory of Faizah and Lula Machsin Effendi related to the nature of a preacher. Based on the results of this research, it shows that the mudir leadership style has a significant influence on producing preachers. A leadership style that is inclusive, motivating and provides good examples tends to produce quality preachers who are able to become role models for society, and the inhibiting and supporting factors for santri to become preachers, the inhibiting factors are lack of motivation and lack of Islamic boarding school religious education facilities. And the supporting factors motivate students internally, adequate educational facilities for students. Thus, this research examines the importance of the mudir's role in producing competent and integrated preachers at the Raudhatul Qur'an Payaraman Islamic Boarding School, so that they can contribute positively to building society and the people.Keywords: Leadership style, Printing Da'i.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "The Role of Religious Institutions in the Midst of the Conflict in the Election of the Head of Celikah Village, Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency". This research was motivated by the conflict during the election of the Celikah village head. The aim of this research is to determine the role of the Celikah Village P2UKD religious institution in resolving the conflict in the election of the village head as well as the factors that caused the conflict in the election of the head of the Celikah Village. The method used in this research is field research, which is qualitative research using types and sources of data supported by data collection techniques taken from objects directly in Celikah Village. The results of this research show that the role of P2UKD which was formed by the Kayuagung District Religious Affairs Office was carried out very well, by making the role of P2UKD as a forum for carrying out activities, then to achieve the vision, mission and goals of religious institutions, as a forum for the actualization of members or with other religious institutions. Furthermore, the P2UKD institution was successful in playing the role of a religious institution in Celikah Village, because P2UKD is considered sacred in Celikah Village, whatever happens in Celikah Village is always associated with P2UKD. Factors that caused conflict in the election of the Celikah Village Head included discommunication, differences in goals, differences in assessment or perception.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "This thesis is entitled "The Strategy of the KUA of Sungai Menang District in Handling the Impact of Early Marriage through a Proactive approach (In a Case Study of the Community of Sungai Menang District, OKI Regency)". This research is motivated by the large number of early marriages and the lack of public awareness about the negative impact of early marriage in Sungai Menang District. The purpose of this research is to find out what strategies are carried out by KUA employees and counselors in Sungai Menang Sub-district in dealing with the impact of early marriage and to find out what factors can influence public awareness of the impact of early marriage through a proactive approach. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation using primary and secondary data. While in the data analysis technique used interactive analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. This research data uses the Impact of Early Marriage Theory popularized by Ngiyatul Khasanah and the KUA Strategy Theory popularized by Ayu Rahadianti and Azis Muslim. Based on the results of this study, there are still many people who enter into early marriage with various factors that occur, lack of public awareness of the impact of early marriage, and people who ignore the advice given by the extension workers, However, there are also people who understand and understand the impact of early marriage so that they do not enter into early marriage and the strategies carried out by the KUA have an impact on prospective brides who will register for marriage. Thus, the KUA strategy and extension activities carried out by the extension workers can be carried out well and smoothly, then people should realize and understand what the impact will be if they enter into early marriage.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "supervisory strategy for Umrah organizers in monitoring problematic travel in Palembang City". The aim of this research is to find out how the Ministry of Religion of Palembang City monitors travel in Palembang City. This type of research is field research, namely research that collects data in the field, located at the Ministry of Religion, Palembang City. This data collection technique is descriptive qualitative through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This researcher uses supervision theory by Soadang P. Siagan. Supervision at the Ministry of Religion of Palembang City using an internal control system shows that the strategy of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Palembang City in implementing its supervision is in an orderly, disciplined manner and following the rules, by controlling the level of travel compliance through the monitoring application/web which is carried out online by utilizing PUSAKA (Service Center). Religious). To improve this monitoring function for travel in Palembang City, it is best to carry out routine monitoring. The supervision process at the Ministry of Religion uses direct and indirect supervision. The implementation of the monitoring process carried out by the Ministry of Religion regarding travel is not yet optimally carried out directly, but the Ministry of Religion also carries out supervision via online/web. Because there is no set time to carry out direct supervision after the departure of the congregation. Abstract

This thesis is entitled "The Role of Women in the Management of the Nahdhatul Ulama Muslim Organization, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra." There are two research objectives, namely first to determine the role of women in the Management of the NU Muslimah Organization, Tanjung Lago, Banyuasin Regency, second to determine the factors inhibiting and supporting the role of women. in Management of the NU Tanjung Lago Muslimat Organization, Banyuasin Regency. This type of research (field research) uses a qualitative approach. There are two data sources used, namely primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique with three stages, namely Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusion Drawing. The theory in this research uses Soerjono Soekanto's theory. The results of this research are, the role of women in the management of an organization is very important to improve the activities that have been established. Management in the Nahdatul Ulama Muslimah organization in Tanjung Lago sub-district is not yet optimal because there are several obstacles faced regarding women's participation, it is still difficult to take part in the activities held, there are still many who do not understand and know about the Nahdatul Ulama Muslimah organization in Tanjung Lago sub-district, limited time, low knowledge and education level of women and limited funds in carrying out organizational activities. This organization is still very new, its activities are quite well structured, but not everything is running according to their respective fields. For its ongoing activities, namely in the fields of Da'wah and development, social culture and the community environment, such as providing assistance to orphans, social service, religious studies, dibaan, yasinan, tahlilan and Islamic holidays, etc. The supporting factors for the role of women in the management of the Muslimat Nahdatul Ulama organization are being able to manage the activities of its members in a directed manner even though this organization is still new, the many activities of visiting and holding large Islamic events, the feeling of comfort and freedom in complaining, the many religious activities while the inhibiting factor is the lack of adequate facilities. adequate, many activities are not yet running, river transportation is hampered, administrators are busy.Keywords: Role of Women, Management, Organization, Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama
