Abstract

One of the bank financial performance is influenced by bank risk factors. This study aims to determine the effect of banking risk analyzed from credit risk (NPL), market risk (NIM), liquidity risk (LDR) and operational risk (BOPO) on financial performance (ROA) and (ROE) at PT Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk for the period 2018-2022. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the SPSS22 data processing application, to carry out the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, correlation test (R), determination coefficient test (R2), partial significance test (t test) and simultaneous significance test (F test). The results showed that partially NPL had no effect on ROA and ROE; NIM had a significant positive effect on ROA and ROE; LDR had a significant positive effect on ROA and ROE; BOPO had no effect on ROA and ROE of PT Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk for the period 2018-2022. The results also show that NPL, NIM, LDR and BOPO simultaneously have a significant positive effect on ROA and ROE of PT Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk for the period 2018-2022.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financing feasibility of the fiber optic cable network development project that will be carried out by PT Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem which will be financed by the Bank. Therefore this study is for academic purposes so that the assumptions used are the assumptions of the lending bank in accordance with the provisions that apply to the bank. The analysis used in granting credit includes management analysis, industry analysis, risk analysis and project feasibility analysis. The financial aspect is based on the calculation of NPV, IRR, PI and PP. From the calculation results and several assumptions, it is concluded that this project is feasible to run and obtain financing from the Bank. In addition, a sensitivity analysis is carried out to find out how far the investment can remain feasible if there are several changes in conditions or variables. The implication of this research, it is hoped that the Bank as a financier will get an idea of the feasibility of the project and the benefits that can be obtained, and for PT Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem can facilitate the planning, execution of work, monitoring, and also project control.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the influences that influence the interest in becoming a customer of Islamic banks in STIE Indonesia Banking School students. The independent variables obtained from the preliminary survey results are Islamic Financial Literacy, Religiosity, and Perception. While the dependent variable obtained is the interest in becoming a customer. Analysis testinduded normality test, linearity test, and multicolinierity test. Hypothesis test using multiple regression. The population is STIE Indonesia Banking School students, with a sample of 105 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that Islamic Financial Literacy has a significant positive effect on interest in becoming a customer, Religiosity has a significant positive effect on interest in becoming a customer, Perception has a significant positive effect on interest in becoming a customer.

Abstract

Investasi emas pada saat ini cukup banyak diminati oleh masyarakat, salah satu alasannya karena emas tidak terdampak inflasi sehingga meminimalisir resiko kerugian dan investasi emas mudah untuk didapat dan mudah untuk dijual kembali. Bank syariah dapat dijadikan salah satu alternatif yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat untuk melakukan investasi emas. Layanan yang paling banyak diminati oleh nasabah yang tersedia di Bank syariah adalah layanan pembiayaan cicilan emas. Tetapi, walaupun banyak nasabah yang memiliki ketertarikan terhadap investasi emas di sisi lain nasabah secara umum tetap memiliki pertimbangan lain dalam mengambil keputusan untuk memilih produk tabungan emas. Sehingga, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, promosi, dan pengetahuan produk terhadap pembiayaan murabahah cicilan emas di Bank XYZ (Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Pembantu Tangerang Cirendeu). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 84 nasabah cicil emas tahun 2017-2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap peningkatan jumlah nasabah pembiayaan murabahah cicilan emas di Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Pembantu Tangerang Cirendeu, tidak adanya pengaruh promosi terhadap peningkatan jumlah nasabah pembiayaan murabahah cicilan emas di Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Pembantu Tangerang Cirendeu, dan terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan produk terhadap peningkatan jumlah nasabah pembiayaan murabahah cicilan emas di Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Pembantu Tangerang Cirendeu.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically test the variables in the research that is whether there is influence between knowledge, income, and religiosity on the interest of muzakki paying income zakat, with an age factor as a moderator variable. The sample in this research were muzakki in Depok City amounting 114 respondents. This type of research is field research by questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was moderartion regression analysis (MRA) it uses SPSS software version 25 to test the relationship of variables. From the results of the T (partial) test in this research it is known that only knowledge and religiosity that has a significant effect on the interest of muzakki to paying income zakat in Depok City. Income does not affect the interest of muzakki paying income zakat in Depok City. The age factor is can to moderate the influence of knowledge and religiosity on the interest of muzakki to pay income zakat in Depok City. The age factor is can not to moderate the influence of income on the interest of muzakki to pay income zakat in Depok City. From the results of the F (simultaneous) test in this research it is known that the knowledge, income, and religiosity simultaneously has a significant effect on the interest of muzakki to paying income zakat on Depok City moderated by the age factor.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss and analyze Third Party Funds (DPK), Profit Sharing Finance and Fee Based Income. The data used in this study are secondary data from January 2014 - December 2018. This study uses the method of multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 24 computer program. The results of this study indicate that Third Party Funds (DPK), Profit Sharing Finance, and Fee Based Income simultaneously or jointly affect Profitability (ROA). Results on Fee Based Income affect partially to profitability (ROA), Third Party Funds are not affect partially to Profitability, profit sharing finance is not affect partially to Profitability (ROA).

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran adalah cara mendasar yang dirancang untuk mencapai perusahaan dengan mengembangkan kelebihan bersaing yang berkelanjutan melalui pasar yang telah di targetkan dengan program pemasaran yang digunakan untuk melayani pasar sasaran tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi yang tepat bagi Rumah Makan Soto Betawi H.Usman, Bintaro, Tangsel, Banten, untuk bertahan dalam dunia bisnis, dan mencari solusi atas strateginya secara komprehensif untuk meningkatkan kelangsungan bisnis Rumah makan Soto Betawi H usman, Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kualitatis Deskriftif analitif dengan teori SWOT, IFE, dan EFE. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan pertemuan SO. Namun, dari hasil pengamatan langsung di lapangan dan melakukan pembobotan langsung dengan tenant penyewa, hasil yang didapatkan berbeda yaitu yang berada di dalam kolom pertemuan ST pada matriks SWOT. Pada kolom pertemuan ST dapat diamati bahwa”Soto Betawi H Usman” memiliki kekuatan yang cukup untuk melakukan perkembangan dalam dunia usaha, namun masih memiliki ancaman yang tinggi dari pesaing sehingga bisa menjadi penghambat untuk kemajuan usaha dari ”Soto Betawi H Usman.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work stress, incentive programs and work motivation of online motorcycle taxi drivers for study on Shopee Food drivers who are domiciled in DKI Jakarta. The independent variables in this study are work stress, incentive programs and work motivation. The dependent variable in this study is the performance of Shopee Food drivers. This study uses the PLS or Partial Least Square method with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The data collection technique uses the Googleform application questionnaire to collect respondent information. The sample in this study are all members of the Shopee Food driver population who live in DKI Jakarta with a total sample of 102 respondents. The results of the analysis show that work stress has no negative effect on the performance of Shopee Food drivers. The Incentive Program has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Shopee Food drivers. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Shopee Food drivers.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of Online Consumer Review, Digital Payment, Social Media Advertisement, and Influencer Endorsement on Purchase Intention in Y.O.U Beauty skincare products. Primary data collection was carried out for 1 weeks using a research sample of 89 respondents. This study used a descriptive research design approach with empirical data collected through online surveys. Empirical data is then processed using the Structural Equation Modeling approach to test a number of hypotheses proposed. The results of this study Social Media Advertisement and Influencer Endorsement have a positive effect on Purchase Intention. Online Consumer Reviews negatively affect Purchase Intention. However, Digital Payment has no effect on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to test and determine the effect of family work conflict and financial compensation on job satisfaction and determine the effect of job satisfaction on performance. The independent variables in this study are employee performance and job satisfaction. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire distributed online using a googleform link which then the researcher managed to get a sample of 95 respondents who were employees who were either married or not who worked at the Frontliner Bank as CS or Teller. The results in this study show that family work conflict has no negative effect on job satisfaction, and financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance.
