Abstract

Masjid merupakan tempat ibadah orang muslim di seluruh dunia,Masjid sekarang sudah memiliki peralatan elektronika yang di gunakan untuk perlengkapan wajib masjid seperti lampu,kipas,pengeras suara dan wifi.Perangkat elektronika tersebut perlu adanya pengotrolan dari jarak jauh guna memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang semakin berkembang sangat pesat ini. Sehingga di rancanglah aplikasi masjid pintar yang digunakan untuk mengotrol lampu dan memonitoring intensitas cahaya pada masjid. Sistem ini memanfaatkan mikrokontroler NodeMCU Esp8266, relay, sensor Light Dependent Resistor (LDR), Software Arduino IDE,Firebase, dan platform Kodular serta komponen pendukung lainnya. The mosque is a place of worship for Muslims around the world, the mosque now has electronic equipment that is used for mandatory mosque equipment such as lights, fans, speakers and wifi. These electronic devices need remote control to take advantage of information technology that is growing very rapidly. this fast. So that a smart mosque application was designed that is used to control lights and monitor light intensity in mosques. This system utilizes the NodeMCU Esp8266 microcontroller, relay, Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) sensors, Arduino IDE Software, Firebase, and the Kodular platform as well as other supporting components

Abstract

Proteksi radiasi merupakan suatu tindakan yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi dampak buruk radiasi akibat paparan radiasi. Tujuan penerapan proteksi dan radiasi adalah untuk mencegah efek deterministik dan mengurangi peluang terjadinya efek stokastik. Pemeriksaan radiologi thorax di ruang ICU dengan pasien tidak kooperatif. Pasien di ICU yang tidak memungkinkan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan secara normal sesuai teori dan tidak kooperatif, seperti: pasien tidak sadarkan diri, menggunakan ventilator atau alat bantu bagi pasien yang mengalami kesulitan bernapas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kajian proteksi radiasi pada ruang rontgen umum TOSHIBA RS Paru Khusus Medan. penerapan proteksi radiasi pada pemeriksaan thorax menggunakan mobile light plane di Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RS Paru Khusus Medan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan observasional. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan gambaran obyektif terhadap suatu keadaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara langsung dengan radiografer mengenai penerapan proteksi radiasi pada pemeriksaan thorax menggunakan pesawat x-ray Merk TOSHIBA di RS Paru Khusus Medan. Dari hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa pemeriksaan thoraks di Instalasi Radiologi RS Paru Khusus Medan pada tahun 2022 telah menerapkan proteksi radiasi di ruang umum Rontgen Merek TOSHIBA di Instalasi Radiologi RS Paru Khusus Medan pada tahun 2022. Maka dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa proteksi radiasi di ruang umum Rontgen Merk TOSHIBA Instalasi Radiologi RS Paru Khusus Medan sudah sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Pemeriksaan (SOP).   Radiation protection is an action taken to reduce the damaging effects of radiation due to radiation exposure. The aim of implementing protection and radiation is to prevent deterministic effects and reduce the opportunity for stochastic effects to occur. Thorax radiology examination in the ICU room with a non-cooperative patient. Patients in the ICU where it is not possible to carry out normal examinations according to theory and are non-cooperative, such as: unconscious patients, using ventilators or assistive devices for patients who have difficulty breathing. The aim of this research is to determine the study of radiation protection in the TOSHIBA general X-ray room at the Medan Special Lung Hospital. implementation of radiation protection during thorax examinations using a mobile light aircraft in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Medan Special Lung Hospital. The research design used in this research is descriptive with an observational approach. This research method was carried out with the aim of creating an objective picture of a situation. This research was carried out by means of direct interviews with radiographers regarding the implementation of radiation protection during thorax examinations using a TOSHIBA Brand x-ray aircraft at the Medan Special Lung Hospital. From the research results, it can be seen that thorax examinations in the Radiology Installation of the Medan Special Lung Hospital in 2022 have implemented radiation protection in the TOSHIBA Brand X-Ray general room in the Radiology Installation of the Medan Special Lung Hospital in 2022. So in this study it can be concluded that radiation protection in in the TOSHIBA Brand X-Ray general room in the Radiology Installation at the Medan Special Lung Hospital, it is in accordance with the Examination Operational Standards (SOP).

Abstract

Tulisan ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fraktur yang terjadi pada kaput humerus yang dilakukan di unit radiologi RSUD Sundari Medan dengan menggunakan pesawat radiografi umum merk Toshiba. Karya tulis ilmiah ini merupakan karya ilmiah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Data radiografi yang diperoleh kemudian diolah, dianalisis, dan hasilnya disajikan secara deskriptif. Tulisan ilmiah ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan parameter ekspos 49 kV, 100 mA, 0,08 S, dengan posisi AP dan lateral untuk menghasilkan gambaran radiografi kaput humerus yang optimal. Pemeriksaan os humerus dengan dugaan fraktur kaput humerus di instalasi radiologi RSUD Sundari Medan dilakukan sesuai ketentuan/SOP yang berlaku.   This scientific paper aims to determine the fracture that occurs in the humeral head, which was carried out in the radiology unit of the Sundari General Hospital in Medan using a general radiograph aircraft brand of the Toshiba. This scientific paper is a quantitative scientific paper with an experimental approach. The method of data collection was done by means of observation and interviews. The radiograph data obtained were then processed, analyzed, and the results were presented descriptively. This scientific paper was conducted using the exspose parameters of 49 kV, 100 mA, 0.08 S, with the AP and lateral positions to produce optimal radiographic radiographs of the humeral head. Examination of the humeral os with suspected humeral head fracture in the radiology installation of the Sundari Medan General Hospital was carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations / SOP.

Abstract

Teknik Pemeriksaan Radiografi Os Femur Pada Kasus Fraktur Di Rumah Sakit Radiologi RSU Mitra Sejati, bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik pemeriksaan radiografi Os Femur pada kasus fraktur di Instalasi Radiologi RSU Mitra Sejati serta mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan teknik radiografi Os Femur Os Femur pada kasus Fraktur di Instalasi Radiologi RSU Mitra Sejati Benar. Jenis pemeriksaan ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di RSU Mitra Sejati pada bulan Juni 2018. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien yang menjalani pemeriksaan radiografi Os Femur pada kasus fraktur di Instalasi Radiologi RSU Mitra Sejati dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah satu orang. Pasien dan mereka yang menjadi responden termasuk dua orang radiografer. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan cara observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kerjasama yang baik antara radiografer dan pasien sangat diperlukan demi kelancaran pemeriksaan. Teknik radiografi Os Femur pada suspek patah tulang menggunakan AP (Antero-Posterior) dan proyeksi lateral, memperhatikan kenyamanan pasien untuk menunjang hasil gambar yang baik serta ketajaman dan detail yang optimal, pengolahan yang digunakan adalah CR (Computed Radiography).   Radiographic Examination Technique of Os Femur in Fracture Cases at Radiology Hospital of RSU Mitra Sejati, aims to determine the technique of radiographic examination of Os Femur in cases of fracture in Radiology Installation of RSU Mitra Sejati and to determine the advantages and disadvantages of radiographic technique of Os Femur in fracture cases in Radiology Installation of RSU Mitra Sejati True. This type of examination uses qualitative research with a case study approach which was carried out at RSU Mitra Sejati in June 2018. The population of this study was all patients who underwent radiographic examination of the Femur Os in fracture cases at the Radiology Installation of RSU Mitra Sejati with the research sample including one person. The patient and those serving as respondents included two radiographers. This research data was taken by observing and documenting. The results of this research are that good cooperation between the radiographer and the patient is very necessary for a smooth examination. Os Femur radiography techniques with suspected fractures use AP (Antero-Posterior) and lateral projections, paying attention to patient comfort to support good image results and optimal sharpness and detail, the processing used is CR (Computed Radiography).

Abstract

Teknik Pemeriksaan Radiografi Ossa Cniris dettra pada Kasus Fraktur 1/3 Distal di Instalasi Radiologi Universitas Sumatera Utara, bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik pemeriksaan radiografi cniris yang benar pada kasus fraktur. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Sumatera Utara pada bulan Juli 2018. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara mendalam kepada responden, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian akan diolah di bentuk sistem pengkodean terbuka. Mengenai kondisi pasien posisi menyamping tidak dapat diputar kesamping, penulis membuat arah penyinaran dari mediolateral (dari dalam ke luar) dengan sinar horizontal dan pita vertikal.   Radiographic Examination Technique Ossa Cniris dettra in the Case of Fracture 1/3 Distal at the Radiology Installation at the University of North Sumatra, aims to determine the cniris radiographic examination technique correctly in cases of fracture. This type of research uses qualitative research wilh a case study approach conducted al the University of North Sumatra Hospital in July 2018. The data of this study were taken by conducting observations, in-depth interviews with respondents, and documentation which will then be processed in the form of an open coding system. Regarding the condition of the patient in the lateral position, it cannot be rotated laterally, the writer makes the direction of radiation from the mediolateral (from inside to outside) with horizontal rays and vertical tapes.

Abstract

Transformers are crucial equipment in substations, performing important tasks such as voltage transformation, current adjustment, and power quality maintenance. However, various factors over time, such as increased operating temperature, loading conditions, and maintenance schedules, can impact transformer performance and lead to a reduction in its lifespan. This research focuses on the effective and accurate estimation of age loss employ the Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) skill. LSTM means a deep neural network that processes sequential data and retains historical information. Data utilized in this research is sourced from transformer 6 at the Buduran 150 kV substation, including load and oil temperature data for 2021 and 2022. The performance of LSTM is assessed using Mean Squared Error (MSE) cum Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE). The estimation results demonstrate the favorable performance of the LSTM method, with an MSE error value of 0.0002 and an RMSE of 0.014. The projected age loss for 2023 is estimated to be 17.89% or 0.1789 pu.
