Abstract

The advent of quantum computing poses significant threats to traditional cybersecurity systems, which rely on cryptographic algorithms vulnerable to quantum attacks. This research explores the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) in designing a prototype cybersecurity system aimed at countering the emerging threats of quantum computing. The study integrates AI-based intrusion detection systems with quantum-resistant cryptographic techniques to enhance the security of digital systems against quantum-driven cyberattacks. A combination of machine learning algorithms, such as neural networks and decision trees, is employed to detect and mitigate potential cybersecurity breaches. Additionally, post-quantum cryptography (PQC) is incorporated to safeguard sensitive data against the capabilities of quantum computers. The results indicate that the proposed system outperforms conventional cybersecurity methods in detecting threats with greater speed and accuracy, while also providing robust protection against quantum-enabled attacks. Moreover, the integration of AI allows for adaptive and proactive defense mechanisms, improving the overall system resilience. The study concludes that combining AI with post-quantum cryptography offers a promising solution to secure digital infrastructures in the face of quantum computing advancements, marking a significant step toward future-proofing cybersecurity strategies.

Abstract

This study examines the juridical frameworks and legal challenges surrounding digital tax policies as nations attempt to adapt their fiscal regulations to the rapidly evolving global digital economy. Using qualitative descriptive research methodology with a library research approach, this paper analyzes the legal foundations, international tax principles, and policy innovations that shape digital taxation. The research explores how jurisdictions worldwide are addressing tax base erosion, profit shifting, and value creation in digital business models while navigating sovereignty concerns and cross-border enforcement challenges. Findings indicate significant juridical tensions between traditional territorial tax principles and the borderless nature of digital commerce, with emerging legal approaches ranging from unilateral digital services taxes to multilateral framework agreements. The study concludes that effective digital tax regimes require both domestic legislative innovation and international legal harmonization to balance fiscal sovereignty with the practical realities of the global digital marketplace.

Abstract

This study provides a comprehensive juridical analysis of personal data protection (PDP) laws in the digital era, examining the implementation challenges and effectiveness of data protection frameworks across selected jurisdictions. In today's interconnected digital landscape, the increasing collection, processing, and sharing of personal data have raised significant concerns regarding individual privacy rights. Using qualitative descriptive methodology with a library research approach, this study examines the legal frameworks, implementation strategies, and enforcement mechanisms of PDP laws. The research identifies critical gaps between legislative intent and practical implementation, highlighting jurisdictional disparities in approaches to data protection governance. The findings reveal that effective PDP law implementation requires harmonized regulatory frameworks, enhanced institutional capacity, technological adaptability, and strengthened cross-border cooperation. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing insights into the complex interplay between legal protection mechanisms and rapidly evolving digital technologies, offering recommendations for policymakers, legal practitioners, and stakeholders involved in personal data protection.

Abstract

This research examines the complex landscape of agrarian conflicts and the legal frameworks employed by governments worldwide to address these disputes. Agrarian conflicts remain persistent challenges for many nations, often stemming from historical injustices, overlapping land claims, resource competition, and inadequate policy responses. Through qualitative descriptive research utilizing a library research approach, this study analyzes existing legal frameworks, policy implementation strategies, and resolution mechanisms across various jurisdictions. The research identifies critical gaps in current governance structures, highlighting the need for more inclusive, transparent, and culturally sensitive approaches to agrarian conflict resolution. The study concludes that effective management of agrarian conflicts requires a comprehensive legal framework that balances development objectives with the protection of vulnerable communities' rights, while emphasizing participatory approaches to policy formulation and implementation. This research contributes to scholarly understanding of how legal systems can better address the multifaceted nature of agrarian conflicts and proposes policy reforms to enhance conflict resolution outcomes.

Abstract

This article examines the evolution, implementation, and challenges of human rights protection frameworks for women and children who experience violence. Despite significant advancements in international human rights law and domestic legislation, violence against women and children remains pervasive globally, indicating a troubling gap between legal protections and practical realities. Through qualitative descriptive research utilizing a library research approach, this study analyzes the effectiveness of current legal frameworks, identifies implementation barriers, and explores promising practices. The research reveals systemic challenges including insufficient enforcement mechanisms, persistent sociocultural barriers, limited access to justice, and inadequate victim support services. The study concludes that effective protection requires a comprehensive approach combining robust legal frameworks with cultural transformation, institutional accountability, and community engagement. Recommendations include strengthening enforcement mechanisms, addressing cultural and institutional barriers, expanding victim-centered support systems, and enhancing data collection and monitoring protocols.

Abstract

This study examines the potential of Sharia-compliant crowdfunding platforms as innovative financial instruments to support free healthcare services in developing countries. Despite significant advancements in healthcare provision globally, millions remain without access to adequate care due to financial constraints, particularly in nations with large Muslim populations. This research employs a qualitative descriptive methodology with a library research approach to analyze the implementation, challenges, and sustainability factors of Sharia crowdfunding in the healthcare sector. Findings reveal that Sharia crowdfunding platforms offer promising avenues for healthcare financing through models such as donation-based (Sadaqah), reward-based, interest-free loans (Qard Hasan), and equity participation (Musharakah). The study identifies critical success factors including regulatory framework development, technological infrastructure, transparency mechanisms, stakeholder collaboration, and Sharia compliance governance. Key challenges encompass limited awareness, trust deficits, technological barriers, and sustainable funding models. The research contributes to the growing discourse on alternative healthcare financing mechanisms and provides practical recommendations for policymakers, healthcare providers, and Islamic financial institutions to optimize these platforms for expanding healthcare access while maintaining alignment with Islamic financial principles.

Abstract

This research examines the financial performance of PT Astra International Tbk over a four-year period from 2020 to 2023, with a specific focus on profitability metrics. The study employs quantitative analysis through a descriptive approach, utilizing key profitability ratios including Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), and Operating Profit Margin (OPM). By comparing these performance indicators against established industry benchmarks, the research provides a comprehensive assessment of the company's financial health and efficiency. Findings reveal mixed results: ROA averaged 8.05% and ROE averaged 13.92%, both falling below industry standards, indicating suboptimal asset and equity utilization. Similarly, GPM averaged 22.6%, below the recommended threshold for satisfactory performance. However, NPM and OPM averaged 14.05% and 15.06% respectively, exceeding minimum industry standards and suggesting favorable revenue management and operational efficiency. This analysis offers valuable insights for stakeholders and management to identify areas for strategic improvement in Astra International's financial operations.
