Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine empirically the effect between leadership on job performance among the employees at Technical Implementation Unit Department of Revenue and Fiscal Management in Rangkasbitung. The subjects of this research were 40 employees selected as samples from the overall population of 64 employees. The data of each variable were collected separately by the respondents’ filling in a questionnaire. The effect technique was applied to analyze the data which had been previously treated with the regressive and correlation procedure. The result proved that the employees’ job performance was positively affected by the leadership in Technical Implementation Unit Department of Revenue and Fiscal Management in Rangkasbitung. The findings suggest that the variation of the job performance of the employees might have been affected by leadership.

Abstract

An incentive is one very good way applied to direct employees at the company's goals. Incentive is seen as one of the elements that can affect employee productivity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of incentives on work productivity. This study uses a method used by this author is a quantitative method. The sampling technique using saturated sample of 40 respondents. Results of this study are: There is a positive and significant impact on performance incentives.

Abstract

Macro-economic risks may affect the action well apart from the depositor and by the characteristics of a particular bank. The effect of macroeconomic factors beyond the bank-specific characteristics may occur when the worsening macroeconomic conditions directly threatens the value of the asset to market participants (such as bank deposits). This study aims to describe the quality of service of the response Depositor PD BPR Amanah in Bogor. The method used by the authors is a quantitative method in the study population amounted to 150 people, while the sample of 60 people. The results showed that there are significant quality of service to the Depositor response.

Abstract

This study aims to determine selling at CV. Pasir Biru Lebak Banten and to find out how much the role of promotion increasing sales. The research methods is a quantitative method, the type of survey research. Populations used are all employees of CV. Pasir Biru totaling 35 people, the sample in this study as many as 32 people. Data analysis techniques used simple linear regression analysis. The result proved that there is a positive and significant effect between the role of promotions on sales.

Abstract

The quality of service is good is very important in creating customer satisfaction, but to understand how to evaluate the quality received by consumers is not easy, the quality of services is more difficult to evaluate than the quality of goods, quality of service is not created through the production process in the factory to be submitted to consumers as quality goods. Many studies show that the percentage of customers who decided to continue to use certain bank services because the services they received no satisfaction or perceived well. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty to the PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Branch Office Rangkasbitung. Respondents in this study as many as 60 people. The sampling using probability sampling method with simple random sampling and systematic sampling. The results show there is influence service quality and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This reserch is aimed at evaluate  the efect of leadershipstyle , Job Satisfaction to job performance with methodology correlational survey at sixty eaght responden in Dinas Ciptakarya Kabupaten Lebak. The result that leadershipstyle influnces to job performance, job satisfaction influnces to job performance and simultanouses influnce between leadership style and  job satisfaction  to job performance. Therefore the conclusion is leadership style and job satisfacton are factors that contrubutes increasing job performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the current ratio, debt to assets ratio and profit margin on net income with descriptive quantitative research methods. The subject of this research is PT. Congratulations Perfect Tbk using secondary data from financial reports in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in the year 2009-2013. Data were analyzed using (1) Analysis of multiple regression, (2) test classic assumptions; Test multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, normality and autocorrelation (3) Correlation analysis, (4) The coefficient of determination, (5) test hypotheses, and (6) Test F. The results membutktikan that simultaneous current ratio, debt to assets ratio and profit margin no effect on net income.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information related to the possibility of whether organizational commitment is influenced by managerial ability, communication and stress. Using a causal study through a survey at the Police Resort Lebak Polda Banten, Indonesia, for a sample of 85 personnel, data for each variable was collected separately by respondents who filled out the questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative survey method, while the analysis technique used is path analysis using correlation and regression.The results prove that there is an influence of managerial ability on organizational commitment, there is an influence of communication on organizational commitment, there is an effect of stress on organizational commitment, and there is an influence of managerial ability, communication and stress together on organizational commitment.These findings indicate that organizations need to consider the variables of organizational culture, discipline, and work motivation in planning and developing human resources at the Lebak Police Resort, Banten Police, Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information related to whether performance is influenced by organizational culture, discipline and work motivation. Using a causal study through a survey at the Bawaslu District / City Secretariat in Banten Province, Indonesia, for a sample of 40 employees, data for each variable was collected separately by respondents who filled out the questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative survey method, while the analysis technique used is path analysis using correlation and regression.The results prove that there is an influence of organizational culture on performance, there is an influence of discipline on performance, there is an influence of work motivation on performance, and there is an influence of organizational culture, discipline and work motivation together on performance.These findings indicate that organizations need to consider the variables of organizational culture, discipline, and work motivation in planning and developing human resources at the Bawaslu District / City Secretariats in Banten Province.

Abstract

Using a causal study through a survey at the ESDM office of Banten province, Indonesia, for a sample of 77 employees, data for each variable were collected separately by respondents who filled out a questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative survey method, while the analysis technique used is path analysis using correlation and regression.The results prove that there is an influence of organizational culture on performance, there is an influence of interpersonal communication on performance, there is an influence of work involvement on performance, and there is an influence of organizational culture, interpersonal communication and work involvement together on performance.These findings indicate that organizations need to consider the variables of organizational culture, interpersonal communication, and work involvement in human resource planning and development in the ESDM office of Banten Province.
