Abstract

The level of efficiency of a business can be seen by comparing the profits obtained by the total amount of capital spent to acquire the profit of each period. Net profit indicates the profitability of the company. Profit reflects the return to equity holders for the period. Sources of financing for working capital in the cooperative using its own working capital and foreign working capital. This study uses a quantitative method of statistical analysis using the sample as much as 10 years from 2004 to 2013 and using data collection techniques documentation spss version 20. Based on the results obtained by the working capital impact the profitability of 0.034% and the rest is influenced the other, meaning that the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The success of a company is reflected in each individual discipline within the company, if the discipline of employees in a company is low, will affect the performance of the employee, it is because disciplinary effect on performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of discipline on performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique using saturated sample amounted to 35 respondents. The results of this study are: There is a positive and significant effect on discipline in performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine selling at CV. Pasir Biru Lebak Banten and to find out how much the role of promotion increasing sales. The research methods is a quantitative method, the type of survey research. Populations used are all employees of CV. Pasir Biru totaling 35 people, the sample in this study as many as 32 people. Data analysis techniques used simple linear regression analysis. The result proved that there is a positive and significant effect between the role of promotions on sales.

Abstract

The quality of service is good is very important in creating customer satisfaction, but to understand how to evaluate the quality received by consumers is not easy, the quality of services is more difficult to evaluate than the quality of goods, quality of service is not created through the production process in the factory to be submitted to consumers as quality goods. Many studies show that the percentage of customers who decided to continue to use certain bank services because the services they received no satisfaction or perceived well. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty to the PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Branch Office Rangkasbitung. Respondents in this study as many as 60 people. The sampling using probability sampling method with simple random sampling and systematic sampling. The results show there is influence service quality and customer loyalty.
