Abstract

During the pandemic period in the previous year in order to protect themselves from the viral outbreak that was rampant in the city, the Shopee company issued a new feature, namely the Shopee Food feature which can make it easier for people to buy food by taking away, in addition to making it easier for people to shop that way. keep people from crowding. In this study took a sample of 100 community respondents in the West Surabaya Region. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling and the sampling method was accidental sampling. The analytical method used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that referral marketing has a significant effect on buying interest, online customer reviews have no significant effect on buying interest, promotions have no significant effect on buying interest, referral marketing has no significant effect on buying decisions, online customer reviews have a significant effect on buying decisions, promotion has a significant effect on buying decisions, buying interest has no significant effect on buying decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of sales promotion, visual merchandising and discounts on impulse buying at the Istana Pelangi store in Gresik city. Data analysis was carried out using statistical assistance using the SPSS 21 program. The results of the study showed that the respondents' answers describing the variable sales promotion, visual merchandising, discounts and impulse buying were in a good score. Besides that, based on the t test, it shows that the sales promotion variable has a significant effect on impulse buying at the Istana Pelangi store in Gresik city. The visual merchandising variable has a significant effect on impulse buying at the Istana Pelangi store in the city of Gresik, and the discount variable also has a significant effect on the impulse buying at the Istana Pelangi store in the city of Gresik. Based on the F test, it is known that simultaneously the variables sales promotion, visual merchandising, and discounts have a significant effect on impulse buying at the Istana Pelangi store in Gresik city.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Tax and Foreign Ownership the application to Transfer Pricing in Food and Beverage Subsector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX in 2018-2021. The population in this study amounted to 34 food and beverage subsector companies and by using purposive sampling method through criteria that has been determined, obtained 10 sample companies. The data used are secondary data in form of the company’s annual financial statements for the 2018-2021 reporting period obtained from the IDX website. The data in this study were analyze using a descriptive method using a quantitative approach with the SPSS 26 tool. Based on the results of data analysis using the t test, it is known that the tax variable partially has no effect on the implementation of transfer pricing, while the foreign ownership variable partially affects the implementation of transfer pricing. Meanwhile, based on the results of the analysis using the F test, it is known that the variables of tax and foreign ownership simultaneously affect the application of transfer pricing.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and price on consumers' repurchase intention of Korean food Yeobo Topokki. Data analysis was carried out using statistical assistance with the SPSS 21 program. The results of the analysis based on the t test showed that partially the product quality and service quality variables had a significant effect on consumer repurchase intention of Korean Food Yeobo Topokki Gresik Branch. Meanwhile, the price variable has a significant negative effect on consumer repurchase interest of Korean Food Yeobo Topokki Gresik Branch. Based on the F test, it is known that simultaneously the variables of product quality, service quality and price have a significant effect on consumer repurchase intention of Korean Food Yeobo Topokki Gresik Branch. Thus, it is hoped that the managers of the Korean Food Yeobo Topokki Gresik Branch will continue to maintain product quality, service quality and price, so that they can influence consumer repurchase intentions.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of asset structure, business risk and firm size on firm value with capital structure as the intervening variable in the Chemical Sub-Sector Company Tbk for the 2018-2021 Period. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique and obtained as many as 8 companies as research samples with a population of 18 companies in the chemical sub sector. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics with the SmartPLS tool. Based on data analysis, it shows that asset structure has no significant effect on firm value, business risk has a significant effect on firm value, firm size has no significant effect on firm value, asset structure has no significant effect on capital structure, business risk has a significant effect on capital structure, Firm size has no significant effect on capital structure, capital structure has no significant effect on firm value, asset structure has no significant effect on firm value through capital structure, business risk has no significant effect on firm value through capital structure, and firm size has no significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and work motivation on job satisfaction for employees of PT. Earth Tower Internusa Surabaya. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Earth Tower Internusa Surabaya. The sampling technique in this study using the sampling technique in this study using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, totaling 50 respondents. Statements were given using a questionnaire. Responses from respondents were analyzed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 21 tool. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done partially (t-test) and simultaneously (F-test). The results of this study indicate that work stress and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Partially, work stress and work motivation have an effect on job satisfaction. The independent variables in this study have an influence of 66.7% on purchasing decisions and the rest are influenced by other variables that are not in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of financial performance, good corporate governance, capital structure and company growth.Data analysis was carried out using statistics with SPSS tools. Based on the results of the analysis using the t test, it is known that partially financial performance and good corporate governance have a significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, the variables of capital structure and company growth have no effect on firm value. Furthermore, based on the results simultaneously using the F test, it is known that simultaneously financial performance, good corporate governance, capital structure and company growth have an effect on firm value. Thus, it is advisable for companies to pay attention to the condition of financial performance, good corporate governance, capital structure and company growth so that company value is maintained.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe compensation, organizational culture, work motivation and performance of employees of the Meranti Islands District DPRD Office. To analyze the effect of compensation and organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Meranti Islands District DPRD Office through work motivation. This research was carried out at the Meranti Islands Regency DPRD Office with a population of 37 people, then the sample used was all members of the population used as samples, namely all employees of the Meranti Islands Regency DPRD, totaling 37 people. The sampling technique used is total sampling. This study uses data analysis techniques Descriptive Statistical Test and hypothesis testing with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that compensation, organizational culture, work motivation of DPRD Meranti Islands Regency employees were in the high category while the performance of DPRD Meranti Islands Regency employees was in a very high category. Compensation had no significant effect on motivation, Organizational culture had no significant effect on motivation, Compensation had an effect with a significant effect on performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on performance, work motivation has a significant effect on performance, work motivation can mediate compensation has no significant effect on performance, work motivation can mediate organizational culture with a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze competency descriptions, work environment, employee performance and employee job satisfaction in the Meranti Islands Regency DPRD Office. To find out and analyze the effect of competence and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction. This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees in the Meranti Islands Regency DPRD Office, totaling 37 people. As for the sample in this study were 37 people. The sampling technique uses census sampling. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study can be concluded that performance, satisfaction, competence, work environment in the Secretariat Office of the DPRD Meranti Islands Regency are in the high category, Competence has a significant effect on Performance, Work environment has no significant effect on Performance, Job satisfaction has a significant effect on Performance, Competence has a significant effect on Satisfaction work, work environment has no significant effect on job satisfaction, competence has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction, work environment has no significant effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, work discipline, and K3 on employee performance. The sampling technique used in this study was proportional random sampling and the total sample size was calculated using the slovin technique, which resulted in a total of 90 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26. The type of data in this study is questionnaire. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that organizational culture variables partially have a significant effect on the performance of TKBM members, work discipline variables partially have a significant effect on the performance of TKBM members, Occupational Health and Safety (K3) variables partially affect the performance of TKBM members at Berlian Tanjung Perak Terminal Surabaya.
