Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Prosperous Trijaya Putra. The sample in this study is PT. Prosperous Trijaya Putra. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, with a total of 61 respondents. Statements are given using a questionnaire. Responses from respondents were analyzed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 21. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done partially (t-test) and simultaneously (F-test). The results of this study indicate that competence, work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, competence and work discipline affect employee performance. But the work environment has no effect on employee performance. The independent variable in this study has an influence of 44.7% on employee performance and the rest is influenced by other variables that are not in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability Ratios proxied by Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO) and Solvability Ratios proxied by Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on Financial Performance proxied by Return On Assets (ROA) in Banking Those Registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The data used in this study were obtained from financial reports and annual banking reports registered on the IDX through the website www.idx.id. The sample for this study amounted to 15 out of 43 populations using the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the f test show that the profitability variable is proxied by NIM and BOPO and Solvency is proxied by CAR and DER together has an influence on financial performance (ROA). The results of the t test show that the variable profitability (NIM) has no effect on financial performance (ROA) and profitability (BOPO) has an effect on financial performance (ROA) and solvability variable (CAR) has an effect on financial performance (ROA) and solvency (DER) has an effect on financial performance (ROA).

Abstract

: This recearch aims to analyze Accountability and SPIP for the management of Village Funds (DD) in Gluranploso Village in 2022. The data collection method in the research is by using interview guidelines and documentation. This research uses qualitative research, where data collection uses primary data obtained directly from original sources, namely interviews with the informants concerned and secondary data obtained with evidence, notes, archives through documentation from the Gluranploso Village Goverment. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be seen that the accountability of Village Fund management in improving development in Gluranploso Village has not run optimally in terms of program accountability. This is because in 2022 the Gluranploso Village Goverment will focus Village Funds on the economic recovery process, so that resulting in delays in construction that year. The implementation of SPIP in Gluranploso Village has gone well in accordance with PP No. 60 of 2008.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze what factors affect the satisfaction of users of health facilities RSIA Nur Ummi Numbi Surabaya. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. This research will be carried out in June-July 2023, the number of key informants is 9 and the number of supporting informants is 10. Product research results: affect the satisfaction of health service users. Price: affects the satisfaction of health service users. Place : affects the satisfaction of health service users. Promotion: affects the satisfaction of health service users. Service: affects the satisfaction of health service users. The 4P + 1S factors that form the satisfaction of health service users can be used as a level of satisfaction as a basis for management in improving the quality of services and facilities.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of dividend policy, capital structure and profitability on firm value (PBV). While, research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was automotive companies, which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2019-2022. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on criteria given. In line with there were 9 automotive companies as the sample. In total, there 36 data from 4 years of observasion. Additionally, the data were secondary which in the form of financial annual report. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression with SPSS tools. Based on the results of data anlysis using the t test, it is known that dividend policy (DPR) has a negative effect on firm value, Capital structure (DER) has a negative effect on firm value, and profitability with (ROA) has a positive effect on firm value. Meanwhile, based on the results of data analysis using the F test, it is known that simultaneously dividend policy, capital structure and profitability have a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of communication and internal conflict on employee performance. The unit of analysis in this research was 80 people. Samples are taken from the entire population or total sampling. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression using SPSS version 24. Based on the results of data analysis using the t test, it is known that communication and internal conflict partially have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, based on the results of data analysis using the f test, it is known that communication and internal conflict simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, it is recommended for companies to pay attention to the communication conditions and internal conflicts of employees so that employee performance is maintained.

Abstract

this study aims to determine the descreption of compensation, motivation and work environment on employee performance at Sememi Health Center, Determine the effect of compencation on employee perfonmance at Sememi Health Center, Determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at Sememi Health Center, determine the effect of work environment on employee performance at Sememi Health Center, Determine the effect of compensation, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at Sememi Health Center. This research is a comparative causal research with a quantitative approach which research. The total population was 41 people, all populations were used as responden in the study with the saturated sampling methode. This research was obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees. Prerequisite testing of analysis using validity test and reliability test. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS 21 program. The results of this study indicate that the compensation variable partially has no significant effect on employee performance, motivation partially has no significant effect on employee performance and the work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance, while compensation, motivation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of servant leadership style, interpersonal communication on the work performance of employees at CV. Karya Usaha Aneka Tehknik Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. The population used as the object of research (sample) is all employees of CV. Karya Usaha Aneka Tehknik Surabaya. The technique of determining the sample using stratified random sampling method. The data to be tested uses multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the hypothesis testing that had been carried out found that servant leadership style and interpersonal communication simultaneously had a significant effect on the work motivation of employees of CV. Karya Usaha Aneka Tehknik Surabaya, servant leadership style has a positive effect on the performance of employees of CV. Karya Usaha Aneka Tehknik Surabaya, interpersonal communication has a positive effect on the performance of employees of CV. Karya Usaha Aneka Tehknik Surabaya. Thus, companies are advised to pay attention to the conditions of Servant Leadership Style and Interpersonal Communication so that employee performance is maintained.

Abstract

The study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work environment, compensation and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Indsopring Tbk Gresik. The unit analysis in study was 67 PT. Indospring TBK shearing devition employee. Sampling technique using the sensus sample. Data analysis was performed using statistic with SPSS tools. Based on the results of data analysis using the t test it is known that partially work environment not have a significant effect. And simultaneous work environment, compensation and work motivation have a significant effect.

Abstract

Visitor satisfaction is related to visitor perceptions of facilities and service quality. When visitors see that the facilities and service quality do not meet their expectations. The fundamental problem in this research is how the efforts made by tourist object managers to increase visitor satisfaction. The method used in this research design is associative and descriptive method, namely the type of research that seeks the relationship or influence of two or more variables. For the research approach in this thesis using a quantitative research approach. The tool used for data collection in this study was to use a questionnaire as a response from the respondents and the questionnaires will be distributed to the visitors of the Lontarsewu Hendrosari Eduwisata. The data contains the distribution of age, gender, and city origin of the 100 respondents who have been interviewed. First, regarding the age factor, it was found that the majority of respondents were in the age range of 13 to 21 years, as many as 47 people or 47% of the total respondents. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous influence of facilities and service quality on visitor satisfaction at the Lontarsewu Hendrosari Educational Tour.
