Abstract

The prolonged first stage is labor in which the latent phase lasts more than 8 hours and in the active phase the rate of dilatation is inadequate or variable, less than 1 cm every hour for at least 2 hours after the progress of labor. Pregnancy exercise is a fitness program intended for pregnant women. Exercises in pregnancy exercise are specifically designed to make pregnant women healthy and fit, reduce complaints that arise during pregnancy, and prepare physically and psychologically for mothers to face childbirth. This study aims to determine the relationship between pregnancy exercise and the incidence of prolonged labor in the first stage of childbirth at the Ratna Komala Primary Clinic Bekasi in 2019. This study is a quantitative type of research using a cross sectional research design. The results showed that most of the respondents whose labor was not long were 22 (66.7%) respondents compared to 11 (33.3%) respondents whose labor was long. There is a relationship between pregnancy exercise and the incidence of prolonged labor in the 1st stage of maternity at the Pratama Ratna Komala Clinic, Bekasi in 2019. Researchers suggest that pregnancy exercise should be performed on pregnant women with the third trimester of gestation around 28-30 weeks of gestation with a regular frequency of 3 times per week. a week, and perform the movements correctly according to the instructions that have been given.

Abstract

The incidence of perineal lacerations needs to be prevented, one of which is perineal massage. The perineum is the area of skin between the vaginal canal and the anus (anus) which can be torn during childbirth (Herdiana, 2014). Perineal massage is one of the oldest and surest ways to promote healthy blood flow, elasticity, and relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles (Hadiningsih 2014:155). This study aims to determine "the relationship between the application of perineal massage to reduce perineal rupture during labor at the Ratna Komala Primary Clinic in 2020". The population used in this study were all mothers who took part in the perineal massage class 50 people in the period in May 2020. The sample in this study were mothers who took part in the application of self-perineal massage when the study began in May and maternity mothers who had complete data with sampling method using total sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between the application of perineal massage to reduce perineal rupture during delivery, this can be seen from the results of the study, the value of p = 0.002 (p <0.05). It is expected that pregnant women who are nearing delivery will take an antenatal class on the application of perineal massage so that the delivery process can run according to the condition or is still in good condition, and reduce the occurrence of perineal rupture or episiotomy.

One of the motivating factors from within the youth itself is the perception of the youth themselves. Perceptions about the impact of pornography are teenagers' perspectives on matters related to the dangers of pornography Objective: To determine the characteristics of adolescents based on age, age and use of the internet, as well as to determine the relationship between perceptions about the impact of pornography and the behavior of accessing pornographic sites on adolescents in RW.02, PErumahan Green Garden Rorotan. Method: This study uses a correlational study with a cross-sectional approach aimed at analyzing the relationship between perceptions of the impact of pornography and the behavior of accessing pornographic sites on adolescents in RW.02 of the Rorotan Green Garden Housing which was selected proportionally. The population of this study were all teenagers in RW.02 Green Garden Rorotan Housing with a total of 102 teenagers. The sampling technique in this study used proportional stratified random sampling, so that the sample amounted to 89 teenagers. Result: The research data was obtained using a Likert scale. The results of the study of 89 respondents (100%) showed that 23 respondents (25.8%) had negative perceptions of accessing pornographic sites and 2 respondents (2.2%) with behavior accessing pornographic sites. While respondents who have a positive perception of the behavior of accessing porn sites in the high category are 38 respondents (42.7%) and those with the behavior of accessing porn sites in the low category are 26 respondents (29.2%). Conclusion: Analysis of the chi-square correlation test obtained the -value of 0.003 (0.05), so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted, which means that there is a significant relationship between perceptions of the impact of pornography and the behavior of accessing pornographic sites on adolescents. Abstract

The brotowali plant (Tinospra crispa (L.) has empirically been used for diseases such as fever, pain relief, lowering sugar levels and as an external medicine for wounds and itching. Brotowali stems are reported to be used to treat infectious diseases because they contain flavonoid compounds, saponins , tannins, glycosides .This study aims to identify the approximate compounds that have antimicrobial activity using bioautography, GCMS and infrared spectrophotometry methods. Extraction was carried out with 96% ethanol solvent by maceration method and partitioned using n-hexane and ethyl acetate. Antimicrobial activity was tested on 96% ethanol extract, n-hexane fraction and ethyl acetate fraction using the paper disc diffusion method against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus substillis, and Candida albicans microbes. The results obtained showed that 96% ethanol extract, hexan fraction and water fraction did not show anti-bacterial activity. TLC results of the ethyl acetat fraction produced 4 spots with the largest diameter of the inhibition zone against microbes, so that the testing of the ethyl acetat fraction was continued with the bioautography method. The bioautography test showed that the antimicrobial activity was visible at hrf 42.8, then the extract was analyzed by infrared spectrophotometry and GCMS. Analysis with infrared spectrophotometry showed the presence of functional groups C=O, CH stretch, alkene(C=C), OH. The results of the GCMS analysis and the prediction of the identity of the peaks obtained using the database showed that the largest peak was octanoic acid, 4 hydroxy-3-methoxy vanillin, phenol, 2,4 bis(1,1-dimethyl ethyl, 2 pentadecanone, n-hexadecanoic). palmitic acid .According to the literature, 4 hydroxy-3 methoxy vanillin and palmitic acid were reported to have antimicrobial activity.
