Abstract

In the rapidly developing digital era, online businesses face increasing challenges to achieve significant profits without sacrificing spending efficiency. To overcome this challenge, an optimal online marketing strategy is needed that can reach the right target market without significantly increasing operational costs. This journal discusses several online marketing strategies that are effective in increasing profits relevant to expenditure. From a deep understanding of the target market to the use of social media and careful data analysis, every step taken is based on the principles of efficiency and effectiveness. By implementing the right marketing strategies, businesses can increase their visibility online, attract more potential customers, and increase sales conversions without having to exceed their available budget. Abstract

This research aims to analyze time and cost control on the ITC Pole Fiber Optic project managed by PT. LUM uses the Earned Value Management (EVM) method. EVM is an effective method for measuring project performance and progress by combining cost, time and completed work data. This case study uses secondary data obtained from project progress reports and PT financial data. LUM. Analysis is carried out to identify cost variance (CV) and schedule variance (SV) as well as cost performance index (CPI) and schedule performance index (Schedule Performance Index - SPI). The research results show that the ITC Pole Fiber Optic project experienced several deviations from the planned budget and schedule, with CV and SV showing negative values ​​at several project stages, indicating cost overruns and delays. The CPI and SPI values ​​obtained also provide an overview of the efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation. Based on these findings, several improvement steps are recommended to optimize time and cost control to improve project performance in the future. This research makes an important contribution in providing insight into the application of EVM in fiber optic installation projects and can be used as a reference in managing similar projects in the future.

Abstract

The registration system at BLK Surakarta appears to be experiencing data redundancy which needs to be addressed through in-depth analysis. The student registration process is integrated into the system, but there are still deficiencies in data management which results in frequent data duplication or errors. This research uses Cobit 4.1 as a framework for auditing the registration system at BLK Surakarta, with a focus on the Delivery and Support subdomain (DS 10 and DS11). The main objective is to assess the maturity level of the IT processes implemented at BLK Surakarta and provide recommendations for improvement. The research results show the need for BLK Surakarta to carry out regular system performance evaluations, involving parties responsible for identifying and overcoming problems that arise, in order to ensure optimal system conditions. Evaluation in Domain 10 Delivery & Support shows a current maturity level of 3.27, while in Domain 11 Delivery & Support, the maturity level is 3.31. However, it was found that the process of managing payment data for new student registration was less than optimal due to limited tools available.

Abstract

Investment is the act of placing funds in the hope of getting additional money or profits. Basically, investing involves placing a certain amount of funds today in the hope of making a profit in the future. From this understanding, it can be concluded that stock investment is the allocation of current sources of funds with the hope of gaining profits in the future through purchasing securities in the form of shares. The aim is to obtain additional or certain profits from the funds invested in trading shares on the stock exchange.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has transformed many aspects of life, including education. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of learning. One promising technology is Augmented Reality (AR), which offers interactive elements to clarify complex concepts. Based on conversations with a history teacher at SMK Media Informatika, the teaching methods currently used tend to be traditional. Therefore, an AR-based history learning application focusing on the Ancient Mataram Kingdom in Indonesia was developed using the ADDIE Method. This application was created using Unity 3D and the C# programming language. It serves as an interesting addition for students, aiming to increase their interest in learning. The hope is that this research will significantly contribute to the history learning process, providing innovative, effective, and enjoyable media.

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of explaining the implementation of a mobile-based legal metrology service system for employees and improving the quality of services for legal metrology at the Jombang Regency Office of Trade and Industry. With this mobile-based legal metrology service application, it can make it easy for employees to see the calibration and re-calibration schedule sent by the central metrology website and employees can send the results of the test and re-calibration directly in real-time without having to come to the metrology office. This research applies the waterfall method in its development, which is a systematic and structured approach involving a series of sequential stages. The results of this research created a mobile-based application for employees of the Jombang Regency Trade and Industry Office.

Abstract

In the era of rapid technological and information system developments that encourage people, both groups and individuals, both government and private institutions to utilize technological developments have a very important role in the progress of human life. Rapid technological developments One of the advantages of computers in processing data can increase effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency in carrying out work in current technology makes it easier to manage inventory. Cash sales transactions are said to have been carried out if the company has received payment from the customer and will then be handed over by the company to the customer of the Cat Jaya Gemilang Semarang shop, a company engaged in the field of building paint trading in Semarang. Currently, the system that is running is still manual, namely the administration section records incoming and outgoing goods, all recorded in the book for sales are also recorded manually. With manual recording, books are easily damaged or torn, data in the warehouse records is sometimes not the same as the physical goods that exist, and there is no data security. With the above problems, the author created a system that can reduce weaknesses by creating a systematic application in the database.

Abstract

Dementia is a growing global health challenge due to the aging population and lifestyle changes. Early and accurate diagnosis is crucial but often difficult and costly. The Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) method in artificial intelligence offers a solution by mimicking human problem-solving based on past experiences. This study aims to develop and implement an efficient and reliable CBR-based dementia diagnosis system. The system is expected to analyze and compare patient symptoms and medical histories with documented cases to provide faster and more accurate diagnostic recommendations. The implementation of CBR in a web-based expert system using PHP and MySQL has proven effective, significantly contributing to the improvement of patient quality of life and healthcare system effectiveness.

Abstract

Waste management is an important concern in efforts to maintain cleanliness and environmental sustainability. The Waste Bank has been proven to be an effective solution in managing waste with a sustainable approach. This research aims to implement a Waste Bank website as a means of information and waste data management in Pekelingan Village. The system development method used is the Waterfall method which consists of the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. In the needs analysis stage, the needs of related parties are identified, such as the management of the Waste Bank and the community using the Waste Bank's services. System design includes designing a user interface and database structure to store waste transaction information, member data and financial reports. Website implementation involves developing web-based applications using PHP and MySQL technology. Testing is carried out to ensure that the website functions properly and meets requirements. The result of the implementation is a Waste Bank website that can be used to register members, record waste transactions, check balances, and manage waste data efficiently. With this website, it is hoped that the management of the Waste Bank in Pekelingan Village can be more organized and transparent. This case study can also be an example for other sub-districts in developing information technology-based Waste Banks to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of waste management.

Abstract

Makalah ini menyajikan audit terhadap aplikasi Sirekap yang dikembangkan oleh Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) untuk menilai keamanan dan efisiensi sistem. Penelitian ini menyelidiki latar belakang dan pentingnya sistem Sirekap dalam proses pemilu, dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi potensi kerentanan dan menilai kinerja sistem. Menggunakan kombinasi metodologi analisis risiko dan pengujian sistem, studi ini mengungkapkan beberapa kekuatan dan kelemahan dalam aplikasi tersebut. Temuan penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya perbaikan untuk meningkatkan langkah-langkah keamanan dan efisiensi operasional aplikasi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan kerangka kerja untuk perbaikan di masa depan dan memastikan keandalan sistem dalam mendukung pemilu yang adil dan efektif.
