Abstract

Fiqh is one of the subjects of Islamic religious education which has become a characteristic and is developed through a conscious effort to prepare students to live, understand, live and practice teachings, worship, and muamalah through teaching guidance or training activities. This type of research is field research or field research, namely research that is carried out intensively in detail and in depth on an organization, institution or certain symptoms. This research is descriptive, namely focusing on the current phenomenon being investigated by describing and classifying the facts or characteristics factually and accurately. This research is used to find out about what and how the state of a phenomenon or event and report it as it is. This study uses a qualitative approach, which is about the conditions in the field, researched, observed and based on the observations made. The fiqh subject aims to make SD IT Al Muhibbin students capable. Developing an interest in knowing and studying Islamic Shari'at to be responsive to the life of their environment, Growing an attitude of curiosity towards Islamic Shari'at, Growing awareness and responsibility in practicing Islamic Shari'at in everyday life, and Preparing them to attend education in schools Junior High School (SMP).

Abstract

Islamic religious education is still at the understanding process stage, not yet fully at the application stage. This study adopted a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The approach used in this study is the library research approach. the teacher is a "key factor" component in the development of the curriculum itself, especially in dealing with the dynamics of social change at this time, where teachers are required to keep abreast of technological developments, for the sake of continuity of educational interaction. The development of a well-implemented Islamic religious education curriculum will produce quality graduates, and of course have an impact on Islamic education institutions, of course with the support of teachers who are not left behind in the progress and development of technology and information. Abstract

Hajj ritual training is basically a means of introducing the values and practices of the pilgrimage. Materials of pilgrimage as general worship materials cannot be mastered properly without a balance between theory and practice. Because of this, the Hajj rituals, which are part of the program from the Worship Practice Laboratory (LPI) of IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, by collaborating with several KBIHUs in Cirebon City/Regency, uses a learning approach to the theories and practices of Hajj rituals to improve the quality of understanding of a total of 6,000 students from the fourth semester ( IV) and six (VI) IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon for the 2021-2022 class. LPI's successful implementation of the Hajj ritual training activities is evidenced by the high enthusiasm and interest of the students who took part in this activity. Not only students, but lecturers were also involved as mentors. Some of the benefits of this Manasik Training Activity include: increasing students' understanding and skills of the pilgrimage; motivating to perfect the pillars of Islam (Hajj worship); increasing understanding and skills as well as motivating the community, in this case teaching staff (lecturers) and other stakeholders involved in implementation. So training in Hajj rituals is important in increasing the understanding and skills of the pilgrimage not only for students but also for lecturers and others.

Abstract

Sufism as an integral part of Islamic thought has been known to the people of Indonesia for centuries, paralleling the development of Islam at the end of the 12th century. Although various theories have been raised to determine the beginning of the arrival of Islam, the end of the 12th century can be used as the starting point for the development of Sufism in Indonesia. Archipelago. This research is a type of literature research, in which researchers conduct in-depth studies by reading, researching, and analyzing various types of relevant literature. The mass spread of Islam in Indonesia, especially since the 16th century, was colored by the role of the Sufis. From these Sufi teachers who were directly initiated in the Middle East, the tarekat then experienced a spread through their students, to all regions of Indonesia. Abstract

The hegemony of Western knowledge, which has penetrated the whole world, has also unknowingly penetrated the majority of Muslims. They accept it without deep reflection on the epistemology on which modern science is based. The view that modern science is the sole authority of science is slowly eroding the Islamic view of science. This study uses a literature study approach as the main methodology. Specific characteristics that form the basis for the development of knowledge in this study include a focus on data or text presented in the literature, without involving field data or direct observation through eye witnesses. The epistemology of monotheism described by Naquib describes a scientific approach that integrates elements from sensory experience, the spiritual dimension, intellectual capacity, and intuitive insight as a whole, with the aim of gaining knowledge. It also incorporates the various epistemologies that have been used by theologians, philosophers, and metaphysicians, without giving undue prominence to one particular epistemology. For example, this approach links empirical and rational methods, combines deductive and inductive logic, brings together subjective and objective elements, among other things.

Abstract

This research delves into the role of innovation and literacy in the development of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum that is relevant to the demands of the 21st century. By adopting a qualitative approach through a literature review, this study highlights the urgency of innovation in the curriculum as an essential element of modern education. The concept of innovation encompasses the use of technology, innovative teaching methods, and the development of a curriculum that aligns with the needs of the times. Particularly in the context of Islamic education, innovation has helped increase student motivation and a better understanding of their faith. Additionally, literacy, especially digital and media literacy, becomes a crucial foundation for the curriculum of the future. This enables students to navigate the increasingly interconnected world wisely, allowing them to critically evaluate and comprehend information. Overcoming the barriers to adopting innovation and literacy requires collaboration among teachers, students, and educational institutions. Recommendations for the future include curriculum updates that focus on innovation and the integration of literacy skills into all aspects of PAI learning, along with continuous teacher training. With a strong emphasis on innovation and literacy, Islamic religious education will be well-prepared to face the challenges of the future, preparing students to be competent and wise individuals in navigating the increasingly complex and interconnected world of the 21st century.

Abstract

The ongoing spiritual crisis has had significant consequences, especially in the form of "disorientation" in modern society. In this context, disorientation refers to a feeling of loss of direction and purpose in life, as well as a lack of clarity regarding the roots of human values and origins. This research is a type of library research, which adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical focus. Sheikh Ibnu Athaillah did not specifically mention the meaning of spiritual intelligence in his works such as al-Hikam. However, from his explanation of spiritualism, it can be understood that spiritual intelligence is an effort to optimize the potential of human intelligence towards Allah SWT. according to Sheikh Ibnu Athaillah, however, it can be understood that the aim of emotional intelligence is to develop an individual's ability to understand, manage and express emotions well.

Abstract

In the last decade, the world of education in Indonesia has faced major challenges regarding student safety in schools. The challenge in question is a crisis of student morality or character which is marked by the increasing phenomenon of violence in schools or what is generally known as bullying. This case of bullying occurs because they can show their true identity which might be considered something "cool" just in a disclosure given to them. This is because students' emotional levels are still unstable, so this behavior is often carried out by students. This incident can be seen from the development of religious attitudes held by those who promote their beliefs which are still weak. This research includes library research, therefore the steps that will be taken are exploration of a number of data from various literature, both primary data and secondary data. This religious development attitude needs to be arranged in such a way that students can explore these religious attitudes which will later be implemented with positive, not negative, attitudes. This religious experience must always be embedded and carried out for better changes in attitudes.

Abstract

Problems with learning Arabic have become something that should be resolved and overcome by teachers and students. Problems with learning Arabic can occur from internal and external factors. This was experienced by students at Madrasah Diniyah (MD) Nurul Iman Majalengka. The purpose of this research is to find out the causes of problems in learning Arabic, find out the role of educators in overcoming obstacles to learning Arabic, and find solutions to obstacles to learning Arabic. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The research was conducted using in-depth interviews. The results of the research show that students experience problems in learning Arabic, they do not memorize Arabic letters, there are no handbooks for students, there is no interest in learning Arabic, it is difficult to memorize Arabic vocabulary, and it is difficult to pronounce the appropriate Arabic letters. Educators try to provide additional study hours, photocopy textbooks, and provide motivation in overcoming the problems of learning Arabic. The solution given is to change the Arabic language study hours to 14.15-17.30, charging a fee of IDR 10,000 to each student to support learning needs; implementing learning using video media, and full support from parents.

Abstract

Inter-religious relations have always been an interesting issue to study. On 1 November 2022 Religion Twenty (R20) was held in Bali involving religious leaders from around the world. This religious forum is a new step for all religious communities to establish good relations between religious communities so as to avoid divisions. This article aims to further explore the principles of inter-religious relations in the book of thematic interpretations by Muhammadiyah. This research is a type of library research. The results of this study indicate that there are three principles of inter-religious relations in the book of thematic interpretations by Muhammadiyah: 1) recognition of plurality and competition in goodness, 2) peaceful coexistence in inter-religious relations, and 3) justice and equality.
