Abstract

In the family there are sub-sections starting from father, mother, and child. Abstract

The supervision function of Riau DPRD becomes stronger since otonomy has been ratified. Unhappily, the strength his of tenre directed to infiltrate the political party interest. In the after mach, the role of DPRD is n’tinan optimal fashion because it’strapped in transactiona lpolitics, which bets political party interst with public interest. Researcher, by using descriptive- analysis method, describes and analyzes the problem to look for the solution. As aresult, the supervision function of Riau DPRD on public interestis in poor support by asystem that be in dsover the legislators. Abstract

The metamorphosis of public organizations in response to internal and external demands is manifested in the form of reform, revitalization and the formation of government networks. The government is required to always adjust to the development of the environment. This adjustment is an effort to respond to the development of society and the global environment. External factors require public organizations to be more flexible in governance. This article wants to discuss the efforts of the Banyuwangi Regency government and the collaboration that was carried out in order to fix green open space in Banyuwangi Regency, East Java. The approach used in writing this paper is a socio-legal approach that combines normative approaches with research results, assessment results, and other references and is reinforced by empirical research conducted through interviews andobservations. This research found the existence of efforts by the city government to develop regulations related to the regulation of green open space as well as various collaborative efforts between government, civil society and the private sector in the implementation of the development of green open spaces in Banyuwangi Regency. The preparation of legal instruments and the establishment of government networks is actually part of the new public governance paradigm that seeks to optimize the roles of government and stake holders in the development of green open spaces. This study also found that the role of the community as a civil society was considered important in promoting democratic governance, the effectiveness of regulations that were oriented to the public interest

Abstract

To develop the potential as kholifah fii al-Ard, the methods used by each country and region are different. In Indonesia the potential development model used is set in the National Education System with tertiary level of education, from the level of kindergarten, elementary school to university as well as the inclusion of diplomas as proof of completing the level of education, as well as in other countries which is certainly adjusted with the character of the real conditions of the people. One implementation of the National Education System is the formation of educational institutions in order to make a conscious and planned effort to create an atmosphere of learning and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, selfcontrol, personality, intelligence, noble character, and the skills required by themselves, the community, the nation and the state as an implementation of the mandate of the Constitution is to educate the nation's life. In its development, the influence of globalization and industry, as well as the development of science and information technology has a considerable influence on education, including the shifting of the educational paradigm from idealist-humanitis-ethical towards pragmatic-materealist in the midst of society. The method used is qualitative with a literature approach, as a knife analysis analyzes all information, sources, and documentation relating to education
