Abstract

Abstract To develop the potential as kholifah fii al-Ard, the methods used by each country and region are different. In Indonesia the potential development model used is set in the National Education System with tertiary level of education, from the level of kindergarten, elementary school to university as well as the inclusion of diplomas as proof of completing the level of education, as well as in other countries which is certainly adjusted with the character of the real conditions of the people. One implementation of the National Education System is the formation of educational institutions in order to make a conscious and planned effort to create an atmosphere of learning and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and the skills required by themselves, the community, the nation and the state as an implementation of the mandate of the Constitution is to educate the nation's life. In its development, the influence of globalization and industry, as well as the development of science and information technology has a considerable influence on education, including the shifting of the educational paradigm from idealist-humanitis-ethical towards pragmatic-materealist in the midst of society. The method used is qualitative with a literature approach, as a knife analysis analyzes all information, sources, and documentation relating to education.

Abstract

This study explores the internalization of religious behavior among students through philosophical engagement at Miftahul Ulum Islamic Institute. Employing a qualitative field research design, data were collected via participant observation and in-depth interviews with selected students. Analysis followed the Miles and Huberman framework, comprising data reduction, display, and verification. Findings reveal that daily practices such as communal prayers, Qur'an recitation, and philosophical discourse are critical in shaping religious consciousness. The results contribute to understanding religious behavior formation through social and philosophical enculturation in Islamic higher education settings. The methods used are group methods and individual methods. This change in religious behavior is categorized as a change through the enculturation process.

Abstract

Modal sosial dalam bentuk jaringan sosial memiliki peran krusial dalam penguatan institusi pendidikan, terutama madrasah. Jaringan sosial yang kuat memungkinkan terjadinya pertukaran sumber daya, informasi, serta dukungan dari berbagai pihak, termasuk organisasi keagamaan, pemerintah daerah, dan institusi pendidikan lainnya. Dalam konteks madrasah, modal sosial yang terjalin dengan baik dapat meningkatkan sinergi pendidikan dan memperkuat karakter serta nilai-nilai toleransi peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk menganalisis peran jaringan sosial dalam penguatan modal sosial di madrasah. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber, termasuk jurnal akademik, buku, serta hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan dengan topik ini. Fokus utama kajian ini adalah bagaimana madrasah, seperti MA Futuhiyyah, membangun dan mengelola jaringan sosial guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan membentuk karakter peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa madrasah yang memiliki jaringan sosial yang kuat lebih mudah mengakses program dan sumber daya yang mendukung penguatan karakter peserta didik. Selain itu, modal sosial dalam bentuk jaringan sosial juga meningkatkan partisipasi komunitas dalam kegiatan madrasah serta memperkuat hubungan antar lembaga pendidikan. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan jaringan sosial secara optimal menjadi faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan penguatan modal sosial di madrasah.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dilaksanakan sebagai upaya meningkatkan keterampilan vokasional masyarakat dan memperkuat kemandirian ekonomi berbasis potensi lokal. Program pelatihan ini dirancang untuk menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat akan keterampilan teknis yang relevan dengan dunia kerja, mengingat sebagian besar penduduk setempat bekerja pada sektor informal dengan tingkat pendapatan yang fluktuatif. Metode pelaksanaan PKM meliputi empat tahap utama, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan program, penyampaian materi teori, praktik langsung pengelasan, serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Pelatihan diberikan melalui pendekatan pembelajaran partisipatif dan metode praktik (learning by doing), sehingga peserta dapat menguasai keterampilan teknis pengelasan secara efektif. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan peserta dalam mengoperasikan mesin las, melaksanakan teknik penyambungan logam, dan menerapkan prosedur keselamatan kerja (K3). Selain peningkatan kompetensi teknis, program ini juga mampu menumbuhkan motivasi peserta untuk memanfaatkan keterampilan yang diperoleh sebagai peluang usaha mandiri, ditandai dengan munculnya rencana pembukaan usaha bengkel las rumahan dan penerimaan pekerjaan las sederhana di lingkungan sekitar. Pelaksanaan pelatihan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mengurangi pengangguran, meningkatkan produktivitas masyarakat, dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi desa secara berkelanjutan. Pelatihan teknik pengelasan ini menjadi model pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis keterampilan yang layak untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut dan direplikasi pada bidang vokasional lainnya sebagai langkah memperkuat pembangunan desa mandiri dan berdaya saing.
