Abstract

Indonesia as part of a pluralistic country consists of people with different cultural, ethnic, religious, or linguistic backgrounds. On the one hand, these differences are a Grace from Allah SWT that needs to be cared for and maintained. On the other hand, diversity has the potential to cause conflicts between ethnicities, groups, and beliefs. So far, the Ministry of Religious Affairs has promoted Religious Moderation as a pioneer in moderating the understanding and attitudes of extremes that occur. This article discusses the role of Pancasila Education in shaping the nation's character with a descriptive qualitative research method. The type of research is Pustaka. The results of the study concluded that character education cultivation can be done in three ways, first through inclusion in the Educational Curriculum. Pancasila values must be introduced to students in schools, so it is necessary to include Pancasila values in the curriculum that is enforced. Second, strengthen Pancasila-based character education. Acquaint children with nationalist characters, such as mutual cooperation, visiting sick friends, collaborating in completing projects with friends, and helping each other in succeeding activities outside the home. And third, to ensure a healthy environment for the nation's generation. An environment that instills Pancasila values, serves children from less positive backgrounds.

Abstract

Tegal Maja Village is one of the villages in Kragilan District, Serang Regency, Banten. Geographically, Tegal Maja Village is located in the middle and is very strategic. When discussing with members of the MSME Group in Tegal Maja Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency, Banten, they had a number of problems as well as reasons why the Bamboo Craft business was not growing rapidly and even continued to decline every year. The problem in question is the lack of capital costs. To overcome this problem, an alternative solution that can be implemented is for the author to discuss with village officials who suggest collaborating with Fintech using the peer to peer lending method which is expected to be useful for improving the home business of the Tegal Maja Village Bamboo Craftsmen MSME group so that they are able to compete with competitors online. or offline. Therefore, the aim of this community service is to see the potential of using the role of Peer to Peer Lending in improving the welfare of the MSME community in Tegal Maja Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency, Banten. To obtain the data used were observation and literature review. This service activity is an educational effort on the role of peer to peer lending in improving the welfare of the MSME community in Tegal Maja Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency, Banten. As a form of thought, the author offers several efforts and breakthroughs, namely: 1.) Provide education on how to use Fintech lending applications, identify which Fintech Lending is licensed and which Fintech lending is not licensed, and submit proposals to the Village Government, Regency Government and Fintech lending Companies, 2.) The easiest Fintech lending and financial institutions fastest in providing loans, so according to the author Fintech lending is the most suitable financial institution.

Abstract

Banyuwangi is an area that is active in producing Siamese citrus commodities. One of the areas or villages that produce agricultural products of Siamese Citrus is Sambimulyo Banyuwangi village. The process of transferring the commodity of citrus is called the market access strategy, because farmers are producers who need two distribution intermediaries played by middlemen and retailers. The theoretical framework of this research is based on social capital, Woolcock's theory, where it defines social capital as information, trust, and reciprocal norms contained in a social network. Methods in qualitative research, with a phenomenological approach. While the validity test of the data in this study uses a test of credibility, transferability, dependability and commitment. The results of this study explain that the market access strategy for Siamese commodities includes distribution by region which is divided into 2 regions. First, the distribution of siam citrus commodities in one region, which means thefulfillment of siam orange for its own regional market. Second, the distribution of siwam citrus commodities to other regions or regions, which means sending commodities from Siamese oranges to other regional markets that make requests

Abstract

There are three essential points from the final results and conclusions in this research that combines qualitative and quantitative approaches, namely: First, examining the policy model applied by the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School Foundation. Second, reviewing the application process, as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of policy implementation at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Foundation. The two points above are analyzed to produce a complete concept related to policies in modernization which are applied at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Foundation. The results of the analysis provide a conceptual basis for developing the theory of pesantren policies in developing formal educational institutions. The goal is for the next point, Third, to formulate a prototype of a boarding school policy that can be applied at other Pondok Peesantren Foundations that establish or develop formal education from SD / MI to Higher Education (PT). Abstract

So far, education is considered a failure, not just not meeting job standards. The bigger problem is that our education is not used to producing satisfactory graduates with noble character. The ancient nations that were destroyed by God, not because they did not master science and technology or were not smart, but because they had wrong intentions, methods, and did not know what the ultimate goal was and worst of all, they did not practice their knowledge, therefore they did not have good morals. . Is it not true that people who take a wrong step or do not know the procedure in seeking educational knowledge are very bad. As a religion that prioritizes education, throughout the life of Islam, there have been many thinkers who have contributed their thoughts in the field of educational concepts in particular, as well as from various other fields. Ibn Sina, Al-Qobisi, Ibn Taimiyah, Maskawaih, Al-Ghazali, Kh Imam Zarkasi, Az-Zarnuji who contributed their thoughts to the perfection and advancement of the concept of Islamic education based on the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet. The views of Islamic education thinkers or experts, especially Sheikh Az-Zarnuji in this study, have been brought back for joint study, so that we can use them as guidelines or guidelines and further study of systems or methods of educational concepts based on The Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet SAW. This researcher seeks to express Az-Zarnuji's thoughts in the book Ta'limul Muta'alim in the form of messages about the concept of Islamic education. The type of research used is Library Research with a qualitative approach, based on that data is taken from the original source and is supported by related sources. The data collection method uses documentation. Data analysis techniques with three components: data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and drawing and verifying conclusions. Following the formulation of Miles and Huberman, while the method of checking the validity of the data with five components; (1) triangulation, (2) checking the truth of information, (3) munaqosah, (4) analysis of negative cases, and (5) extension of research time (if possible). From the research it was emphasized that the messages of Az-Zarnuji's educational concepts in the book Ta'limul Muta'alm; (1) good intentions to learn, (2) be grateful for what Allah has given, (3) focus and pursue knowledge, (4) may intend to seek knowledge with other intentions, (5) choose a teacher, (6) choose friends , (7) human nature, (8) trustworthiness, (9) memorization method, (10) causes of memory to be weak, (11) learning method, (12) time to study, and (13) worship.

Abstract

Muta'alim Ta'lim Study of Values of Moral Education. The background in writing this scientific paper is education is something that must be taken by everyone. Existing education should be able to produce children who excel in the intellectual, emotional and spiritual. All education is important, but the author will explain about moral education, because according to the authors of moral education is the answer in solving the moral crisis in this nation. The problem of this writing is what are the values of moral education in the book Ta'limul Muta’allim in education today. The purpose of this study is to describe and know the values of moral education contained in the book Ta'limul Muta’allim. This research is a research library research. With the object of literature study material, primary and secondary sources from the book ta’limulmuta’allim. In the process of analyzing the author using Content Analysis in drawing conclusions using the deductive method, the results of this study indicate; moral education values in the book Ta'limul Muta’allim are divided into several points, namely morals to God, morals to humans and morals to science. It is very suitable if implemented in the world of formal education in Indonesia because it will form a virtuous national character.

Abstract

The formation ofreligious character is very important to be implemented in the realm of education, especially in schools to change the behavior of students who are not good will be good with akhlakul karimah. Realizing good and noble behavior needs to be held the formation of religious character. The result of the study there is a significant influence between Islamic religious education and manners, tolerance and sincerity of students SMPN from Tegalsari Banyuwangi. Based on the results of calculations that have been carried out shows that Islamic religious education and character significantly influence the religious character of peace-loving students at SMPN 2 Tegalsari Banyuwangi. It is shown by the research hypothesis that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The meaning is, the better the learning of Islamic religious education and character related to the religious character of peace-loving religious, the greater the attitude of peace-loving behavior held by students at SMPN 2 Tegalsari Banyuwangi. And The meaning is, the better the learning of Islamic religious education and character related to the religious character of tolerance, the greater will the tolerance attitude possessed by students at SMPN 2 Tegalsari Banyuwangi.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in fostering and improving students' morals at MAN 3 Banyuwangi and the coaching approach used. The method used in this study is qualitative with in-depth interview techniques involving teachers, principals, and students. This study identifies the role of teachers as leaders, role models, facilitators, and motivators who contribute to fostering students' morals. The results of the interviews showed that the approaches applied include exemplary examples, advice, special attention, habituation, and punishment. These approaches have been applied consistently and effectively, and in accordance with existing theories about moral development. Teachers at MAN 3 Banyuwangi have succeeded in integrating theory and practice in the process of moral education by providing good examples, providing constructive advice, paying special attention to students, as well as getting used to good behavior and implementing educational punishments. All practices applied show consistency with the theory put forward about the role and methods of moral development. This study concludes that teachers' efforts in moral education at MAN 3 Banyuwangi are effective and have a positive impact on the formation of students' character. Suggestions for future research include deepening the study of the long-term impact of the coaching method and further evaluation of the implementation of the method in other contexts.
