Abstract

Effective learning requires an approach that can increase students' motivation to learn and engagement in learning. One innovative approach that has been proven effective in this regard is Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL). Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) focuses on matching learning materials to students' ability levels, not just age or grade. Research shows that this approach can optimize materials that match learners' abilities and can further increase learners' motivation to learn. By grouping learners according to ability and providing appropriate learning support, Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) becomes a learning solution for learners based on ability level to overcome learning differences and increase learners' confidence. This research contains the basic concepts of Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL), supporting theories and the impact of the implementation of learning with the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach on students' learning motivation at SD Negeri Condongcatur. Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) increases learners' engagement and satisfaction in learning. Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) is an effective approach to increase learners' learning motivation.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan ruang terbuka hijau yang berpasir menjadi taman mini yang asri. Ruang terbuka hijau merupakan sebuah tempat terbuka di alam bebas yang berisi dengan tatanan tanaman hias, tanaman peneduh yang dapat memberikan kesejukan pagi pengunjung. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara ke beberapa aparatur desa dan masyarakat. Berkaitan dengan pengabdian ini memberikan hasil yang efektif terhadap estetika lingkungan dan kenyamanan masyarakat. Namun dalam konteks menciptakan udara yang sejuk, pengabdian ini belum memberikan hasil yang maksimal sehingga perlu adanya tindak lanjut untuk kedepannya.

Abstract

community empowerment is a strategic step in increasing awreness of thr importance of environmental cleanliness. This study aims to analyze the roleof organic and inorganic waste banks as a means of education and waste management in public places. By actively involving the community, this program not only increases awareness of good waste management, but also encourages participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness. The methods used include observation and interviews with several village officials and cadres. The expected results are changes in community behavior towards a cleaner and more environmentally friendly lifestyle. Through tihis initiative, it is hoped that a cleaner and healthier environment will be created, as well as a collective awareness of maintaining environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Religious moderation, rooted to the Arabic concept "al-wasathiyah", is an important approach to addressing diversity. Its application aims to provide a real-life example of how religious moderation can be manifested in the modern age, and it explains how to reinforce religious moderation in the midst of differing views in Islam. In the village of mulyosari, practicing islamic moderation harmoniously works. The celebration of the glorious hut of mulyosari isa concrete proof, in which all citizens are involved without regard for their religious or islamic organization. This qualitative study presents detailed and narrative results from various perspectives, showing the positive effect of moderate religious application in the mulyosari village. Such activities as communal prayer involving an entire community of diverse religious backgrounds, as well as praying, provide insight into religious moderation and enhance cooperation between islamic organizations

Abstract

Accounting records are an important part of every BUMDes, but many still do it manually and do not have financial reports. To overcome this, the community service team plans to provide support to Wotanmas Jedong Village through financial literacy training and accounting methods. This training is intended for BUMDes administrators and village treasurers, with routine assistance in each business unit. Evaluation findings show that participants' understanding is getting better, and they can now identify assets and organize financial data more neatly. In order to increase the effectiveness of the program, it is recommended to use an integrated accounting application and additional training related to asset management and accounting technology. Thus, this training not only develops the skills of BUMDes managers, but also ensures transparency and accountability in financial operations in line with applicable accounting standards.

Abstract

The goal of the socialization program for People's Business Credit (KUR) use in Bangsal Village, Mojokerto Regency, is to enhance the community's knowledge, perspectives, and practices about KUR for MSMEs. Prior to and during the socializing activity, questionnaires and in-depth interviews were used to gather data for this qualitative research. The study's findings demonstrated a decline in the usage of KUR for non-productive consumption and an increase in community awareness of the advantages and prerequisites for using KUR. The community is positively encouraged to use KUR for their business requirements as a result of this socialization program. Increased stakeholder participation, improved instructional materials, wider outreach, and ongoing monitoring and evaluation are all required to improve the efficacy of KUR socialization. In order to promote regional economic growth and enhance community welfare overall, it is anticipated that the findings of this research would significantly increase access to and advantages of KUR.

Abstract

this activity aims to analyze the implementation of the Teaching Activity Program, School Administration and Participating in the School Activities at State Elementary School 01 Sebetung Menyala. This research was conducted at State Elementary School 01 Sebetung Menyala. The researcher used a descriptive qualitative approach. This research was conducted from September 02, 2024 to January 10, 2025. The subject in this study were students from class I to VI at State Elementary School 01 Sebetung Menyala. The data sources in this study were primary data sources and sekuder data sources. Primary data sources, namely the author, can be obtained from the implementation of Field Experience Practices Program at State Elementary School 01 Sebetung Menyala and sekuder data source, namely obtained from a reference source of various research journals that comply with this research. Data collection techniques used are observations directly with the principals to see each corner of the school and documentation by taking several photos used as evidence. The approach method used on the implementation of this Field Experience Practice program is a direct empowerment method through the stages that have been compiled by the Field Experience Practices committee. The result that this program has a positive impact on students, teachers, and schools. This is indicated by the fact that students participate in the learning given then show better literacy levels and numeracy.

Abstract

Effective network management is the main need in the world of information technology, especially for companies engaged in network infrastructure. One of the devices that is often used to support network connectivity is MikroTik. This journal aims to design MikroTik configuration learning based on the OSI Layer Model at PT Proxi Jaringan Nusantara, focusing on setting MikroTik so that it can be connected to the internet. The learning method is designed using theoretical and simulation approaches, including the introduction of the OSI Layer Model as the basis of network communication and the technical steps of MikroTik configuration, such as IP Address settings, NAT (Network Address Translation), DHCP Server, and basic Firewall. The simulation results show that the configuration carried out in accordance with the OSI Layer Model can improve network stability and efficiency. This learning is designed to provide practical and in-depth solutions for authors in understanding MicroTik-based network management.

Abstract

In the era of Gen Z, many children are reluctant to know about religion. Every time you get a memorization task, it is always not in accordance with the time specified for deposit. And do not feel burdened or eager to be able to memorize in order to get additional grades. But they are more likely to prefer playing online games to fill their free time at home rather than taking a break to take a nap after school. The focus of service in this mentoring is assistance in improving memorization with the murojaah method. This service uses the Participatory Action Research method where the author is actively involved in direct service activities. Service activities related to memorizing asmaul husna with the murojaah method can strengthen cooperation with peers and get rewards.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the quality of goat farming in Semarang City, especially at Ciliwung Farm. This activity focuses on two main aspects, namely building design development training and management training. Building design training emphasizes designing pens that meet goat health, comfort and productivity standards. Aspects such as ventilation, lighting, materials and cage layout are the main focus in this training. Meanwhile, management training is aimed at improving farmers' skills in managing the sales and marketing of goat products. Training materials cover marketing strategies, product development and financial management. It is hoped that through this activity, farmers at Ciliwung Farm can improve the quality of their products, expand their marketing network, and ultimately increase their income. The results of this community service show an increase in the knowledge and skills of breeders in designing good pens and managing goat farming businesses more effectively.
