Abstract

In fulfillment of life , people try to find commodities that before not consumed into something consumable . Among the commodities for consume were from impure product itself . In Islamic studies remains, its allowed to consume processed mixed impure. Halal commodity are halal of the material , the way of processing, the process and storage presentation.

Abstract

This study is performed to effect of earnings management, roe and company size of dividend payout ratio. The object of the research was service company (telecommunications, transportation, hospitality, tour and travel) which go public in indonesia. This study adopted research by Ahmed Arif (2011) with some modification. The researchers have taken the data of listed service companies for the year 2008 to 2010. the company that represents their financial report over period 2008 – 2010. The researchers have measured the dividend policy by using dividend payout ratio while Modified Cross Sectional Jones Model (1995) has been employed to measure the earnings management. This study reveals that based on the results of regression analysis and F test can be seen that there is positive and significant influence between earnings management, the variable return on equity (ROE) and the size of the company's dividend payout ratio, with a significance level of less than 5%; Based on the results of the t-test, it is known that there are partially positive and significant influence among the variables return on equity (ROE) and the size of the company's dividend payout ratio. While earnings management has a negative effect and no significant effect on dividend payout ratio, the significance level of 5%.

Abstract

Many Indonesian people are still hesitant and worried about the safe and lawful when they want to invest in capital markets, even though the Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) has issued a fatwa on the application of Islamic principles in trade mechanism equity securities in the regular market Stock Exchange Number 80 of 2011, but there are many opinions that say that investing in the stock market at the stock exchange was unclean. The capital market is one of the important pillars of the world economy today. Many industries and companies that use capital market institutions as a medium to absorb investment and media to strengthen its financial position. The modern economy would not exist without the capital market that is well-organized. Every day trillions of rupiah transaction through this institution, this is what brings the authors to examine how the laws of sharia stock exchanges in the Islamic perspective.

Abstract

Everyone wants to perform a variety of transactions and practices related to freedom and full flexibility. In Islam the transaction and an agreement on a contract is basically allowed for not taking someone else's property by false means. But the fuqana mazhab have different opinion on the conditions allowed and prohibited in the transaction or related even though there are similarities between them.

Abstract

The more rapid growth and development of islamic financial institutions (especially the islamic banks) have a positive impact on the increasing need for human resources (HR) sharia. To meet the needs of qualified human resources sharia, professional, and in accordance with the needs and expectations of the Islamic finance industry, required the participation of all parties. One of the parties that have a high contribution is Islamic colleges (PTAI) through the Department of Islamic economics. Department of Islamic economics should play an active role in preparing qualified human resources and professional sharia so as to meet the needs and expectations of the Islamic finance industry. In an effort to produce quality graduates and professionals the Department of Islamic economics can contribute by: (1) Open prgram studies, (2) formulate a curriculum that is appropriate to combine courses that provide knowledge professionalism of economics, finance, banking, business, knowledge of sharia ( law & applications) as well as moral values (faith and morals), (3) Provision of funds development, (4) conduct training that is relevant, (5) the development of research and scientific work, (6) provided facilities for adequate learning; matriculation language, library (complete literature), lab mini bank, (7) the teaching staff of competent and qualified, (8) support programs such as; internships, on-job training.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how the legal empowerment of money in tithes whether allowed or prohibited in perspective Hanafi and Shafi'i schools. This study is very important to accommodate the fact that occur in the community-related issues in the use of money to pay tithes. Modern society is now assumed that the use of the money easier and more practical so that they are many who pay tithes using money from the use of rice or other staple foods. From these studies it is known that the Shafi'i schools use money as a tithe is not allowed. Paying tithes should be the staple food, should not be issued in the form of zakat fitrah qimah or money worth. Meanwhile, according to Hanafis use of money in tithes permitted as long as the money is worth the staple food which is used as a tithe. But the important thing to note here, for those who bertaqlid on Hanafi when issuing tithes monetary amount should be within the limit of tithes according to Abu Hanifah.
