Abstract

The Internet has become something important in the communication development. One communication facilities on the Internet is the Internet relay chat or known as chat. Chat applications in real time is often misused for the purpose of spreading the virus, promotions, and other interests known as spam. Spamming is the sending of unwanted messages by someone who has a chat account. This causes the chat account feel uncomfortable with the condition. Based on these problems this research create a chat application that can filter messages or spam filtering by applying text mining. Spam filtering process can be done in two phases: text pre-processing and analyzing. These two phases are carried out to calculate the weight (W) of connectedness with the word spam messages. Based on the results of tests performed on chat applications by applying text mining to perform filtering on spam messages generate the level of accuracy of 91.41%.

Abstract

the use of traditional Indonesian textile motifs is influenced by elements of nature, environment and culture that develop in the community. Materials, motifs and techniques for making traditional textiles are different from one region to another. The use of information technology in preservation and providing knowledge to the public can made in the form of software that can match the pattern of images or photos while performing traditional textile classifications. The input in this study is an image of a patterned texture. The software through the pattern recognition process will perform calculations and produce values ??that can be matched in the sample database that has previously been processed. The method used is the color feature extraction with the Local Color Histogram method, texture feature extraction with the Co-occurrence matrix method, and the extraction of shape features with the Canny Edge Detection method. Each feature extraction will produce a vector. The data used consisted of 10 textile groups namely endek bali, songket bali, tenun dayak, tenun ikat, sasirangan, kain besurek, ulos, sutera bugis, kain gringsing. Classification method by using K-Nearest Neighborhood (K-NN). The results of this study are the highest accuracy values ??for extraction of texture features and the lowest accuracy values ??for the combination of extraction of shape and color features.

Abstract

Information technology governance is an integral component of organizational control that includes organizational structure, information technology, and business strategies within the organization. Information technology governance is oriented in emphasizing the use of information technology in organizations to be useful and able to contribute to achieving organizational goals. To know the application of information technology governance, it is said to be good, it is necessary to assess to determine the ability of information technology governance in aligning business strategies with information technology processes. COBIT 5 is a comprehensive framework and can help (governance) management and (management) management in obtaining the goals of the organization/company. This study aims to determine the application of the COBIT 5 framework to measure the maturity level of information technology governance in institutions or organizations in Indonesia. It was found that COBIT 5 has been applied to various types of organizations such as private companies, government agencies, hospital agencies, and educational institutions. The average government and health institutions expect to achieve capability level 5 to get the optimal process, while the average achievement level capability is at level 3 with a value of 2. Therefore, it is necessary to provide recommendations for improvement to achieve expectations at capability level 5. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to review research related to the application of COBIT 5 in measuring the maturity level of information technology governance in companies, government agencies, hospitals, and educational institutions.

Abstract

Sistem pengenalan diri secara otomatis dengan telapak tangan merupakan teknologi biometrika yang masih relatif baru. Permasalahan utama dalam sistem pengenalan dengan telapak tangan adalah bagaimana memperoleh ciri telapak tangan tersebut. Penelitian ini memperkenalkan pendekatan baru untuk menghasilkan ciri telapak tangan yaitu dimensi fraktal dan derajat kekosongan fraktal (lacunarity). Skor pencocokan dua telapak tangan dihitung dengan metrika korelasi. Sistem diuji menggunakan sekitar 1250 telapak tangan milik 250 responden. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan sistem mampu menghasilkan tingkat keberhasilan sekitar 98%  atau FAR = 1.9139 %, FRR = 1.9139%, T = 0.2364.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Surya Husadha Denpasar merupakan rumah sakit berstandar internasional dengan tingkat hunian kamar pada tahun 2011 cukup tinggi sekitar 75%.Yang berdampak pada tingkat pemakaian energi listrik. Tingkat pemakaian energi listrikrumah sakit tiap bulan rata-rata sebesar 123,071 kWh, diperuntukan pengoperasian AC sebanyak 43%, peralatan medis 29%, lampu 13%, elektronik 11% dan lainnya 4%. Dalam hal ini konservasi energi yang dilakukan difokuskan pada AC dan lampu karena hal tersebut memungkinkan untuk dilakukan pengontrolan pemakaian, penggantian peralatan dan tidak termasuk kategori peralatan vital seperti halnya peralatan medis. Dari tahapan audit energi diperoleh data bahwa nilai IKE adalah 245,40 kWh/m2/tahun. Sebanyak 37,1% kapasitas AC dan 84,54% kuat pencahayaan telah sesuai dengan pembebanan ruangan dan pedoman pencahayaan rumah sakit. Untuk perancangan manajemen energi, pimpinan rumah sakit belum memiliki acuan penyusunan sehingga perlu dilakukan pemetaan terhadap kebijakan dan sistem, organisasi, motivasi, sistem informasi, promosi dan investasi. Rancangan manajemen energi yang disusun mengacu pada matriks manajemen energi. Hasil matriks manajemen energi menunjukan bahwa manajemen energi rumah sakit belum terkelola dengan baik namun dalam hal penerapan teknologi dan sistem perawatan lampu dan AC dapat dijadikan best practice.

Abstract

Pembangkit listrik tenaga surya (PLTS) 1 MWp terinterkoneksi jaringan di Kayubihi, Bangli atau disebut PLTS Kayubihi, merupakan hal baru dalam penerapan pemanfaatan energi surya fotovoltaik berskala besar di Indonesia. Keberadaan PLTS Kayubihi  menjadi perhatian untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut, agar potensi produksi energi listrik spesifik/final yield (YF), dan unjuk kerja/rasio performa (PR) dari PLTS diketahui terhadap lokasi pemasangan. Hal ini selanjutnya menjadi acuan dalam identifikasi dan analisis permasalahan operasi PLTS, guna pengembangan dan pengetahuan pengelolaan PLTS. Nilai optimum YF dan PR PLTS Kayubihi diperoleh dengan simulasi menggunakan software PVSyst, yang berdasarkan lokasi dan konfigurasi sistem terpasang, tanpa memperhatikan faktor shading sesuai lokasi PLTS. Selanjutnya hasil simulasi dibandingkan terhadap hasil produksi real energi listrik PLTS Kayubihi. Potensi optimum energi listrik per tahun yang dihasilkan PLTS Kayubihi dari hasil simulasi adalah 1656 MWh, dengan PR 83,6 %. Berdasarkan waktu operasi dari 15 Februari s.d. 30 September 2013 produksi real energi listrik PLTS Kayubihi adalah 729,08 MWh, selisih 32,3% dari simulasi PVSyst sebesar 1076,94 MWh. Shading dan gangguan yang ada menurunkan produksi energi dan unjuk kerja spesifik PLTS Kayubihi yaitu YF 3,20 jam/hari, dengan faktor kapasitas (CF) 13,34 % terhadap simulasi, yaitu YF 4,68 jam/hari dan CF 19,53%.

Abstract

Penyulang Abang merupakan salah satu penyulang di pulau Bali yang sumber energi listriknya berasal dari Gardu Induk Amlapura. Penyambungan unit pembangkit listrik yang baru ke jaringan distribusi dapat meningkatkan arus hubung singkat apabila terjadi gangguan pada saluran. Simulasi gangguan hubung singkat pada program ETAP dilakukan dengan dua simulasi yaitu simulasi gangguan hubung singkat tanpa beroperasinya PLTS dan setelah beroperasinya PLTS. Hasil analisis gangguan hubung singkat tanpa beroperasinya - PLTS didapat arus hubung singkat terbesar pada titik 1 yaitu bus B217 sebesar 1026 A, sedangkan akibat beroperasinya PLTS arus gangguan hubung singkatnya menjadi 1224 A. Tanpa beroperasinya PLTS arus hubung singkat terkecil pada titik 5 yaitu pada bus B366 sebesar 792 A sedangkan akibat beroperasinya PLTS arus gangguan hubung singkatnya menjadi 882 A. Peningkatan arus hubung singkat mengakibatkan perubahan waktu kerja dari rele di lima titik gangguan sebesar 0,123 - 0,131 detik dengan kondisi tanpa PLTS, sedangkan dengan beroperasinya PLTS perubahan waktu kerja rele yaitu0,117 – 0,127 detik.

Abstract

Abstract— Dishubkominfo as ICT implementing agency, currently serves internet connection of all SKPD in Badung Regency Government Center with bandwidth capacity of 200 Mbps and complaints about the stability and speed of internet access is still a lot going on, both from the internal use of SKPD or external from the community. This problem needs to be addressed by analyzing the characteristics of internet utilization traffic and user behavior in each SKPD so that bandwidth management policy will be right on target. This study aims to monitor and model characters from users using NetFlow and NFDUMP. Based on the study results at Badung District Government Center, it was observed that TCP protocol has the highest level of network usage, followed by UDP protocol, and several other protocols. In terms of traffic sources, it is known that social media is the most frequently accessed site by the user. The results of this study can be used as a consideration in increasing the network bandwidth capacity and policies implemented in the Government Center of Badung Regency associated with internet access.

Abstract

Abstract— Final project is one of the requirements that must be passed by students to complete their education. In the process of making the final project there is a guidance stage for the work of lecturers. The construction of the final assignment guidance scheduling system using the Relational Unfied Proccess (RUP) method aims to meet between lecturers and students, it is difficult to determine the schedule of meetings. In the RUP process there are 4 stages that must be passed in building a system. Inception at this stage the search for system requirements. Conducted by conducting interviews with students obtained a schedule for system development, 5 main functional needs of the system and 3 actors contained in the system. Elaboration is done by designing a system using the Unified Modeling Language. Beginning with the design with a use case diagram, proceed to the activity diagram and finally use the class diagram. The construction phase of the system is built based on the web using the programming languages ??PHP, HTML and CSS. Finally, in the transition phase the implementation at the construction stage will be tested using the blackbox method to test the functional system. In testing conducted on the login, submission of guidance, complaints and confirmation of submission obtained valid results for testing.

Abstract

The Efforts to accelerate the development of renewable energy power plants continue to be driven by the central government as stipulated in the National Energy General Plan. One of the plants developed is the Solar Power Plant. Currently about Solar Power Plant in Indonesia is built to reach 152.44 MW from the target set at 6.5 GW. The central government through the Minister of Energy of Resources and Minerals issued policy No. 49 of 2018 on the use of rooftop power plants. Gianyar is one of the areas that have good solar irradiation with an average of 4.99 kWh/m2/day, where it is very potential to build a rooftop PV. This research aims to find out the study of electrical energy and ecomonic generated from Solar Power Plant 10 kWp in Batuan village. Furthermore, surveyed the field to collect data to simulate the performance, comparison, and investment feasibility of the construction of the Solar Power Plant. Data collection of real production and real consumption is carried out for 12 months. Simulations use PVsyst programs and investment feasibility using several methods, such as Net Present Value.(NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Profitability Index (PI), and Payback Period (PP). The total potential Solar Power Plant in of Batuan Village household is 9.3 kWp from the entire roof of the installation of 78.11 m2. The construction of Solar Power Plant in households in Batuan Village with a capacity of 10 kWp has a potential of 6336.3 kWh in a year with a performance of 30.9%, while in real production this Solar Power Plant is able to produce a total of 8,502 kWh in a year. In economic analysis, the feasibility level of plts development investment was declared unfit, with an NPV value of Rp. - 321,004,050 at a discount rate of 10%, the value of IRR - 90.4%, BCR worth 0.78, PI at 0.32, and PP which reached 78 years.
