Abstract

Technological progress will be in line with the development of science. Innovation was created to provide positive benefits and convenience for human life. This study aims to see the public acceptance of the use of online financing applications called P2P Lending. The approach is made by using the Technology Acceptance Model Theory with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that all constructs consisting of PEoU, PU, Attitude, Behavior Intention to Use and Actual System Use have a significant effect (α <0.05). The conclusion tells us that convenience will create a positive user experience (useful) so that it has an impact on the attitude of using the P2P lending platform. A continuous attitude will form habits, which will eventually reach a high frequency of use (addiction) and create user satisfaction. At the level of user satisfaction, this means that acceptance from P2P Lending is welcomed and enthusiastic for millennials and has the potential to threaten traditional microfinance (disruptive) like BMT.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the hadith about dowry in marriage. In this hadith, it is mentioned that one form of dowry is memorisation of the verses of the Qur'an, but that is said most recently after there is no more iron ring. An exciting phenomenon today is that the memorisation of the verses of the Koran is used for dowry marriages because it is a place for prestige, to make it look unique and different from the general public. This article will review more deeply the meaning of hadith related to marriage dowry from the perspective of hermeneutics Khaled M. Abou El-Fadl. Besides, this paper will explain the understanding of Muslims today about the traditions of marriage dowry with the memorisation of verses of the Qur'an. This research uses the hermeneutic method of hadith Khaled M. Abou El-Fadl. The findings of this study indicate that today Muslims understand the hadith related to memorising the Qur'an as a marriage dowry through a long process of negotiation and dialectics to influence their behaviour. The talk question is the occurrence of a dialogue between the surrounding culture, with the text of the hadith itself.

Abstract

Futurologists, since the 20th century, have predicted that the Indonesian nation will carry out a process of secularization, which makes the role of religion increasingly dominant in decision making, both in the social, economic, political and cultural spheres. The dominance of science and technology will shift to religious considerations in decision making in social life. Islamic education as a vehicle to teach that religion is a source of peace must make a transformative breakthrough, thus that Islamic values return to their basic framework. This article by philosophical study intends to trace the contribution of Sufism to Islamic education. It’s found that a conflict of understanding between the sharia and the essence of Sufism has resulted in a polytheism view. This happened because the inability to rationalize philosophical Sufism became mysticism. This inability to implicate the search for divine values only focuses on philosophical truth values, which leads to the dualism of truth between the sharia and the essence. In fact, these two paths of truth are integrated and united, thus contributing to the fortification of the formation of noble character in Islamic education.

Abstract

This research is based on the phenomenon of people with thick beards and anti- isbal (cloth under the ankles) has become a unique character in various layers of Muslims. The pressing point of prohibiting the imposition of cloth under the ankle is the existence of the arrogance of the person wearing it, so it can be assumed that what should be avoided is the arrogant nature itself, not the imposition of cloth in specific. Meanwhile, the command to keep the beard accompanied by orders to cut the mustache is associated as a distinguishing form with the Majus people in the Classical era. However, considering its temporal nature, which means it is possible to change and by the situation and conditions. For the time being, Muslim identity is certainly not just by relying on beards, especially in situations where beards have become a trend of the appearance of anyone and anywhere.

Abstract

The origin of Arabic letters is to write them down as spoken, without adding or subtracting, and without exchanging or changing, thus called standard letters. However, there are a number of words in the Quran that have deviated from this rule written in Ottoman letters. This article discusses the Qur’anic words written by maintaining their authenticity, and the wisdom behind the differences in writing the Quranic words. Using a historical analysis of Qur’anic writing based on seven dialects, it’s concluded that the writing of the Qur’an based on Ottoman letters is intended to maintain the authenticity of the words it uses because it was written as reported by the Prophet. The spelling rules of Ottoman letters lead the Qur’anic words to be read in different ways, which caused in three reasons, namely: there is one word has two readings but is written in one letter; there is one word with two writings that can be written in two letters, and there is one word that has a lot of reading and is written based on this reading. It shows the miracle of Quranic numbers written in Ottoman letters.

Abstract

This article discussed the influence of the Quran on Arabic in the perspective of modern linguistics. With a linguistic approach, this article finds seven aspects of language that occur in the impact of the Quran on Arabic, namely: preservation of Arabic, the stability of Arabic, the unification of Arabic dialects, enrichment and development of Arabic, refinement of Arabic and the spread of Arabic. These seven linguistics aspects certainly make Arabic the only language in the world whose linguistic rules do not change, both in terms of phonology, morphology, syntax or semantics, which does not occur in any word in the world. In this world, there have been many languages that have died because of the death of their owners, or languages that are weak because of the weakness of their owners. This condition is different from Arabic, which is the language of the Quran. The language relations between Arabic and the Qur'an have made this language sustainable until then.

Abstract

The development of Sharia Banking in Indonesia has increased quite well, both from Assets, Third Party Funds (DPK), and Distributed Financing (PYD). Developments are caused by joint efforts to develop Islamic Banking in Indonesia. This can be seen from the commitment of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) in guarding from the side of the availability of fatwa. One example of his fatwa is the DSN-MUI Fatwa NO: 101 / DSN-MUI / X / 2016 Tentang 101-Akad Al-Ijarah Al-Maushufah Fi Al-Dzimmah. But in practice, the contract used in Islamic Banking is still dominated by murabahah contracts. So the researcher feels it is important to examine how the role and implementation of the contract in products and services in Islamic banking. The researcher also discussed how the fiqh study of muamalah was about the al-Ijarah al-Maushufah Fi al-Dzimmah contract.
