Abstract

The Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (E-Tilang) system has been implemented in Jakarta as an innovative solution to address the increasingly complex problems of traffic law enforcement. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the E-Tilang system's implementation by analyzing public compliance levels and measuring the system's maturity using the COBIT 2019 framework. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey of 113 Jakarta residents who have experience with the E-Tilang system. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire mapped to the five COBIT 2019 domains: Evaluate, , Plan and Organize (APO); Build, Acquire and Implement (BAI); Deliver, Service and Support (DSS); and Monitor, Evaluate and Assess (MEA)

Abstract

Milkfish farming in coastal ponds of Ujung Watu Village, Jepara, is highly influenced by the stability of water salinity levels. Significant fluctuations in salinity can interfere with the growth and health of fish, so an adaptive control system is needed. Research methods include field data collection, hardware and software design, and system testing in an active pond for 14 days (23-hour sampling), where data is extracted for 23 hours. The system uses a salinity sensor to detect water conditions, PLC to automatically control the brackish water pump, while wireless remote control uses IoT, in addition to controliing, IoT to send data to the Android-based monitoring platform. The test results show that this machine is able to maintain salinity levels within the optimal range of 10000-30000 ppm, and provide remote monitoring convenience to pond farmers. The monitoring system serves as a predictive for manual wireless control of electric pumps (IoT), while automatic control is controlled by PLC.

Abstract

Dengue Fever (DF) continues to be a major public health threat in Indonesia, especially in urban areas with high population density, such as Purwokerto City. This study aims to develop a predictive model to identify high-risk areas for DF outbreaks by integrating Machine Learning (ML) algorithms and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The research utilizes historical dengue case data, meteorological parameters (rainfall, temperature, humidity), and population density as predictive variables. Three ML classification algorithms—Naïve Bayes, Logistic Regression, and Support Vector Machine (SVM)—were implemented to develop risk prediction models. Extensive data preprocessing, feature selection, and spatial integration were applied to ensure model robustness. The results show that the SVM model outperformed other methods, achieving the highest accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score in classifying dengue risk zones. Risk maps generated through GIS visualization successfully identify priority areas for targeted interventions. The novelty of this research lies in the combination of local epidemiological data, multi-algorithm comparison, and geospatial mapping to improve early warning systems for DF in Purwokerto. This integrated approach is expected to support more effective prevention strategies and enhance public health preparedness.

Abstract

The birth certificate archive management system at the Central Aceh Population and Civil Registration Office still uses manual methods, which causes data search and storage to be less efficient. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a web-based birth certificate data archive information system with the Waterfall method so that the management of data is more effective, secure, and organized. The development method used is Waterfall, which consists of the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This system was built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework, and using MySQL as a database. The results of implementation shows that this system is able to manage archives digitally, facilitate data search, and reduce the risk of loss or damage to physical documents. System testing is carried out using the Black Box Testing method, which shows that all main features of the system function in accordance with the designed specifications. Evaluations from users of the system also show that the system is easy to use and increases efficiency in managing birth certificate archives. With this system, it is expected that the population administration process at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Central Aceh can run faster and more accurately, and provide better services to the community.

Architecture consists of from three layer Main: (1) ZTA Policy Engine which performs verification identity and assessment behavior through tokens and policies intelligent; (2) Adaptive Bandwidth Load Balancer which automatically dynamic separate and arrange Then cross based on reputation and level trust ; and (3) Containerized Service Cluster which groups request to in different containers For user trusted and not known . Components addition such as blockchain -based smart contracts are used For recording request and verification access , as well as lightweight AI module used for profiling then cross in real-time. Simulation results show that this model succeed increase availability service for user trusted during attack , press false positive rate , as well as optimize allocation source power. Integration of zero trust policies with intelligence Then cross and segmentation service in real-time forming framework effective and scalable defense​ to modern DDoS threats . In conclusion , the study This contributes a robust , adaptive , and modular architectural model for maintain continuity cloud services in condition network at risk .

Abstract

The Printed Circuit Board (PCB) industry increasingly relies on automation and digitalization to improve efficiency and accuracy in production and distribution processes. One common practice is the use of labels containing product information in the form of barcodes or QR codes, which allow automatic data input and reduce the risk of human error compared to manual writing. However, in current practices, these labels are only attached to PCBs after they have been placed inside casings. This creates a significant limitation, as access to the label information requires disassembling the casing whenever product verification, tracking, or troubleshooting is needed. Such a process not only consumes additional time and resources but also increases the risk of damaging the product. To overcome this challenge, this study proposes the development of a traceability system designed to accurately monitor the location, identity, and status of PCBs throughout the distribution process. The system was implemented as a web-based application capable of generating and printing product information labels in the form of barcodes and QR codes. Each label functions as a unique identifier, ensuring that every PCB can be distinctly tracked from production to final product assembly. All data associated with the labels is automatically stored in a centralized database, providing real-time accessibility, simplifying information management, and enabling faster decision-making in the event of quality control issues. System evaluation was carried out through rigorous testing, which showed a 100% success rate in generating, storing, and retrieving product information without errors. The findings indicate that the proposed traceability system is both effective and efficient, and it offers a practical solution for industries seeking to enhance supply chain visibility, improve product accountability, and reduce operational inefficiencies in PCB distribution and lifecycle management.

Abstract

The increasing vulnerabilities of modern enterprise network security systems highlight the necessity of adopting a more comprehensive and adaptive security approach than traditional VPN infrastructures. This study explores the design and implementation of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) using the Cloudflare platform at PT FHI, focusing on addressing the weaknesses caused by uncontrolled remote access and legacy security models. The research adopts an experimental methodology based on the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC), which includes systematic phases such as needs analysis, architectural design, system implementation, testing, and performance evaluation. Data were collected through structured interviews with IT managers and security specialists, direct observation of network logs, and comprehensive testing involving three different categories of end users. The findings demonstrate significant improvements in role-based access control, granular authentication, and the elimination of unrestricted access to internal resources. Additionally, real-time monitoring and alerting features available through the Cloudflare dashboard enhance visibility and responsiveness to potential threats. The implemented system successfully applies the “never trust, always verify” principle by blocking unauthorized access attempts, enforcing continuous validation, and producing detailed audit logs. Performance evaluation results confirm stable connections, acceptable latency for critical business applications, and an overall improvement in network security posture while maintaining operational productivity across departments..
