Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in social studies subjects Theme 8 Subtheme 2 Using the RADEC Model. The problem in this research is the low value of students' learning outcomes in social studies subjects on the geographical location of ASEAN countries which is seen from the test results obtained which is still considered low because the average social studies learning outcomes of class VI students is still low. This is shown by the Social Sciences learning results of class VI students at SDN CIKALANG 2 during the daily repeat test, out of 30 students, 12 students completed with a percentage of 40% and 18 did not complete with a percentage of 60%. The method in this research uses the analytical design method, used to focus on the model refined by Arikunto in (Iskandar et al. 2015 p. 23) explaining that one PTK cycle consists of 4 steps, namely: 1 planning, 2 implementation, 3 observations, and 4 reflexes. The research results show that the RADEC learning model is effective in improving social studies learning outcomes regarding currencies and characteristics of ASEAN countries. Learning planning in cycles I and II was very good (80.55% and 90.27%), with an increase of 9.25%. The implementation of learning shows an increase in teacher activity (80% to 90.27%) and students (82.5% to 92.5%) between cycles I and II, with learning outcomes increasing from 59.83% (pre-cycle) to 75, 16% (cycle II).

Abstract

Futsal is a sport favoured by everyone that requires speed endurance, strength endurance, and agility in a relatively long time. This study aims to determine the physical condition of MIN 03 Muko-Muko athletes. The components measured are physical condition components namely speed, agility, leg power and aerobic endurance. This research method is a descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of tests and measurements. The sample of this study was 10 MIN 03 Muko-Muko futsal athletes. The instrument used is speed measured by a 30-meter running test in seconds, agility measured using the Illinois agility run test with units of seconds, leg power measured using a vertical jump test in cm units and aerobic endurance measured using a multi-stage test (multi stage test) with units of ml / kg / min, then all data is converted into T - score. The results showed that the physical condition of MIN 03 Muko-muko futsal athletes based on T-Score was in the good category with a percentage of 40% (4 people), moderate category with a percentage of 40% (4 people), poor category with a percentage of 10% (1 person) and very poor category with a percentage of 10% (1 person). While based on the average of 200, the physical condition of MIN 03 Muko-Muko futsal athletes is in the moderate category.

Abstract

This research the issue of low student performance in science. Specifically on the topic of metamorphosis, as indicated by test results. The average science scores of Glade IV student remain below the desired standards. At SD Negeri 3 Cibalong, for instance, results from a recent test show that out of 29 students, only 14 (or 48%) achieved scores above the Mininum Completeness Criteria (KKM) , while 15 students (or  52%) scored below, it with an average score or 50.4 against the KKM benchmark of 70. To address this, classroom action research (PTK) was conducted in two cycles to measure significant progress. In the first cycle, the learning outcomes improved to 90,62%. Due to a more engaging and dynamic learning approach, the second cycle saw further improvement, reaching 93,75% and increase of 3,13% teacher activity in managing the learning process also showed growth, with an increase from 89, 28% in the first cycle, despite some obstacles, to 93,10% in the second cycle, marking a gain of 4, 18%.

Abstract

This research includes experimental research, where the research is intended to see the effect of one independent variable on one dependent variable. The independent variable is Interval training (X) while the dependent variable is the increase in maximum oxygen volume (VO2Max) (Y). The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. The instrument used in this study was the VO2Max test by using the Multistage Fitness Test (Bleep test). Based on the results of data analysis, the obtained Thitung value of 16.67227 is greater than the Ttable value of 1.72913, thus it can be concluded that this study has the effect of Interval Training on increasing the VO2Max of BBT FC football athletes in Tapus Village, South Lebong District, Lebong Regency. Furthermore, the percentage increase in the effect of interval training on increasing VO2Max in BBT FC football athletes in Tapus Village, South Lebong District, Lebong Regency is 7.62%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant effect of interval training on vo2max of BBT FC football athletes in Tapus Village, South Lebong District, Lebong Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to the relationship of leg muscle explosive power to extracurricular soccer shooting skills of SMPN 18 South Bengkulu with a type of correlation research using test and measurement methods and documentation. The population in this study were extracurricular players with sampling using total sampling techniques totaling 20 players. The results of research on the relationship between limb muscle explosive power and soccer extracurricular shooting skills of SMPN 18 South Bengkulu are 0.34 in a sufficient category position. While the ttable value is determined based on the level of significance (α) is 5% used and the degree of freedom (d.f = n-2) whose sample size (n) is 20, then d.f = 20-2 =18 based on the distribution of the ttable obtained 1.09. The decision is taken by comparing the tcount value with the ttable. If tcount is smaller than ttable, then the decision accepts the Ho hypothesis. And vice versa if the tcount is greater than the ttable then reject Ho and accept Ha, in this test, the tcount is 1.6 greater than the ttable is 1.093, so the decision rejects the null hypothesis (Ho) and accepts the alternative hypothesis (Ha). In the normality and homogeneity test. Leg muscle explosiveness obtained the result X² is 3.1 ≤ from x² table 32, 671 which means normal distribution. Shooting skills obtained results x²count 5 ≤ x²tabel 32, 671 which means normal distribution. The homogeneity test results get the results of Fcount is 1.7 and Ftable is 2.12. Means Fhitung 1.7 < Ftabel 2.12 then the data distribution is Homogeneous.
