Abstract

Management information systems are very important for managing simple rental flats (Rusunawa). Manual proceses in management often cause inefficiencies and erors.This research aims to design a website-based E-Rusunawa managemnt information system to support administration and information effectively. The method used involves needs analysis, design using UML, and waterfall method development. Results show increased work efficiency and access to information for resident.

Abstract

The design of a website-based information system for event organizer services at Seven Organizer aims to improve the efficiency of admin work and provide convenience for customers in ordering services. This system is designed with an intuitive and user-friendly interface, thus facilitating interaction between users and the system. With the implementation of this information system, data management becomes more effective and efficient, which in the end can support smooth operations, especially for admins. This study aims to design and build a website-based event organizer service information system using the Waterfall software development method.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to classify water quality, accuracy and efficiency in the water quality classification process using the Random Forest method. This system is built through a website-based application that uses the Python programming language, HTML, CSS, Javascript and the Flask framework. In addition, this study uses the Rapid Application Development software development method. This method allows the development team to respond quickly and flexibly to changing needs. This method consists of several development cycles, each of which consists of requirements planning, system design, modeling, model testing, refinement, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study show that the RF model has an accuracy level, is 78% with a precision 83%, recall 80%, and fi-score value of 82%. Overall, this study successfully shows that the application of RF algorithms to the water quality classification system through a website-based application gives very impressive results in terms of accuracy. The Rapid Application Development approach also helps in dealing with changes and challenges in the software development process. The results of this research can make an important contribution to further development in the field of water quality recognition.

Abstract

The selection of outstanding students in elementary schools is a crucial process in education to provide appreciation and motivate students to achieve both academic and non-academic excellence. SDN 36 Lubuk Batu faces challenges in selecting outstanding students because assessments are not solely based on academic grades but also include other aspects such as discipline, participation in extracurricular activities, and social behavior. To address this issue, this study implements the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as a decision support system for selecting outstanding students. The SAW method was chosen for its ability to process multiple criteria objectively by assigning specific weights to each assessment aspect. The study results indicate that implementing the SAW method enhances the accuracy, transparency, and efficiency of the student selection process. Thus, the implementation of the SAW method can be an effective solution for improving the quality of student selection systems in elementary schools..

Abstract

In the competitive honey industry, selecting the best reseller is a key factor in enhancing distribution effectiveness and business growth. Rumah Madu Syahara faces challenges in objectively evaluating reseller performance. Therefore, this study applies the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to determine the best reseller based on six main criteria: total sales, order frequency, reseller loyalty, payment timeliness, product returns, and promotional activity. Data from ten active resellers were analyzed through the TOPSIS method, including normalization, weighting, and determining positive and negative ideal solutions. The results indicate that the reseller coded A6, named Wahyu Fitri, achieved the highest preference score of 0.8462, making them the best reseller. This study proves that the TOPSIS method is effective in objectively and data-driven reseller evaluation. The findings can serve as a reference for businesses to improve reseller performance and optimize marketing strategies.

Abstract

The study uses Python-based methods to understand digital communication patterns by analyzing conversation data from three WhatsApp groups. Message frequency analysis, communication time patterns, sentiment analysis, and identification of dominant topics are all quantitative and qualitative methods used to analyze the extracted data. The results showed that communication patterns varied depending on the type of group. Professional groups have a more formal and organized communication pattern, while social groups have a more relaxed and active communication pattern throughout the day. These results give us an idea of the dynamics of digital interactions on instant messaging platforms. They also pave the way for further analysis in the technological and social domains. The study is expected to help academics and practitioners understand how people communicate in WhatsApp groups.

Abstract

he development of artificial intelligence (AI) has encouraged the Indonesian government to adopt this technology in various public service sectors. However, the use of AI has received various responses from the public, especially on social media. This study aims to analyze the sentiment of Indonesian netizens towards the government's campaign to use AI using the Naive Bayes algorithm. Data were collected from the Twitter platform and analyzed through preprocessing, sentiment classification, and model evaluation stages. The results of the study show that the majority of netizen sentiment is negative, with concerns regarding injustice for creative workers, lack of regulation, and the use of AI for political interests. This study is expected to be an input for the government in designing a more ethical and inclusive AI adoption policy.

Abstract

The process of booking movie tickets, especially through mobile platforms, has experienced significant transformations due to advances in information technology. This study intends to model a mobile-based cinema ticket booking information system using a structured approach that employs Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Conceptual Data Model (CDM), and Physical Data Model (PDM). Identifying system requirements, designing logical entities and relationships, and creating a physical database structure that is ready to use are all approaches used. The results show that clarifying the data structure and improving the efficiency of system development can be achieved by applying the three models integratively. In an effective movie theater ticket booking system, the created model has shown the real business relationships between buyers, tickets, movies, administration, and payment.

Abstract

Dual security system on motorcycles using fingerprint sensors and RF remote control using ESP 8266 based on the Internet of Things (IoT) as an efficient motorcycle security tool that provides a sense of security for vehicle owners is needed because of the rampant motorcycle theft. This study uses the Research and Development or RnD method. The dual security system on motorcycles is controlled via a microcontroller. RF remote control to open the solenoid as a double lock, data is processed by Arduino Mega and activates the system in the circuit. To activate the motorcycle, select the password input on the matrix keypad or scan fingerprint, If there is an error in the input, the buzzer will sound as a warning alarm and send the location to Telegram. After testing, the results obtained from this test show that integration between RF remote control, fingerprint, and IoT using ESP 8266 can provide a higher level of security and efficiency in preventing motorbike theft. With this prototype, a more reliable and modern double safety system can be applied to motorbikes, reducing dependence on conventional safety systems which are more susceptible to security risks.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of lecture modules, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot in mobile application programming learning. A descriptive quantitative method was employed with the distribution of questionnaires to 52 students. The results showed that ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot are effective in completing practical tasks, while the lecture modules remain important as theoretical references. The combination of these three tools results in a more efficient and in-depth learning process.Keywords: Lecture Modules, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Mobile Learning, Effectiveness
