Abstract

Online meeting activities have become mandatory since the Covid-19 pandemic. PT PLN Energi Primer Indonesia has utilized the zoom cloud meeting application to use remote meetings for internal and external use. However, in practice, the process of ordering and creating meeting schedules is still done manually and has not been integrated so that this is felt to be less than optimal and can lead to errors caused by someone (human error) which results in clashes in the schedule for using the zoom meeting account. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based zoom meeting management application at PT PLN EPI. The system development method is Rapid Application Development (RAD). The system design uses the programming language PHP and MySQL as the database. System testing is done using black box testing. The results of this study are the successful creation of a web-based zoom meeting account management system at PT PLN EPI which is able to improve the quality of zoom meeting account management so that management related to zoom meeting scheduling can be carried out automatically because it is already integrated by the system, which can avoid clashes in the use of zoom accounts .

Abstract

Shopping activities in daily life require proper recording to stay organized and efficient. Manual recording using paper or simple applications often creates difficulties when updates are needed, such as adding new items, removing purchased goods, or rearranging priorities. This study develops a web-based Smart Grocery List application utilizing the linked list data structure. The research stages were carried out independently, starting from idea planning, application design, system implementation, and testing to ensure proper functionality. The application provides core features such as item addition, item deletion, and categorization into immediate and later groups. The results show that the system works according to user needs, supports more systematic shopping list management, and has the potential to be developed further as a practical digital solution.

Abstract

Queue irregularities are a common problem with photocopying services, particularly with student assignment printing. Because there is no clear system for managing the order in which documents are printed, students often have to wait long periods. This can lead to dissatisfaction and confusion. The purpose of this research is to create an interactive web application capable of managing routine print queues using a linked list-based queue structure. A queue system based on the FIFO (First In First Out) principle was created. This allows each student to enter their identity, the files to be printed, and any special notes about their printing needs. The system then displays a real-time queue list, allowing the photocopy operator to download the files in the correct order.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based student score sorting system by applying a sorting algorithm to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of academic data processing. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Waterfall development model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database. The score sorting process was implemented by integrating a sorting algorithm into the system to automatically arrange student data based on specific criteria. The system successfully achieved 100% accuracy in sorting student scores and demonstrated stable time efficiency across various data sizes. Therefore, this system can assist teachers and schools in managing student score data quickly, accurately, and in a well-structured manner.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the challenges of learning in the digital era, which encourage schools to improve 21st century skills which include collaboration and communication skills by utilizing digital technology which will have a major impact on student success. The use of digital technology in learning is currently a major concern at various levels of education, including elementary schools (SD). The aim of the research is to determine the effect of using digital technology, types of effective digitaltechnology media, and challenges in using digital technology to improve collaboration and communication skills for elementary school students. This research is based on literature study, namely a series of activities related to collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and processing research materials. The results of this research show that the use of digital technology has a big influence on improving the collaboration and communication skills of elementary school (SD) students. Types of effective digital technology media include WhatsApp groups, YouTube, TikTok, Google Classroom, Zoom, Google Meet, Canva and Powerpoint. The challenges in using digital technology are limited technological infrastructure, lack  of  skills  and  knowledge  of  teachers, management  and  maintenance  of  technology,  choosing  appropriate technological  methods  and  media,  the  digital  divide,  safety  for  students  and  teachers,  and  concerns  about disrupting the values of local wisdom.

Abstract

English language proficiency is a crucial competency in both academic and professional environments. One of the most widely used instruments to assess this proficiency is the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). However, conventional test administration still faces several challenges, such as time-consuming scoring processes and inefficient administrative management. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a web-based IELTS testing application with an automated scoring system at the ASC Indonesia Language Institute. The development of this application employs the waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and maintenance stages. The technologies used include the Laravel framework for the backend, Vue.js for the frontend, and MySQL as the database management system. The automated scoring system is implemented using a rule-based algorithm aligned with IELTS scoring standards. The testing results indicate that the developed application is capable of supporting IELTS test administration in a more effective and efficient manner. The scoring process can be performed automatically with a high level of speed and accuracy. In addition, the application provides test result reporting features that assist both test participants and language institute administrators in evaluating and analyzing English language proficiency. In conclusion, this web-based IELTS testing application is expected to serve as an innovative digital solution to enhance the quality and efficiency of English language test administration.

Abstract

This study examines ethical and privacy issues in the use of AI-based chatbots by employing the Grounded Theory Literature Review (GTLR) method. Using systematic analysis of conference papers published between 2015–2025, the study identifies core themes related to data protection, user consent, transparency, and security risks in conversational AI. Literature reviewed highlights recurring concerns including data leakage, misuse of personal information, algorithmic bias, and lack of regulatory clarity. The findings show that ethical considerations extend beyond technical safeguards, demanding responsible system design and user awareness. Privacy issues emerge from users’ limited understanding of how their data is collected and utilized, while security threats involve adversarial attacks and extraction risks in large language models. The study concludes that integrating ethical principles with robust security mechanisms is essential to ensure safe and trustworthy chatbot deployment.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a desktop-based School Inventory Information System as a solution to asset recording issues that have previously been conducted manually and are prone to errors. The application was developed using the Visual Programming paradigm with the VB.NET language on the Microsoft Visual Studio platform. Test result indicate that the application functions correctly and supports inventory administration activities without the need for external database integration. Consequently, this application is expected to serve as an effective tool for improving orderliness, accuracy, and transparency in school asset management.

Abstract

Palembang's tourism sector increasingly relies on online reviews as visitor satisfaction indicators, yet the large volume of unstructured review data complicates manual analysis. This study aims to analyze visitor satisfaction patterns at Amanzi Waterpark Palembang using K-Means Clustering algorithm on 1,812 Google Maps reviews collected through web scraping techniques. The analytical process includes text preprocessing, TF-IDF weighting, TruncatedSVD dimensionality reduction, and clustering with k=5. Research findings identify five visitor experience segments: Family Recreation (12.4%, rating 4.69), General Positive Reviews (8.9%, rating 4.55), Cleanliness & Comfort (7.1%, rating 4.60), Mixed Reviews & Complaints (67.5%, rating 3.99), and English Language Reviews (4.1%, rating 4.57). Critical findings reveal that 67.5% of reviews fall into the cluster with the lowest rating, dominated by complaints regarding pool water cleanliness, operational system complexity, and perceived high prices. Service quality inconsistency is identified through differing cleanliness sentiments across clusters, indicating standards not consistently maintained especially during peak visit periods . This research provides practical contributions in the form of strategic recommendations for cleanliness improvement, payment system simplification, and quality control consistency, while academically enriching the literature on text mining applications in Indonesia's tourism sector.

Abstract

News articles, academic papers, and online materials are just a few examples of the significant increase in digital text data caused by developments in information technology. As a result, users find it difficult to obtain important information quickly. Therefore, an automatic text summarisation system is urgently needed. The purpose of this study is to apply the TextRank method to summarise Indonesian-language texts and create a web application using the Flask framework. The technique used is the extractive text summarisation method, in which the system selects key sentences from the original text according to their relative importance. The research process includes text pre-processing, TF-IDF representation creation, measurement of the similarity level between phrases, graph creation, and application of the PageRank method to identify the most relevant sentences. The Python programming language with Flask as the backend and a simple web interface were used to build this programme. According to the experimental findings, this system is capable of producing concise text summaries while retaining important data from the original paper. The application can clearly help users understand long text materials more effectively and quickly.
