Abstract

Abstract - Based on Law no. 16 of 2004 concerning the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia. as stipulated in Article 30, namely in the field of crime, the prosecutor's office has the duties and authorities, one of which is to complete certain case files and for that reason they can carry out additional examinations before being delegated to the court which in its implementation is coordinated with investigators. Before conducting the trial, the Jambi District Attorney will determine in advance the registration of the trial. Based on the trial registration form process and the processing of whether the file has been accepted or not, the researchers found several problems, namely sloppy writing, making it difficult for employees to read, If there are some errors in writing, the file must be replaced with a new one and archiving which requires precision to be arranged with the arrangement. The purpose of this study is to design an information system for the trial registration form and upload the web-based trial file at the Jambi District Attorney's Office. The application is built using Sublime Text, Xampp, using the PHP programming language, and MySQL, This application produces information about the registration form activity program, Updates certain trial files online.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an online questionnaire application that can be used as a learning evaluation tool at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mahdaliyah. The application is designed to replace manual methods, which are time-consuming and prone to errors. The development process utilizes technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL to create an efficient and user-friendly system. Application testing was conducted among students and teachers to ensure ease of use and data accuracy. The development results indicate that the application facilitates the questionnaire data collection process, speeds up analysis, and produces more accurate learning evaluation reports. This application is expected to provide a practical solution for improving the quality of learning evaluations in educational institutions.

Abstract

Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) is a Public Broadcasting Institution which organizes radio activities that are independent, neutral and function to provide information services, education, healthy entertainment, social control and social glue as well as preserving the nation's culture for the benefit of all levels of society through the implementation of radio broadcasting that reaching the entire territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The aim of this research is to develop a system in the form of information, more precisely an information system, which aims to provide information related to RRI that can be known by the public or radio listeners on RRI. Of course, this information system is newer and its appearance can really attract public attention, more so than the previous RRI website. In the future, this information system can be used by RRI as an information system media and of course it can be further developed in the future. The collected data was analyzed using the web using the PHP programming language. PHP is a server-side language that is integrated with HTML, to create dynamic web pages, one of its functions is to receive, process and display data on a site, the data received will be processed in a database server program, then the results are displayed back on the browser screen. a site.

Abstract

Injection motorcycles are an innovation in two-wheeled vehicles that integrate electronic technology to enhance efficiency and performance. However, many users face difficulties in detecting electrical system failures in these motorcycles, primarily due to a lack of technical knowledge. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system capable of detecting issues in motorcycle injection components, specifically for injection motorcycles of matic and underbone types from 2013 to 2019. The system utilizes the Dempster-Shafer method to handle uncertainty in the diagnostic process. The Dempster-Shafer theory provides reasoning based on belief functions and plausible reasoning, which is used to combine separate pieces of information (evidence) to calculate the likelihood of an event, resulting in more accurate outcomes. The input consists of data from 15 symptoms of injection component failures and 7 types of injection component failures. The output of this web-based expert system is the diagnosis of the detected failures in the motorcycle injection components and the solutions for these failures. The results show that the developed expert system can improve efficiency in detecting failures and provide more accurate solutions for users with an accuracy rate of 90% based on the expert system's results and the direct testing on 10 injection motorcycle units.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology and computers has influenced various aspects of life, including sports. In the context of football, data management is a crucial element in enhancing athlete performance and operational efficiency. The Provincial Association (Asprov) of PSSIJambi Province is currently facing challenges in managing data manually, often leading to errors and information loss. To address this issue, this research aims to design and develop a web-based "Data Management Information System for Asprov PSSI Jambi Province." The system is designed to efficiently process data related to athletes, referees, clubs, Football Schools (SSB), and matches using PHP, CSS, HTML, and MySQL database technology. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach with the waterfall model, encompassing stages of analysis, design, testing, implementation, and system maintenance. This application is expected to improve the speed and accuracy of data processing and reduce errors in data management.

Abstract

PDAM (Regional Drinking Water Company) of Mauro Jambi Regency is a government-owned enterprise engaged in the distribution of clean water. The problem faced by the PDAM of Mauro Jambi Regency is the difficulty of new installations and the appeal from the PDAM, and this has an impact on the less than optimal service for new installations. The solution offered is the creation of a new installation service system at PDAM Mauro Jambi Regency. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for admins to process data and make it easier for the community to install new ones. The method used is the method of analysis carried out by literature study of data collection (observation) and the method of software development using the waterfall method. The input from this research is admin data, new install customer data, appeals consist of admin data processing, new installation data processing, new installation data processing, and producing output in the form of new install customer reports, appeal reports. This research resulted in a new installation service information system at PDAM Muaro Jambi Regency to facilitate the community in installing PDAMs. so that customers do not have to come to the PDAM office, simply by accessing the PDAM Muaro Jambi Regency website.

Abstract

Every year the school always carries out a process of accepting new students select prospective students who will register. As-Salam Kindergarten is one of the schools is in Jambi which accepts new students. In the registration process carried out As - Salam Kindergarten still uses manual methods, namely still using brochures and paper forms. This can cause several problems, namely data loss and take a long time Enter the data contained in the form. From these problems, an information system is needed registration which can reduce obstacles that might occur in the previous system. Abstract

The adoption of technological advancements has strengthened the role of information technology (IT) in organizational operations. While IT provides various benefits, it also creates environmental challenges, such as high energy consumption and increasing electronic waste (e-waste). The International Energy Agency (IEA) reports that data centers and IT networks consume 1% of global energy, yet only 17.4% of e-waste is recycled. Therefore, a sustainable IT management approach is crucial. Green IT integrates sustainability principles into IT management to improve energy efficiency, waste reduction, and eco-friendly technology adoption. However, challenges such as unclear guidelines, infrastructure limitations, and low organizational awareness hinder its implementation. This study aims to design a Green IT framework suited to Indonesia’s context, using literature reviews, stakeholder interviews, and case studies. The findings will provide organizations with structured guidance to reduce environmental impact, improve efficiency, and enhance competitiveness in the digital era

Abstract

Use of a 30 MVA Auxiliary Transformer (UAT) Unit for a long period of time can experience insulation suitability problems, resulting in overvoltage and a decrease in insulation resistance. Humidity and high temperatures are factors that can cause mechanical damage which results in stopping the flow of electricity to the load. As a solution, the research carried out a feasibility test for the insulation resistance of a 30 MVA auxiliary transformer unit with a model determined as a transformer whose insulation feasibility was tested. The test uses the polarization index and tangent delta methods referring to the IEEE 43-2000 and ANSI C57.12.90 standards. The polarization index values obtained were 1.91 for HV-LV1+LV2+GND, 2.49 for LV1-HV+LV2+GND, and 1.87 for LV2-HV+LV1+GND. The tangent delta value in the 30 MVA Auxiliary Transformer Unit measurement is 0.323% for Primer ,0,949% for Secunder, and 0,834 for Tertier. These values indicate that the UAT isolation condition is still in good condition and suitable for operation.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology and information systems in the current era of globalization has made almost all aspects of life unavoidable from the use of computer devices. One of the greatest needs for information technology is the need for information systems in schools. Information System is a collection or arrangement consisting of hardware and software as well as their implementation personnel who work in a sequential process and mutually support each other to produce a product. This incoming and outgoing mail archiving information system aims to change the way mail is stored in a hard file into a soft file archive. This incoming and outgoing mail archiving information system makes a good contribution to agencies. The software used in making this correspondence application uses xampp to run the web server, MySQL for database management. The implementation of the incoming and outgoing mail information system displays the interface, namely: the interface of all users and the interface of other officers. Information systems for filing incoming and outgoing mail can make outgoing mail faster and more efficient, entering incoming mail data. Providing a means of storing mail archives, so that they can be managed properly. This information system can be accessed and run on localhost.
