Abstract

The Hotel Room Reservation management system is able to provide convenience in the daily reservation service process, which is capable of displaying and processing the information required from a hotel's activities, including the number and position of visitors, income, available booking rooms, booking list, etc. The design of this system is expected to make it easier for East Jambi hotels to process data related to hotel room reservation management. The aim of this Thesis for the Room Reservation Information System at the Bintang Timur Hotel Jambi is to facilitate the processing of hotel room reservation data at the Bintang Timur Hotel Jambi. The main elements in forming a system consist of input, process, and output. The input required for this system is input of employee data, guest data, service data, room data and room reservation data. With a process that includes employee data processing, guest data processing, service data processing, room data processing and room reservation data processing, which will produce an output report on hotel room reservation transactions. The software development uses Visual Studio Code as a text editor, a web-based interface is built using the HTML, PHP, CSS programming languages to facilitate the application development process with the PhpMyAdmin database. From this research, a design for the Bintang Timur Jambi Hotel Room Reservation Information System was produced which can simplify the processing of hotel room reservation data and the preparation of reports.

Abstract

The digital era demands that all forms of activities be carried out quickly, effectively and efficiently, using the latest technology. In the current era of technological reform 4.0, various information can be obtained in a short time via smart devices with certain applications, one of which is an application for calculating learning values and infographic processing. Solving the problem of spending value and infographics on goods and services data requires effort and a calculation process. thorough and complex. In this article the author describes an application for solving the problem of calculating learning values and infographics at the Dinas Kominfo Propinsi Jambi Service effectively, quickly and accurately using Microsoft Excel software.

Abstract

Decost Resto is a business engaged in the sale of food and beverages in Muara Jambi. Currently Decost Resto wants to increase its sales level by expanding its sales outside Mara Jambi to seek greater sales profits. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based computerized sales application which includes product catalogs, sales transactions and reports that are expected to increase sales turnover of food and beverages. This application is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Input in this application is in the form of menu data, order data, transaction data and sales report data. Process data in this application are in the form of menu data input processes, order data input processes, transaction input processes, sales report data input processes. The output of this application is a sales report. The results of this study are a web - based sales application that can help Decost Resto make it easier to order food and drinks more widely and make it easier to make sales reports.

Abstract

Feed is a source of energy for the growth and life of living things. In fish farming, the fish feed formula must meet the nutritional needs of the cultivated fish. The purpose of this research is to design a device that can help alleviate the provision and control of fish feed. This device can give a sign that the food supply is running low, so that it can make it easier for employees in the Telaipura Ornamental Fish Installation to provide fish food. This device is based on the Internet of Things (IOT), one of the Internet of Things (IOT) devices is a monitoring or controlling system that uses sensors and actuators in a certain environment such as a website. The main controller used is NodeMCU ESP8266. Activities in the form of scheduling fish feed can be arranged, weight expenditure of fish feed can be arranged and monitoring of feeding can be seen through the web that has been made. The HCSR04 sensor is used as whether the feed is still there or has run out, it is equipped with a notification LED visualized through the dashboard on the web. With this tool, ornamental fish cultivators can increase crop production due to reduced maintenance costs for heavy feeding, maintenance time becomes more efficient and monitoring of feed expenditure can be monitored.

Abstract

Darul Muhtadiin Islamic Boarding School is an Al-Qur'an and Yellow Book Education Park. The problems that exist today are the storage, processing, and delivery of information that occurs in this Darul Muhtadiin Islamic boarding school, which includes student data, ustadz data, student scores, and subject scheduling which often occurs because of data duplication because the data that has been processed is not organized properly. good. The purpose of this study is to identify user needs for input, process and output to produce an information system to support the Darul Muhtadiin Islamic boarding school. The research approach used in this research is observation, data collection, system analysis and design, application development and implementation. The analytical tool used is Data Flow Diagram (DFD). The programming language used is PHP and the database uses MySQL. This research produces a Web-Based Data Processing Information System, which is expected to be more time efficient, especially in processing students' grades and making it easier for parents or guardians of students to monitor the progress of their children's grades.

Abstract

Recording on the standby card or the so-called Health Alert Card (HAC) is still done manually at Jambi Sulthan Thaha Airport. This makes the work less effective and efficient in terms of time to complete work in the field. Seeing these conditions, an application is needed to assist Jambi KKP (Port Health Office) officers or employees in making a policy, therefore a Website-Based Health Alert Card (HAC) data input application for passengers at the Jambi Sulthan Thaha Airport. Which will be applied to assist Jambi KKP (Port Health Office) officers or employees in carrying out their duties to the maximum. With the Web-Based Health Alert Card (HAC) Registration Application at Sulthan Thaha Airport Jambi, it is hoped that it can assist officers or employees in inputting passenger HAC data that is still manual or still recorded as Web-based data input. That way every input data that is inputted to the computer through the Website Application will produce work that is effective, efficient and fast and safe to be stored and managed properly. Making this application is done by collecting data, system design, system analysis, and database design. Making this application program developed with PHP, the database used is MySQL. Data input needs in this application are departure data, airline data, individual admin data, and departure report data.

Abstract

During this time, the system that is currently running at a company is in the process of circulating oxygen cylinders; the recording is still done manually, including incoming and outgoing goods transactions. The Calculation of stock of goods, sales and report making, only recorded in the general ledger. In the old system, there are still often errors, both in calculations and in reporting. Prototype of Oxygen Cylinder Distribution Data Processing Application at PT. Budi Nabati Perkasa, this system is made using a computerized application and aims to make it easier for admin in recording sales and goods transactions so that the process of making reports can be calculated automatically. This system can minimize the occurrence of errors in the process of data recap or manufacture of the report.

Abstract

An organization or company certainly has assets to support its operational activities, so it is very important to maintain the assets themselves. Not maintaining assets and asset data can be an important problem for the organization or company. This asset maintenance system aims to facilitate the maintenance of asset data, especially at the Jambi Class III Port Health Office. The Jambi Class III Health Office is a Technical Implementation Unit within the Ministry of Health which is under and responsible to the Directorate General of Disease Prevention and Control. Asset maintenance in the office still uses the manual method, namely the person in charge of the room comes directly to make a request for repairs, making it difficult for officers to maintain these assets. To overcome this problem, we need a form of asset maintenance system that can assist in the repair request process. Making this application is done by collecting data, system planning, system analysis, system design and database. The database used is MySQL. The input requirements for the Information Technology Equipment Asset Maintenance System are asset data, room data, and work area data. The process requirements needed are: Login process, request process, and input, update, and delete processes. The output data produced is in the form of information that will be attached, including: the request report is approved, and the request data report is rejected. The purpose of making this thesis is the creation of a Web-Based Information Technology Device Asset Maintenance System. With the existence of a new system that has been designed and created by researchers, it can help facilitate the parties involved in maintaining information technology equipment assets.

Abstract

Conta Dora is an independent business engaged in saw wood in Pasir Pajang village. for now, the data on wood stock is still done manually. In this study, a visual basic 6.0-based system was designed. With this system, it is expected to be able to overcome user needs for things in stock counting and report generation. From this research that has been carried out the author implements the results of these studies into the Design of Information Systems, Design of wood stock information systems on Cv. Conta Dora was built using Visual Basic 6.0, Crystal reports and Microsoft Access databases.With the design of a wood stock information system, it can help and simplify the data processing process on Cv. Conta Dora, Especially in the entry of wood stock and exit of wood stock.

Abstract

Pendidikan mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan strategis dalam pembangunan bangsa serta memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi dan trasformasi sosial. Biaya pendidikan merupakan salah satu komponen masukan instrumental (instrumental input) yang sangat penting dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan di sekolah. Pemberian Beasiswa merupakan program kerja yang ada di setiap sekolah. Program beasiswa diadakan untuk meringankan beban siswa dalam menempuh masa studi khususnya dalam masalah biaya. Pemberian beasiswa kepada siswa dilakukan secara selektif sesuai dengan jenis beasiswa yang diadakan. metode Simple Additive Weight (SAW) dalam sistem pendukung keputusan dalam memilih siswa yang berhak mendapatkan beasiswa dengan menggunakan kriteria dan bobot yang sudah ada.ini tentunyan akan menjadi lebih efektif dan siswa mana yang layak untuk mendapatkan beasiswa tersebut.
