Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Profitability on Firm Value with Financial Performance as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020 2024 using the Purpose Sampling method. The analytical method in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study determine that Capital Structure has a negative effect on financial performance. Profitability does not affect financial performance. Capital structure does not affect Firm Value. Profitability has a positive effect on financial performance. Financial performance does not affect Firm Value. Financial performance is unable to mediate the effect of Capital Structure on Firm Value. Financial performance is unable to mediate the effect of Profitability on Firm Value in manufacturing companies in the consumer non-cyclical sector of the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2024.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Tax Planning and Return on Assets on Firm Value with Liquidity as an intervening variable in Transportation and Logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2024. The population in this study uses transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2024 with the Purpose Sampling method. The analytical method in this study is panel data regression analysis. The results show that Tax Planning partially has no significant effect on liquidity, Return on Assets partially has no significant effect on liquidity, Tax Planning partially has a positive and significant effect on firm value, Return on Assets partially has a negative and significant effect on Firm Value, Liquidity partially has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value, Liquidity does not mediate the effect of tax planning on firm value, liquidity mediates the effect of return on assets on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through work motivation as an intervening variable at UPTD Puskesmas Lubuk Alung. This research employs a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. The population in this study were all employees of UPTD Puskesmas Lubuk Alung, totaling 55 people. Due to the small population size, the sampling technique used was saturated sampling (census), where the entire population was used as the sample. Data collection was conducted through surveys and the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 3.0 software.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work motivation; (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work motivation; (3) Leadership style has a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance; (4) Work discipline has a positive but not significant direct effect on employee performance; (5) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (6) Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable; and (7) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable. These findings suggest that while discipline alone does not directly improve performance, it becomes effective when it successfully boosts employee motivation .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of corporate social responsibility and good corporate governance on firm value, with profitability as an intervening variable, in non-cyclical consumer sector companies. This study employed quantitative research with purposive sampling. The independent variables were corporate social responsibility and good corporate governance, while the dependent variable was firm value. Twenty-five companies served as the sample. Data were obtained from the financial reports published by each company on their official websites using SPSS 26. The results of this study are: (1) corporate social responsibility has a negative and significant effect on profitability; (2) good corporate governance has a negative and significant effect on profitability; (3) corporate social responsibility has a positive and significant effect on firm value; (4) good corporate governance has a negative and significant effect on firm value; (5) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value; (6) profitability does not mediate the effect of corporate social responsibility on firm value; (7) profitability does not mediate the effect of good corporate governance on firm value.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and estimate the influence of profitability and company size on company value through capital structure using a purposive sampling method with a sample of 13 companies and the analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis (path analysis) using SPSS 26.Based on the results of the multiple regression analysis carried out, it can be concluded that profitability partially does not have a significant effect on capital structure, company size partially does not have a significant effect on capital structure, profitability partially does not have a significant effect on company value, company size partially has a significant effect on company value and capital structure partially does not have a significant effect on company value. Based on the results of path analysis tests (path analysis), it shows that capital structure is able to mediate the relationship between the influence of profitability on company value and structure is able to mediate the relationship between the influence of company size on company value.

These findings demonstrate that leadership style and organizational culture do not directly improve performance but are effective when mediated by employee job satisfaction .

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence work experience and work discipline have on career development with job performance as an intervening variable at Puskesmas Alai, Padang City. The data analysis method used a questionnaire, with a sample of 42 respondents. The analysis method used is path analysis using the SmartPLS application. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence between work experience and job performance. There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and job performance. There is a positive and insignificant influence between work experience and career development. There is a negative and insignificant influence between work discipline and career development. There is a positive and significant influence between job performance and career development. There is a positive and significant influence between work experience and career development with job performance as an intervening variable. There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on career development with job performance as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital transformation and job training on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. The research used a quantitative approach with a survey design. The population consisted of all 64 employees, and the sampling technique used was total sampling (census). Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis method employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results indicate that digital transformation has a significant effect on employee performance. Job training has a significant effect on job satisfaction but does not significantly affect employee performance. Digital transformation does not significantly affect job satisfaction. Job satisfaction also does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Indirectly, job training and digital transformation do not have a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. These findings imply that employee performance improvement is more strongly influenced by the direct implementation of digital transformation than by job satisfaction mediation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Financial Performance, Inflation Rate, and Dividend Policy on Company Profit Growth, with Stock Price as an intervening variable in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2020–2024. The research sample was determined using a total sampling method, resulting in 47 companies. The study used secondary data obtained from www.co.id, and the analysis was conducted using multiple regression analysis and path analysis with SPSS 25.Based on the results of this study, it was found that Financial Performance has a positive and significant effect on Stock Prices, Inflation Rate does not have a significant effect on Stock Prices, Dividend Policy has a positive and significant effect on Stock Prices, Financial Performance has a negative and significant effect on Profit Growth, Inflation Rate does not have a significant effect on Profit Growth, Dividend Policy has a positive and significant effect on Profit Growth, Stock Prices do not have a significant effect on Profit Growth, Stock Prices are able to mediate the relationship between Financial Performance and Profit Growth, Stock Prices are not able to mediate the relationship between Inflation Rate and Profit Growth, and Stock Prices are able to mediate the relationship between Dividend Policy and Profit Growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Interest Rates, Gold Prices and World Oil Prices on the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) with Profitability as a Moderating Variable in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2024 using the Purpose Sampling method. The analytical method in this study is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study determine that Interest rates have a positive and significant effect on the JCI. Gold prices have a positive and significant effect on the JCI. World oil prices have a positive and significant effect on the JCI. Interest rates are moderated by Profitability and have a positive but insignificant effect on the JCI. Gold prices are moderated by Profitability and have a positive but insignificant effect on the JCI. World oil prices are moderated by Profitability and have a positive but insignificant effect on the JCI.
