Devotion: Jurnal Pengabdian Psikologi is a journal devoted to the development of Psychology as a scientific discipline published by the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Pancasila. To achieve these objectives, Devotion: Jurnal Pengabdian Psikologi presents scientific texts from various branches of psychology: Developmental and Clinical Psychology, Social and Cultural Psychology, Business Psychology & Industrial Psychology and Organization, Educational and School Psychology, Psychometry and Psychological Measurement. Published scientific papers are the results of research that have been achieved in community service, development and application of science and technology from the results of community service activities, concepts or implementation in order to increase community participation in development, empowerment or implementation of community service. To ensure the quality of each scientific text published, the Editorial Board and Peer Reviews reviewed the manuscript. Devotion: Jurnal Pengabdian Psikologi is published twice a year, in May and November.

Abstract

Pendidik dan kompetensi pendidik merupakan hal yang krusial bagi proses pembelajaran. Pendidik dalam hal ini guru yang memiliki kompetensi dan juga pembekalan yang memadai akan membantu proses pengajaran berjalan dengan lebih baik. Kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh guru bisa didapat dari bidang keilmuan yang sudah dipelajari dalam perkuliahan, maupun dari pelatihan atau pembekalan bidang ilmu lain. Yayasan Transformasi Bagimu Negeri merupakan Yayasan yang terpanggil untuk memperlengkapi dan juga melakukan program pembinaan bagi guru-guru yang akan ditempatkan pada area 3T (tertinggal, terluar dan terpencil) dan sudah memasuki tahun ke-5. Pembekalan yang dimaksud berupa Teacher Transformation Center, dengan salah satu programnya yaitu pembekalan mengenai Psikologi Perkembangan, Psikologi Belajar dan integrasi antara iman Kristen dan ilmu Psikologi. Pembekalan dilakukan selama dua hari berturut-turut dengan menggunakan metode campuran antara pemberian materi konseptual dengan aktivitas bagi 17 orang peserta. Hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan menyebutkan bahwa pembekalan ini relevan dengan tugas yang akan mereka jalani sebagai guru. Pembicara juga dinilai menguasai topik, berinteraksi dengan peserta serta memberikan dorongan untuk melakukan aplikasi pembelajaran di masa yang akan datang.guru; pembekalan; pelatihan psikologi.

Abstract

The importance of suicide problem in adolescent problem is becoming one of the cause of death in individuals aged 15 through 29, Therefore, a preventive measure is needed to prevent this problem, the focus of this community development program is family based intervention targeted to parents of 9th grade students in 1 Taman Public Middle School. Community development program was held through a workshop filled with materials and roleplay. Most of the participants have the interest in regards to the problem presented but have a lack of knowledge and skills in regards to suicide, this is presented through a less applicative answer during the roplay session. Therefore, it is necessary to have periodic training with the same topic.

Abstract

Employee performance is often associated with work effectiveness, but if you look a step back, these two things stem from one thing, namely work stress. When employees experience stress at work, their performance will decrease. Likewise, their effectiveness at work will indirectly be affected and will ultimately have an impact on the company. There are various things that can make an employee experience stress at work, both from internal and external influences. For this reason, stress at work must be immediately followed up as a form of prevention against decreasing employee effectiveness at work. One of them is to apply stress management that can be done with the mindfulness method. When this method is applied, it is believed that it will reduce stress on employees not only in the work environment, but also in daily life. This method can make one's life more meaningful and happier so that it has an impact on one's mindset when dealing with a problem so that the welfare and mental health of employees will be able to improve. This improvement in conditions will provide many positive benefits for the company, and the individual itself of course.

Abstract

Memiliki anak dengan gangguan autis akan menjadi sebuah tantangan yang besar bagi para orang tua. Kondisi anak yang lebih istimewa dibandingkan dengan anak lain menjadi sebuah cobaan bagi orang tua untuk menerima keadaan dan senantiasa bersabar serta bersandar kepada Allah Swt. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini berdasarkan perspektif kualitatif fenomenologis yang bertujuan untuk dapat mengungkap dan mempelajari serta memahami suatu fenomena yang khas dan unik yang dialami individu. Metode sharing experience bisa digunakan oleh orang tua sebagai wadah untuk bertukar informasi, pengetahuan, pengalaman mereka dan bahkan bisa menjadi sebuah sarana untuk menghilangkan stres, berbagi strategi dalam merawat anak, serta bagaimana cara menghadapi lingkungan masyarakat. Sharing experience ini dilakukan bersama dengan dua orang tua atau lebih tepatnya dua orang ibu yang sedang menunggu anaknya. Sambil menunggu anaknya yang sedang diterapi, para orang tua biasanya menunggu diperpustakaan atau ruang tunggu sambil berbincang dengan orang tua lainnya. Berdasarkan kegiatan sharing experience yang telah dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kedua ibu tersebut memiliki cara yang berbeda dalam menyikapi orang-orang dilingkungan sekitar mereka. Perbedaan lingkungan tempat mereka tinggal bisa menjadi salah satu alasan mengapa mereka memiliki cara yang berbeda dalam menyikapi sesuatu.

Abstract

The decline in occupational safety and health is a problem that occurs in the world of work. The number of work accidents that occur especially for employees who work in an environment that has a high risk of health and safety. Occupational safety and health in an organization is not only influenced by the system that has been implemented by the organization, but is also implemented by everyone's awareness of how to prevent it. The number of work accidents caused by a lack of knowledge about occupational safety and health (K3) and a non-conducive work environment. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to use K3 stickers in the work environment to prevent work accidents, especially in the Human Resources Bureau of the South Kalimantan Police. The purpose of holding this community service activity is to introduce the importance of occupational safety and health (K3) in the organization so that the staff of the South Kalimantan Police HR Bureau are aware of the importance of occupational safety and health (K3). The results of community service (PKM), concluded that the sticking of K3 stickers in the work room made the staff take the initiative to remove the power plug after use. Unlike before this PKM activity, many electrical plugs were found in the workspace that were still installed and not removed after use. Through this PKM activity, it is hoped that it will have a beneficial effect and educate the staff of the HR Bureau to always be careful about work safety.

Abstract

Abstract: This community service activity throughout training has the aim to increase the ability of counseling teachers at SMA Penggerak in making Guidance and Counseling program based on an assessment of student needs to support the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka. The implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka, especially at SMA Penggerak has its own peculiarity because students can choose subject according to their interests with the guidance of a counseling teacher. This training was based on Experiential Learning Theory (ELT) approach for adult learner. The training involved facilitator whose selected persons through selection and had attended Technical Guidance. Most of facilitators were psychologist from all regions in Indonesia. The training is conducted online using Google Meet simultaneously for all counseling teachers of SMA Penggerak in 7 (seven) Provinces. Moreover, participants in this article came from 4 (four) provinces on the island of Sulawesi. The training was held for two days with a total of 10 JP (Lesson Hours). The training was attended by 20 participants. The results of the training showed that counseling teachers were able to design the Guidance and Counseling program based on an assessment of student needs and presented it at the end of the training.
