Abstract

This study examines the roles and challenges faced by cooperatives in the era of Industry 4.0, focusing on adapting digital technologies to enhance member welfare and economic growth. The research employs a comprehensive literature review, case studies, and content analysis of publications from the past decade. Findings indicate that digitalization has increased operational efficiency in cooperatives by up to 40%, expanded market access, and improved transparency and accountability. However, key challenges include the persistence of the digital divide, high initial investment costs, and the need for cultural change within organizations to support digital transformation. Government support, including digital literacy training and access to financing, is crucial in accelerating this transformation process. The practical implications of this study highlight the necessity for broader digital training programs, access to low-interest financing for technology investments, and the development of adequate digital infrastructure. This research underscores significant progress in technology adoption among cooperatives and the positive socio-economic impacts that result from it. As a result, digital transformation within cooperatives holds substantial potential for fostering more inclusive and sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan masalah apakah ada pengaruh kredit macet terhadap pembiayaan murabahah di bank BPRS Mentari Pasaman Saiyo yang dapat diukur dari jumlah kredit macet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara parsial dan bagaimana kredit macet berpengaruh terhadap pembiayaan murabahah serta seberapa besar pengaruh kredit macet terhadap pembiayaan murabahah di bank BPRS Mentari Pasaman Saiyo. Setelah penelitian ini dilakukan, diharapkan akan memberikan manfaat bagi beberapa pihak diantaranya adalah memberikan masukan terhadap praktisi perbankan syari’ah, terutama kepala bagian pembiayaan dalam menentukan kebijakan dalam kredit yang paling tegas supaya kredit tidak bermasalah ataupun lancar di bank BPRS Mentari Pasaman Saiyo Ujung Gading. Dalam penelitian ini, metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode asosiatif casual dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 38 nasabah. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel random sampling, teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara, kusioner dan dokumentasi serta teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji normalitas, uji F dan uji T. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara variabel kredit macet dengan variabel pembiayaan murabahah, dilihat dari hasil uji simultan atau uji F yang menunjukkan pengaruh kredit macet terhadap pembiayaan murabahah adalah sebesar 29,8% di Bank BPRS Mentari Pasaman Saiyo Ujung Gading.

Abstract

Abstract: This community service activity throughout training has the aim to increase the ability of counseling teachers at SMA Penggerak in making Guidance and Counseling program based on an assessment of student needs to support the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka. The implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka, especially at SMA Penggerak has its own peculiarity because students can choose subject according to their interests with the guidance of a counseling teacher. This training was based on Experiential Learning Theory (ELT) approach for adult learner. The training involved facilitator whose selected persons through selection and had attended Technical Guidance. Most of facilitators were psychologist from all regions in Indonesia. The training is conducted online using Google Meet simultaneously for all counseling teachers of SMA Penggerak in 7 (seven) Provinces. Moreover, participants in this article came from 4 (four) provinces on the island of Sulawesi. The training was held for two days with a total of 10 JP (Lesson Hours). The training was attended by 20 participants. The results of the training showed that counseling teachers were able to design the Guidance and Counseling program based on an assessment of student needs and presented it at the end of the training.

Abstract

Corruption is a phenomenon that still occurs in Indonesia. This condition encourages concrete steps to be taken so that acts of corruption can be prevented, one of which is by involving the role of officials' wives in the government environment. It is considered important for wives to be involved in preventing and eradicating corruption because basically, wives have a big influence on the decisions taken by their husbands, who in this case are in office. Therefore it was held "Training of Internalization Strengthening The Role of Women (Wives of Government Officials) on Developing a Culture of Integrity". The training aims to internalize the nine core values of integrity, which are Jujur (honesty), Mandiri (independence), Tanggung jawab (responsibility), Berani (courage), Sederhana (simplicity), Peduli (care), Disiplin (discipline), Adil (fairness), and Kerja Keras (hard work), it’s called “Jumat Bersepeda KK”. The Integrity Training was delivered using experiential learning methods that were known to enhance the learning process through concrete experiences designed for individual or group activities. Through the execution of this training, it can be concluded that the aim of the training was achieved, as evidenced by the participants' ability to draw insights and their enthusiasm in asking questions during the training sessions. Further development of this program is by implementing pre-test and post-test measurements to assess the effectiveness of the training.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan suatu hal yang penting dilakukan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan individu secara signifikan. Apabila mahasiswa yang melakukan kegiatan kuliah sambil bekerja tidak mempunyai kemampuan grit yang baik maka hal itu akan berdampak buruk pada kemampuan resiliensi dalam bidang akademiknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara grit dengan resiliensi akademik pada mahasiswa yang kuliah sambil bekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 379 responden yang berada di wilayah JABODETABEK. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah grit scale dan the academic resilience scale (ARS-30). Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji Spearman rank-order correlation, karena data yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini tidak terdistribusi secara normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara grit dengan resiliensi akademik (p = 0.000) dan nilai r = 0.496 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi grit maka akan semakin tinggi resiliensi akademik yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa yang kuliah sambil bekerja.
