Abstract

This study examines the influence of employer branding on millennial employee interest and retention in technology companies. The millennial generation, born between 1981-1996, now dominates the global workforce with a 35% proportion in 2024, while the technology sector experiences employee turnover rates of up to 13.2% annually. The research employed a quantitative method with surveys of 385 millennial employees from 15 technology companies in Jakarta and Bandung. Results indicate that employer branding significantly influences millennial work interest with a coefficient of determination R² = 0.742, and employee retention with R² = 0.689. The dimensions of compensation and benefits (β = 0.324), positive work environment (β = 0.298), and career development opportunities (β = 0.267) emerged as the most influential factors. Companies with strong employer branding demonstrated 78% higher retention rates compared to those with weak branding. These findings provide practical implications for technology company management to optimize employer branding strategies in attracting and retaining millennial talent.

Abstract

Hospitals, as health institutions, are required to continuously improve service quality, including the quality of medical personnel. The Medical Committee serves as an internal body responsible for professional control, including credentialing, performance evaluation, and the enforcement of ethics and discipline. However, challenges in the execution of these roles demand a more objective, accurate, and fast oversight mechanism. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is emerging as a technological solution capable of detecting deviations in medical practice in real time. This research employs a qualitative-retrospective approach at RS X in Bekasi to analyze the implementation of the Medical Committee's duties and the impact of AI-based monitoring on improving doctors' quality. Findings reveal weaknesses in credentialing systems and competency evaluations, as well as incomplete medical documentation that endangers patient safety. The integration of AI proved effective in enhancing professional evaluation systems and reporting. The study recommends implementing AI alongside the reinforcement of criminal law regulations in the medical field to ensure accountability and quality in healthcare services.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the transformation of human resource management (HR) in the Indonesian National Police (POLRI) in facing the digital era, by highlighting the opportunities and challenges that arise. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with POLRI personnel and literature analysis (library research) on policies, regulations, and previous studies related to the digitalization of HR management. The research results indicate that digitalization opens up opportunities for recruitment efficiency, e-learning-based training, and real-time performance monitoring. However, significant challenges were also found, such as limited technological infrastructure, resistance to changes in organizational culture, and the need to improve personnel's digital competence. The transformation of POLRI HR management requires adaptive strategies and visionary leadership to align digital demands with the values of police professionalism. This study is expected to be a strategic reference in the development of technology-based POLRI HR policies.

Abstract

The formulation of legislation in Indonesia holds a pivotal role in establishing a legal framework that ensures inclusive and sustainable economic growth. With a population exceeding 282 million, Indonesia is confronted with multifaceted challenges in formulating policies that equitably balance economic, social, and environmental interests. This article critically examines the legislative process in Indonesia from an economic perspective, emphasizing its implications for the investment climate, economic growth, and sustainable development. The study references various case studies, including the enactment of the Job Creation Law (2020), which seeks to enhance investment competitiveness through bureaucratic streamlining but has elicited criticism regarding labor protection and environmental sustainability. This article underscores that the quality of regulatory frameworks and the assurance of legal certainty constitute fundamental determinants of economic stability and competitiveness. The analysis demonstrates that, while Indonesia has recorded an average annual economic growth rate of approximately 5%, persistent regulatory uncertainty and abrupt policy changes represent significant impediments to foreign direct investment (FDI) and the advancement of specific economic sectors. Moreover, the divergence of interests among governmental authorities, the private sector, and civil society in the legislative process creates additional obstacles to the adoption of equitable and inclusive policies. The article advocates for the integration of comprehensive economic analysis into the legislative drafting process to enhance transparency, consistency, and efficacy in regulatory outcomes. Such an approach is anticipated to mitigate adverse effects on social and environmental sectors while concurrently fostering the realization of national sustainable development objectives. Accordingly, this analysis provides valuable insights into the critical role of legislation in advancing economic stability and promoting equitable prosperity within Indonesia's legal and economic landscape.

Abstract

Technological developments, especially artificial intelligence (AI), now present challenges as well as opportunities for legal practice in various sectors. This paper examines how AI integration can reformulate the legal protection paradigm in the context of business law, with particular application to cases of medical malpractice related to inaccuracies in diagnosis and surgical procedures. By combining theoretical analysis and case approaches, this study offers a reconceptualization of legal accountability mechanisms. The proposed new model aims to support a more adaptive, inclusive, and justice-based legal protection system, in line with the ongoing digital transformation. The paper also touches on the initial findings in a dissertation that reviews the medical aspects, as a basis for integrating technological innovations into the business legal framework to improve operational standards and law enforcement effectiveness. The implications of integrating AI are expected to not only stimulate policy reform in the health sector, but also provide a foundation for the development of innovative legal models in the digital age.
