Abstract

This research was motivated by a less than optimal inventory control system at the Mulia Jaya Elektronik store, in the process it may also have an impact on the security of stock. Procurement of merchandise at the Mulia Jaya Elektronik store does not yet use standard methods, procurement is still carried out using calculations based on estimates and there is a lack of control over the inventory of goods at the Mulia Jaya Elektronik Store. The purpose of this study is to analyze the appropriate inventory control system implemented at the Mulia Jaya Elektronik store. The inventory control method that researchers will use is the ROP (Reorder Point) method in procuring merchandise and increasing inventory security through inventory management. The work of writing this study article uses a quantitative descriptive method. The results of this research can make a positive contribution to better procurement of inventory goods through the implementation of an effective inventory control system.

Abstract

In the context of globalization which is currently very strong, the availability of a large workforce but the number of jobs and employment opportunities is small is the main factor causing employment problems, including unemployment. Every individual has the same goal, namely having optimal work readiness, which will influence positive work results for the success of their business. That way each individual will achieve the desired goal. The aim of this research is to determine the description of entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy and entrepreneurial readiness among students in Sukabumi City. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling, the samples taken in this research were 300 students. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial readiness.

Abstract

Culinary restaurant UMKM is one of the leading sectors in Indonesia that has great potential. However, currently the contribution given to the economy in Indonesia is decreasing. One of the factors causing this problem is due to declining performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial spirit, and business capital on business success. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive associative approach. The population in this study was 91 Restaurant UMKM in Sukabumi City with a sample framework using purposive sampling techniques. This study uses SPSS for data processing and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a negative influence between entrepreneurial competence and business success. Entrepreneurial spirit has a positive and significant effect on business success. And business capital has a positive and significant effect on business success.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine, analyze and explain the impact of interpersonal communication on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Karawang Regency. Using qualitative methods with interview, observation and documentation techniques, this research reveals that interpersonal communication plays a crucial role in achieving optimal performance. Key elements such as openness, empathy, positive attitudes, and orientation towards others are the main focus in daily interactions in the work environment. Even though employee performance has been recognized with awards from the West Java Province Population and Civil Registration Service, this research also identified the problem of frequent miscommunication, which can hinder work effectiveness. Employee competency development programs, such as "Dukcapil Belajar," have been proven to contribute to improving performance. The results of this research emphasize the importance of effective interpersonal communication to support organizational success and suggest that efforts to improve interpersonal communication continue to be made to minimize miscommunication and support the achievement of organizational goals.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product design and product quality on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorcycles in Karawang Regency. Using a quantitative research design, this study involved 100 respondents from prospective consumers of Honda Beat motorcycles. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 26 software. The results showed that product design had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a regression coefficient value of 0.322. Product quality was also shown to have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a regression coefficient value of 0.348. Multiple linear regression tests revealed that product design and product quality simultaneously influenced purchasing decisions, with a determination coefficient value (R²) of 71.9%, indicating that 71.9% of the variation in purchasing decisions could be explained by these two variables. This study contributes to the understanding of how motorcycle product design and quality can influence consumer purchasing decisions in the Indonesian automotive market. These findings are expected to provide guidance for motorcycle manufacturers, especially Astra Honda Motor, in designing better products to meet consumer expectations and win the competition in the market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of artificial intelligence, integrity prediction, financial performance, and company size in the Indonesian and Singapore banking sectors during the 2021-2023 period. Secondary data is used in this study, including annual reports, financial reports, and other relevant data sources. The quantitative descriptive method was applied to analyze the collected data. The results show that the adoption of artificial intelligence in the banking sector has had a positive impact on operational efficiency, fraud detection, and risk management. In addition, corporate integrity prediction plays an important role in maintaining the stability and reputation of financial institutions, with artificial intelligence technology assisting in detecting potential risks and fraudulent activities. This study also found that firm size, as measured by total assets, contributes significantly to bank financial performance. These findings make an important contribution to the literature and provide insights for policy makers and banking practitioners to optimize the use of artificial intelligence technology and integrity prediction in improving firm performance and competitiveness.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aims to determine the description and influence of experiential marketing, customer engagement on customer loyalty in Oppo consumers. The research method used is a quantitative research research method with a causal descriptive approach. The objects in this study are experiential marketing, customer engagement, and customer loyalty. The population in this study were residents of the city of Sukabumi who made purchases on Oppo products. The sample used in this study amounted to 165 respondents who were taken based on Hair J theory which says that determining the number of samples depends on the number of indicators multiplied by 5 to 10. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique, namely stratified random sampling. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, literature study, documentation and questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using partial least square (PLS). Keywords: Experiental Marketing; Customer Engagement; Customer Loyalty ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh experiential marketing, customer engagement terhadap customer loyalty pada konsumen Oppo. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode penelitian penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kausal. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah experiential marketing, customer engagement, dan customer loyalty. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah warga kota sukabumi yang melakukan pembelian pada produk Oppo. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 165 responden yang diambil berdasarkan teori Hair J yang mengatakan bahwa menentukan jumlah sampel tergantung pada jumlah indikator yang dikali 5 hingga 10. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu teknik probability sampling yaitu stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dokumentasi dan penyebaran kuisioner. Abstract

The presence of online loans provides new hope for economic development in Indonesia. Online loans is a way for business owners to obtain capital. Online loans offer various simplicity for MSMEs who want to apply for loans, they can get loans quickly using easy conditions, disbursement of funds quickly, and a flexible repayment process. One of the conditions that are not provide in the banking industry is easy terms and loans without collateral. This is a good news for MSME owner who need capital and do not have valuable assets to use as collateral. It is not only the general public who use online loan services but also young people, apart from not requiring administrative requirements and guarantees like banks in general, the process is also fast. However, you need to be careful in using this online loan, because it has two sides. Do not let what is expected is a profit in the form of fund assistance, even a loss due to payment or even pressure from collectors when it is due. According to data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) there are around 219,824 youth under 19 who are active loan borrowers. The circulation of loan money is also quite large with a total loan of IDR 206.9 billion. Young online borrowers, who are considered to still not have many urgent needs already had the power to borrow from this loan, this is considered very harm. The phenomenon of the rise of this loan is increasingly troubling the community. This system is considered to be damaging the financial digitalization ecosystem which previously benefited the community, instead it has lost tens or even hundreds of millions of rupiah.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test trust mediating the influence of live streaming and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions for skincare products at the Tiktok Shop. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this research is 100 consumers who shop for skincare at the Tiktok Shop. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that live streaming has a positive and significant effect on trust, online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on trust, live streaming has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, trust has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, trust mediates the influence of live streaming on purchase decisions, and trust mediates the influence of online customer reviews on purchase decisions.

Abstract

Kholifan fani, Engineering Study Program, Yudharta Pasuruan University Pasuruan, 02 July 2024. Batake Quality Control Analysis, At CV. BERKAH PANDAAN Using the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis ) Method. The aim of this research data is to determinan the process of controlling the quality of bricks at CV. Berkah Pandaan using the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) Method. The approaches used are SWOT and FMEA. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis is defined as a method used to identify the causes and consequences of a failure. SWOT is the systematic identification of various factors to formulate company strategy. This analysis is based on logic that can maximize strengths and opportunities, but simultaneously minimize weaknesses and threats. Based on result of this research, the causes of defects that occur at CV. Be identified. BERKAH PANDAAN is caused by two thigs, namely in terms of humans and machiens, form the human perspective it is mosly caused by a lack of work concentration so that the quality of work decreases, this is triggered by working environmental conditions that are less supportive, including room temperatures that are too hot, insufficient lighting. Engine noise that is too loud in terms of the engine usually occurs because the engine is experiencing downtime.
