Abstract

The Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method is used to control the supply of raw materials in a company. A company to implement policies in raw material planning must have the right calculation so that there are no advantages and disadvantages in the supply of raw materials. This study aims to determine whether the application of the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method in the "Duta Collection" business unit in planning the supply of raw materials can run effectively and efficiently. Material requirements planning using MRP method in this paper uses the lot sizing method, where the lot sizing methods used are Lot-for-Lot, and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), as well as using the Exponential smoothing and least squares forecasting formula as a reference for know the amount of raw material needs in the future. From the calculation of the cost of raw materials in 2016 the total cost of raw material inventories incurred by the Duta Collection business unit was Rp12,797,247,650. Whereas by using the MRP method the total cost incurred was the Lot-for-lot Method of Rp 35,904,531,000 and the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Method of Rp 5,886,092,567. From the two MRP methods above, it can be seen that the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method has the lowest total inventory cost of Rp 5,886,092,567, - meaning the company can minimize inventory costs by 2.2% of the costs incurred. So as such it is proven that one of these MRP methods can play a role in efficient cost of raw material inventory in the Duta Collection business Unit.

Abstract

During this time, UD. Seneng Damai made a purchase of raw material by just guessing when the amount of goods in the warehouse is running out. This research is expected to help the company to consider and determine the policy in inventory control activities in order to run more effectively and efficiently. So by applying EOQ method, UD. Seneng Damai will know how much order (order quantity) of raw materials buckles and when should the company to re-order raw material buckles during period 2018. Research type used is descriptive research with quantitative approach. Sources of data in this study using secondary data sources obtained directly from the company. Data collection using interviews and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is using Economic Order Quantity method. The results of the analysis prove that if the company applies methods Economic Order Quantity in 2018 in the optimal purchase of raw materials, there is a difference in savings expenditures total costs for raw materials of Rp. 150.305, -. Based on the results of the analysis, it should be UD. Seneng Damai applies Economic Order Quantity method in determining the optimal quantity of raw material purchase, so it can minimize the total cost incurred by the company every year.

Abstract

Xxx is one of the companies engaged in construction that produces paving stones. The obstacle experienced by this company is that demand is sometimes soaring and sometimes soaring is caused by a lack of careful planning and maximum profits derived by the company. Therefore, companies need a certain basic calculation to optimize the amount of profit. Optimization is needed to analyze the making of paving and optimize profits by using the Linear Programming method. The purpose of this study is to determine the results of the analysis of paving production and determine the optimal profit. Retrieval of data obtained from direct observation or observation at PT. XXX. The data needed in this study are: product data, raw material purchase price data, sales data and production boundary data. In solving this problem the researchers used the Linear programming method and Smoothing forecasting methods obtained by Z_max as follows: Z_max = 540X_1 + 556X_2 + 707X_3 With the limit function: 327,27X1 318.18X2 With the requirements X_1 X_2 X_3 ≥ 0 So the analysis is obtained is the most optimal product sold per month are: DC 06: 106,732 M ^ 2, DC 08: 339,402 M ^ 2, TC 06: 13.109 M ^ 2 The conclusion obtained from the results of this study is that the optimal profit obtained is Rp. 75,460

Abstract

PT.Joyo Continues is a company engaged in shipping services and distributors of imported soybeans from abroad such as the USA, Brazil and Argentina which will be distributed again to local soybean craftsmen, especially the Pasuruan region and its surroundings, this research was conducted to determine which suppliers are really effective and suitable according to the characteristics of the company, as well as being able to provide the best profit for the company, this research is also intended to help companies determine strategies in facing increasingly competitive market competition. Selection of this supplier uses the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and SWOT (Strengths Weakeness Opportunity Threats) method. SWOT analysis is a systematic identification of various factors to formulate a company strategy. While AHP is a multicriteria decision-making technique, in which quantitative factors and qualitative factors are combined, so that quality, position, and evaluation can be carried out in the form of variable-variative evaluations (Saaty, 1994). , quality, distribution and consistency as well as company strategy to optimize marketing strategy amidst the global crisis caused by the pandemic, obtained the USA as an alternative to the main supplier.

Abstract

CV. AABI Surabaya merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri pangan yang memproduksi minuman teh melati dalam kemasan cup berukuran 180ml. Teh melati pada CV. AABI  diproduksi dengan menggunakan mesin chenyueh. Proses produksi di CV. AABI dilakukan secara terus menerus sehingga sering timbul beberapa permalahan pada saat proses produksi. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ditemukan, diketahui terjadi downtime sebanyak 2840 menit dalam jangka waktu 1 bulan akibat terjadinya downtime. Perusahaan berharap agar dapat mengurang downtime dan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dari mesin chenyueh. Pengukuran efektivitas mesin chenyueh dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode Overall Equipment Efectiveness (OEE), kemudian analisis Six Big Losses dan diagram sebab akibat untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang terjadi dan memberikan usulan penyelesaian masalah. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil nilai OEE di mesin chenyueh berkisar antara 84% - 94% dan beberapa nilai ini ada yang berada dibawah  standart OEE (85%). Rendahnya nilai OEE dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya nilai avaibility rate yang memiliki rata-rata 88,66% dengan standart sebesar 90% dan rata-rata quality rate sebesar 95,11% dengan standartnya sebesar 99%. faktor yang memberikan kontribusi terbesar dalam penurunan efektifitas mesin chenyueh adalah downtime loss yang memiliki presentase sebesar 58%. Tindakan yang disarankan oleh peneliti adalah dengan penerapan TPM.

Abstract

Dusun Pronojiwo terletak di Desa Blarang Kecamatan Tutur Kabupaten Pasuruan. Dusun ini terdiri dari sekitar 866 jiwa penduduk sebagian besar mata pencarian sebagai pengrajin keranjang. Dalam hal ini proses pengolahan bambu yang membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dalam proses produksinya. Sehingga dari sini kami merencanaan teknologi tepat guna dalam membelah bambu yang dirancang untuk lebih mudah dalam pengoperasianya, murah, dan mudah dalam perawatannya. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah membuat  konsep alat pembelah bambu sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas sampai 60 %.

Abstract

  PT. X Pasuruan is a company engaged in the manufacture of plastic packaging. This industry is a job order industry that manages plastic pellets through the production process into a product that the customer wants. The formation of plastic products is carried out in two ways, namely blow molding, which is the process of processing plastic pellets into a product by blowing air into the plastic to be printed here. disabled. So that in this study the aim was to identify the factors that cause the biggest defects in 500 ml Plastic Bottle products using the FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) method so that 3 types of defects were produced with a total percentage, namely the Gross Material defect with a weight of 30%, the Gross Oil defect with a weight of 18%, and Folding defects with a weight of 15%, so that the main improvements are focused on these three types of defects and result in tighter material control, starting from the supplier until before the material enters the production process and is ready to stand by in cleaning the machine area regularly. PT. X Pasuruan merupakan industri yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur pembuatan kemasan plastik. Industri ini ialah industri job order yang mengelolah biji plastik lewat proses penciptaan jadi suatu produk di mau customer. Pembetukan produk plastik dicoba dengan 2 metode ialah blow moulding ialah proses pengolahan biji plastik jadi suatu produk dengan metode meniupkan hawa dalam plastik yang hendak di cetak di mari masih terjalin banyak hambatan salah satunya produk cacat yang menggapai 2% sehingga dibutuhkan identifiasi kasus yang terjalin pada produk cacat. Sehingga dalam riset ini tujuannya merupakan Mengenali aspek pemicu terbentuknya cacat terbanyak pada produk Botol Plastik 500 ml dengan tata cara FTA( Fault Tree Analysis) sehigga dihasilkan 3 tipe defect dengan total persentase ialah defect Kotor Material dengan bobot sebesar 30%, defect Kotor Oli dengan bobot sebesar 18%, serta defect Melipat dengan bobot sebesar 15%, sehingga revisi utama difokuskan pada ketiga tipe defect tersebut serta dihasilkan pengendalian material di perketat, mulai dari supplier hingga saat sebelum material tersebut masuk proses penciptaan serta siap siaga dalam mensterilkan zona mesin secara berkala.

Abstract

Digitalisasi merupakan suatu proses peralihan media dari segala bentuk tercetak menjadi kedalam bentuk penyajian digital. Penerapan digitalisasi ini digunakan agar penyusunan laporan keuangan UMKM Desa Nogosari dapat berjalan dengan baik. Dengan menggukana metode pelatihan terhadap pelaku UMKM yang mana 90% masih menggunakan pelaporan manual, dengan hasil pelatihan ini ditujukan agar masyarakat Desa Nogosari memiliki pengetahuan tentang bagaimana cara menjalankan aplikasi buku kas yang notabennya dapat membantu proses masuk dan keluarnya data, informasi, dan juga keuangan yang awalnya dengan cara manual dalam pembukuan. Dengan adanya pembukuan digital ini warga Desa Nogosari dapat membantu proses pembukuan Usaha tersebut menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien dengan mencapai 60%. Dengan adanya penyuluhan serta pelatihan sejenis ini, masyarakat mampu memahami fungsi dan pemanfaatan khusus yang dihasilkan oleh Gadget yang biasa digunakan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis di era globalisasi saat ini semakin ketat. Bertambahnya perusahaan-perusahaan dengan berbagai produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan menyebabkan perusahaan berusaha untuk memenangkan persaingan dengan cara menerapkan strategi berasing. Strategi bersaing yang digunakan sangat menentukan keberhasilan pencapaian target yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan. Pendampingan strategi bersaing ini dilakukan pada UMKM Esbas Toy’s untuk mengetahui strategi bersaing pada UMKM tersebut serta merumuskan strategi bersaing alternartif yang dapat digunakan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pendampingan ini adalah analisis porter’s five forces. Keabsahan data dari kegiatan ini diuji menggunakan triangulasi data atau menggali kebenaran informai tertentu melalui berbagai metode dan sumber perolehan data, pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil pendampingan ini menunjukkan beberapa strategi bersaing yang tepat digunakan oleh UMKM Esbas Toy’s dalam menghadapi persaingan pada industri yang memproduksi boneka. Strategi bersaing alternatif dari strategi generik juga dirumuskan untuk mengoptimalkan strategi bersaing (Porter’s five forces) yang sedang diterapkan UMKM.

Abstract

Alkopini is a small and medium enterprise engaged in the manufacture of hommade sandals with synthetic leather as the basic material. The purpose of this service is to help expand the market and increase the selling value in the market by introducing the brand more widely to the community in the Pasuruan Regency area. In this service method using SWOT analysis. The results of the service show an increase in the production of the Alkopini praduk from 15 pairs of sandals a day to 20 to 25 pairs of sandals a day. Through this community service, the service team helps expand the Alkopini sandal market by using brands and packaging with the aim of attracting more consumers and using the sandal products produced and increasing the selling value of each product produced.
