Abstract

This study compares the Vo2Max effects of continuous running and interval training on 16-17-year-old football participants at Bintang Kejora football school in Deli Serdang Regency in 2022. The research method is experimental quantitative research. This study used purposive sampling to pick Bintang Kejora football school athletes under certain conditions. The study lasted six weeks with three training sessions per week. The statistical analysis of Vo2Max increase in the continuous running group showed a tcount of 6.56 and a ttable of 2.75, with α = 0.05. We reject H0 and accept Ha since the tcount is bigger than the ttable (6.56 > 2.75). In 2022, the continuous running exercise group improved the Vo2Max results of 16-17-year-old football participants at Bintang Kejora football school (SSB), Deli Serdang Regency. Hypothesis II on interval training's Vo2Max rise had a tcount value of 6.11, higher than the crucial ttable value of 2.75. This means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, the interval training group affects the Vo2Max results of 16“17-year-old football participants at Bintang Kejora in Deli Serdang Regency. Upon assessing hypothesis III, the average standard deviation tcount value was 1.32, while the ttable value was 2.23, with α = 0.05. Low tcount values (tcount < ttable) support the null hypothesis (H0) and reject the alternative hypothesis (Ha). This analysis suggests that continuous running or interval training have similar effects on Vo2Max outcomes for 16-17-year-old football players at the Bintang Kejora football school in Deli Serdang Regency.

Abstract

This research is an experimental study whose aim is to determine the contribution of Double Legs Speed Hops and Pull Down Resistance Bands training to the 50 Meter Breaststroke Swimming Speed of Male K.U II Athletes at the Medan Aquatic Swimming Club in 2023. The population of swimming athletes at the Aquatic Swimming Club totaling 20 people, using purposive sampling technique a sample of 8 people was obtained. The research was conducted for 6 weeks, 18 meetings and 3 times a week. Before testing the hypothesis, a prerequisite Normality test was carried out using the Lilifors test so that the three variables were normal and the Homogeneity test (F test) then the three variables after testing the data were homogeneous. Hypothesis analysis produces Fcount = 7.259 and Ftable = 5.79 so that Fcount > Ftable so after testing it can be concluded that there is a significant contribution from Double Legs Speed Hops and Pull Down Resistance Bands training to 50 Breaststroke Swimming Speed K.U II Male Athlete Meter at Aquatic Swimming Club Medan in 2023.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of double triangle and double square training on passing results in football players aged 10-11 years at Disporasu Football School (FS) in 2022. The research method used is an experimental method, namely to see a change from before treatment and after treatment and then in compare. This research uses a research design, namely one group pretest-posttest design. This research has a population of 18 people from the entire 10-11 year age category in Disporasu FS in 2022, to make it easier in the research the researcher has certain criteria, then the sample is taken using a purposive sample technique, namely a conditional sampling technique, so it can be obtained The sample was 14 people. The time of this research was carried out 18 meetings. The data collection techniques used in this research are tests and measurements. The test instrument used in this research was the football short pass test. The data analysis technique used is the normality test, the results of the pretest data normality test are Lcount 0.1493 and posttest data 0.1472 with Ltable 0.227 with the conclusion that the data is normally distributed, homogeneity test, the data homogeneity test results state that Fcount is 1.21 with Ftable 2 .58, then the conclusion that can be drawn is that the data comes from homogeneous variance and the t test with the help of SPSS 21. The results of the t-test state that there is a value of Tcount=16.60442, then the value of Tcount is compared with the value of Ttable with dk=n-1 (dk=14-1=13) at a significance level of ά=0.05, so we get Ttable=2 .16037, so that based on the hypothesis testing criteria it is stated that at Tcount=16.60442 > Ttable=2.16037, so Ho was accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of backhand groundstroke training variations on backhand ability in the Unimed tennis community in 2022. This research was conducted on the Unimed tennis court, Jalan William Iskandar Pasar V Medan Estate with a population of 20 students and a sample of 10 students. The research period was conducted from February 18th to April 3rd, 2022 with a frequency of 18 sessions for 6 weeks. This study used experiments with the test instrument in this study, namely the backhand ability test. The independent variable in this study is backhand groundstroke training and backhand ability is as the dependent variable. From the results of data processing with statistical analysis, it is obtained that tcount is equal to 4.56 and ttable is equal to 2.26 based on the distribution table of t with dk (n-1) 10 - 1 equal to 9 and at the α level of 0.05 equals to 2.26 which means tcount > ttable (4.56 > 2.26). Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. In this case, it can be concluded that variation trainings in backhand groundstroke have a significant influence on the results of backhand ability in the Unimed court tennis community in 2022.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variations in shooting training on shooting results in athletes aged 14-17 years at Garuda II soccer school Langkat Regency in 2022. The problem that occurs in this study is the problem in the shooting process. The shooting process carried out by athletes is still monotonous and less varied. The exercises given by the coach are still few. the above occurs because it is caused by factors, namely the lack of variety of shooting exercises. The research method used is the experimental method. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. The population in this study were 14 people and the number of athlete samples used was 10 people. This research was conducted for 6 weeks with a training frequency of 3 (three) times a week. Statistical calculations using the t-test. Hypothesis analysis using pre-test data and post-test data on the results of soccer shooting where the t-count analysis results obtained were 5. 231 then the value was compared with the ttable value with dk = n-1 (10-1 = 9) at a significant level α = 0.05 is 1.8331 thus t-count> ttable (5. 231> 1.8331). This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of Shooting Exercise Variations on Shooting Results in Athletes aged 14-17 years at SSB Garuda II Langkat Regency Year 2022.
