The study is conducted based on a trainer's difficulty in improving the speed of kicks and agility of taekwondo junior athletes. This condition is a consideration for trainers to develop a proper and measurable cirquit SAQ training program to improve kick speed and agility for taekwondo novice athletes. This study aims to find out the effect of SAQ cirquit exercises with kick speed and agility. The research method used is an experimental method with equivalent time series design research design. The research is conducted for 6 weeks with a frequency of 1 week 3 exercises and consists of 3 series. Every 4 weeks it is done postest with design; (1) pre-test-treatment-portest stage 1, and (2) pre test-postest-postest stage 2. Data analysis technique uses t test with significance level 0.05. The results conclude that; (1) there is a significant influence between cirquit SAQ exercises on the kick speed of taekwondo junior athletes. (2) there is a significant influence between cirquit SAQ exercises on the agility of taekwondo junior athletes. From the results of this study, researchers expect that there will be recommendations to be used as further considerations for the future so that this study is more in-depth related to SAQ exercises, and hopefully this study can be a reference material for other researchers who want to research about the influence of SAQ exercises.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan goenrich basic backhand terhadap kemampuan groundstroke backhand atlet tennis lapangan pada Komunitas Tennis Unimed Tahun 2020. Penelitian adalah metode experiment semu times series dengan memberikan perlakuan terhadap sampel berupa pengukuran dan perlakuan latihangroundstroke backhand yang berulang. Populasi adalah seluruh Komunitas Tennis Unimed Tahun 2020 yang berjumlah 25 orang. Jumlah sampel 6 orang diperoleh dengan teknik purposif random sampling, yang mana memilih sampel diberikan syarat yaitu pemain tennis pemula yang berjenis kelamin putra, sama sekali belum menguasai pukulan groundstroke backhand dan aktif dalam mengikuti latihan. Hasil penelitian dari data pre-test dan data post-test kemampuan groundstroke backhand tennis lapangan diperoleh tscore= 11,85. Dari daftar distribusi t maka tstandartdengan peluang 0,95 dengan dk n-1=5 diperoleh harga t (0,95)(5) = 2,015. Dalam kriteria pengujian hipotesis dinyatakan bahwa tscore> tstandart(11,85> 2,015) sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan goenrich basic backhand terhadap kemampuan groundstroke backhand atlet tennis lapangan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan manajemen dan komitmen terhadap kinerja pengurus Pusat Pendidikan dan Latihan Pelajar (PPLP) di Indonesia. Disamping itu penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan manajemen dan komitmen secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pengurus PPLP di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sumatera Utara pada bulan Februari sampai Juni 2016. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah metode deskriptip dengan korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan proporsional random sampel yang berjumlah 40 orang.Teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah teknik regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa : (1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan manejemen dengan kinerja pengurus PPLP di Sumatera Utara dengan menunjukkan thit = 43,28 > ttab 1.68, (2) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara komitmen dengan kinerja pengurus PPLP di Sumatera Utara dengan menunjukkan thit = 79.3 > ttab 1.81, (3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan secara bersama-sama antara Pengetahuan Manajemen dan Komitmen dengan kinerja pengurus PPLP di Sumatera Utara dengan menunjukkan thit = 4.94 > ttab sebesar 1.81.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya mengajar dan kemampuan motorik terhadap hasil belajar dribbling dalam permainan sepak bola. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang yang merupakan siswa kelas XI MAN 2 Model Medan dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian treatment by level 2 x 2 dengan uji tukey pada taraf α=0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan : 1. Pada kelompok A1 dan A2 dimana Qh = 27,63 dan Qt = 3,79 dan berdasarkan hasil ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar dribbling dalam permainan sepak bola antara gaya mengajar self check dan gaya mengajar resiprokal. 2. Diperoleh Fh > Ft yaitu 46,92 > 4,06. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan keseluruhan bahwa terdapat interaksi antara gaya mengajar dengan kemampuan motorik terhadap hasil belajar dribbling dalam permainan sepak bola. 3. Dengan uji tukey pada kelompok A1B1 dan A2B1 dimana Qh = 13,73 dan Qt = 2,95 dan berdasarkan hasil ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hasil belajar dribbling dalam permainan sepak bola siswa dengan kemampuan motorik tinggi yang diajar dengan menggunakan gaya mengajar self check lebih baik dari pada gaya mengajar resiprokal. 4. Dimana Qh = 1,80 dan Qt = 2,95 dan berdasarkan hasil ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hasil belajar dribbling dalam permainan sepak bola siswa dengan kemampuan motorik rendah yang diajar dengan menggunakan gaya mengajar self check tidak lebih baik dari pada gaya mengajar resiprokal. Based volleyball learning model e-book- and developed it as a sports lecturer's guide in teaching courses volleyball The resulting products are learning models volleyball learning materials volleyball based E-Book-. This research was developed by adapting the Borg & Gall educational research and development model. The development procedure used includes several stages: 1) recognizing the content of the product being developed, 2) developing the initial product of the game, 3) expert validation, 4) testing field The data analysis technique used in this research is done in two ways, namely quantitative and qualitative. Based on media trials in the field, the following results were obtained: 1) The media developed was very valid (good) with an average media validation questionnaire by experts of 92.39%. 2) The learning media developed is very practical, by getting a very good response where the average questionnaire is 92.12% which gives a positive response, 3) the E-Book media developed is quite effective, where the completeness of student learning outcomes reaches 87.19 %. From these results, it shows that the animation-based E-Book media that was developed is very feasible to be used in supporting learning activities in the classroom.

The research aims to produce a teaching style application product in health sports Physical Education (PE) teachers based on interactive multimedia. This research is expected to overcome difficulties for Physical Education teachers who have been on the use of teaching styles carried out by Physical Education teachers only centered on teachers continuously and have not fully applied variations in teaching styles so that it causes learners to become bored and can inhibit the potential that exists in learners. In other respects, the lack of knowledge that Physical Education teachers have on teaching style, and the low interest of teachers to read books and find sources for teaching styles. The research stages are; (1) The pre-development stage, at this stage, needs analysis is carried out through a survey of the level of tool needs for users, instrument preparation and consultation with experts. (2) The development phase of developing the product "Teaching Style Application" starting from the initial product development of manuscripts (manuals), designing work and application design, small group trials, stage I improvements, large group trials, phase II improvements, mass production. (3) The evaluation stage of product results implementation and product desimination.

Jump numbers are included in the classification of skill types that are acycliccombined. This means that there is a cyclic movement which is then continued with the acyclical movement so that it can take advantage of the part method (partmethod) and the whole (whole method). It provides an understanding of audio as something related to reception through sound and hearing. Visual is something related to the eye or vision, props, can be seen and witnessed. It can be said that audio visuals are "something related to reception through hearing and sight, sound and props, audible and witnessable". In this case, audio visual media is used to record the initial ability of students by analyzing movements using kinovea applications so that specific movement hasis are obtained. The use of audio visual media to evaluate the series of long jump movements can be one alternative in determining learning variations that are in accordance with the ability of students. The methods used in this study use development research. Research in this learning model uses quantitative approaches as well as using the Research & Development (R&D) development model of Borg and Gall. The product development procedure can be described as follows: a) Determination of ideas, b) Model making, c) Evaluation.The subject used in the athletics course of the Long Jump branch in FIK UNIMED students is qualitative data, because it is expressed by sentences and not numbers, while the quantitative data is obtained by converting qualitative data by giving a score to the data that has been collected.

This study aims to develop bouncing wall training aids to train passing athletes. The sample/respondent in this study was for a small group trial of 18 athletes from PBV Bina Putri Medan and PBV Gaperta Putra and for large group trials involving 44 athletes. PBV Mulia, PBV TVRI, and PBV Gaperta Putri. The form that has been made beforehand was validated by 3 experts, 1 volleyball coach, 1 sports expert and 1 expert in media/tools, where the percentage of validity is 80% from sports experts, 100% from volleyball experts and 96% from experts media/tools. The method used is the research and development (R&D) method. The results of the small group test involving 18 volleyball athletes PBV Bina Putri Medan as many as 8 athletes got a percentage value of 91% and PBV Gaperta Putra as many as 10 athletes got a percentage value of 92%. volleyball met the criteria to be continued in the large group trial because the average score percentage was 92%. The results of the large group test on 44 volleyball athletes from PBV Mulia Medan as many as 16 athletes got a percentage score of 92%, PBV TVRI as many as 12 athletes and got a percentage value of 92% and PBV Gaperta Putri as many as 16 athletes and got a percentage value of 90%, this shows that the bouncing wall training aid to train volleyball athletes' passing has met the criteria to be continued in the manufacture of mass products because the percentage of the average value is 92%. These training aids are very necessary to train the ability of volleyball athletes in terms of passing, because it is important in training and matches besides that the exercise is not boring and can help coaches train their athletes and also become input for volleyball coaches throughout Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the contribution of PNF training and Shuttle Run training to Dollyo Chagi's kicking ability in male Pre-Junior athletes aged 10-13 years Tiger Sumatra Taekwondo Club Binjai 2021. The method used in this study is an experimental method with data collection techniques involving two independent variables, namely PNF and Shuttle Run on the dependent variable dollyo chagi kick ability. The population in this study amounted to 30 athletes, and the sample in this study amounted to 10 athletes who were selected by purposive sampling method. The design of this study used a post-test one group design. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is There is a contribution of PNF training to the dollyo chagi kick ability of 79% (2) There is a contribution of Shuttle Run training to the dollyo chagi kick ability 19.2%, (3) There is a contribution of PNF and Shuttle Run training to the dollyo chagi kicking ability known by looking at the value of R (r2 x 100%). The value of r2 is 0.911, so it is known that the amount of contribution is 91.1%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketercapaian tujuan Gerakan Latihan Intensif Atlet Koni Kota Medan (GELIAT) dilakukan oleh Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) Kota Medan. Metode yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan evaluasi model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, dan Product) dengan fokus pada procees. Sampel yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini adalah; pelatih sebanyak 20 orang dari 82 orang dan atlet sebanyak 70 orang dari 400 atlet. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan acak sederhana. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa; (a) Penseleksian atlet dan pelatih sudah dilakukan dengan sangat baik sekali dan sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan cabang olahraga. Meskipun demikian ternyata masih ada atlet yang tidak memiliki standar kapasitas fisik cabang olahraganya, hal ini disebabkan sistem penseleksian masih menggunakan tes kebugaran secara umum, (b) Dalam aspek pengorganisasian sudah dilaksanakan dengan sangat baik dalam hal pembagian kelompok kerja dalam organisasi GELIAT dan berjalan sebagaimana mestinya dan masih minimnya pertemuan rutin antara penyelengggara GELIAT, orang tua, dan pelatih. Kemudian kurangnya memberikan informasi baik kepada atlet terhadap perkembangan dan kemajuan yang telah dicapai, (c) Aspek pelaksanaan latihan sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Namun masih ada sedikit kekurangan seperti masih kurangnya atlet memenuhi jadwal latihan yang telah disusun pelatih. Kurangnya hukuman yang diberikan pelatih, sebagian atlet mengeluh dalam hal beratnya latihan, Sebagian pelatih belum menerapkan prinsip beban berlebih didalam menyusun program latihan, (d) Aspek evaluasi latihan sudah dilaksankan dengan sangat baik akan tetapi belum maksimalnya pelatih membuat administrasi hasil evaluasi dan menginformasikannya kepada semua atlet dan pihak penyelenggara.
