Abstract

Education to work for income, or the popular term now education for the sake of improving the quality of human resoource development, in the present context turned out to cause many problems such as the emergence of disparities in the various sectors of life. The gap between the number of jobs available to the realities of an abundant amount of labor. Ibn Khaldun’s conception of education who was born around six hundred years ago seems to still actual today. The recent conception of human resources in the community is a formulation of Ibn Khaldun’s conception that tries to combine between philosophy and education,  sociology and education so that the concept of education is still used today, as well as the expectations of the community can be used as a tool to help him well in modern society. According to the result of education is human being can actualize science (reason) that has been held in all aspects of life, which he called the haqiqoh al-insaniyah or complete Indonesian man, according to the national education, and ahlaku al-karimah in the perspective of Islamic education.

Abstract

Abstract: This paer is intened to find the concept of character education, according to Prof. Dr. H. E. Mulyasa thas various books he wrote. Hopefully, this article can serve as guidelines for the parties the manager (manager) schools in practing character education within the scope of the school. From the result of the study can be obtained information that character education is agrowing process of character values, such as conscious, honest, sincere simple, independent, caring, free to act however responsible for his action, careful or conscientious, and commited to doing good. Internalization of character values us carried out through three strategies, namely be a good example for their students, internalize the character values into learning activities, internalize the character values into the activities of habituation, and then manage the school in favor of the practice providing education character. Abstract

Abstract: Creative learning is learning that rets on four basic foundation, namely learning fun designed for children; learn to be more than getting a good value, but is to produce work in the form of learning: intellectual, creative permormance, and educational activities; learning always appreciated the value and the publication of the teacher; and learning that can improve the child's motivation to learn. With four foundsations above, this creative learning will be formed: children are intellegent, that who could resolve the issue of learning in accordance with the breadth of his knowledge; a creative child, the child can actualize ideas and feelings in concrete; and children who have personality and good character in their daily lives. Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to find the concept of children'a ducation in the perpective of Munif Chatib. There are several things that need to be considered by the school in the implementation of the concept of children's education. First, the input activity, which is marked by the admission of new students in a school. The school is focused on the quality of student input. The quality of the learning process depends on the quality of teachers. The teachers who are able to guarantee all students will be guided towards better change, regates all the potential inherent in student. Second, the activities of the procces that studenta diverse learning styles in the information transfer procces or a learning proccess that aims to mastery learning outcome indicators. There are four steps that must be implemented by school, namely; (1) Brain; (2) teaching strategy; (3) Product; and (4) Benefit. Third, the output (result) based on the cognitive students. Abstract

Abstract: Man was created in perfect form. This perfectionincludes spiritual and phsycal aspect to be equipped by its potential. This is in contrast with the view of materialism. Both of these aspect have a functional relationship or monodualism. Developing human potential requires a process of social interaction in internal and formed and surrounding communities which is a process of cultural formation. Abstract

Abstract: This paper is adressed to all the components involved in education. Teachers, parents, and students all become object of study in this paper. Featuring educational thinking Sheikh al-Nawawi al-Bantani in the book Nashoilul 'Ibad will add to the discourse of existing educational concepts. By displaying various Qur'anic verses, hadiths and saying of the scholars, Sheikh Nawawi explain that the educational process should involved all parties with all his energy, ability, and willingness. Totallty is peppered with religious fervor is what ultimately produces educational thought kaffah rivaling the concept of modern education that lack of religious values. Abstract

Abstract This study show that in the development of the talent of a child, to note a few things, among them: (1) caution; (2) motivation; (3) support; (4) knowledge; (5) exercise; (6) award; facility; (8) environment; (9) cooperation; and (10) good examples. The interests of a child include feelings of pleasure or interst in the objects that make someone pay attention to favored objects well as their knowledge about an object. To recognize student who are gifted and have interest, the subject's teacher or class teacher is the most reliable, because every time they intercommunicate with students. There are several kinds of talent development program and interests of students that can be applied in school. First, the enrichment. Providing opportunities and facilities that are deeping the additional learning to gifted students after completing the regular task. Second, accelaration. Students are allowed to jumping class, or complete the regular program within a shorter time. Third, a special grouping, wich gives children the opportunity spesifically to gain learning experiences that match their interest and potential.
