Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of green marketing on the competitiveness of MSME products based on local ecotourism in Indonesia. The ecotourism industry has experienced significant growth in response to increasing consumer environmental awareness. MSMEs implementing green marketing strategies show enhanced competitiveness through product differentiation and broader market access. The research employs quantitative methods with surveys of 150 ecotourism MSMEs in Java and Bali. Results indicate green marketing has a positive and significant effect on ecotourism MSME competitiveness, with a determination coefficient of 0.742. Green promotion and green product dimensions are dominant factors in enhancing competitive advantage. MSMEs implementing environmentally friendly practices experienced average revenue increases of 34% and market segment expansion up to 45%. Research implications highlight the importance of government support in facilitating environmentally friendly product certification and green marketing education programs for ecotourism MSME actors.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of knowledge-based leadership in strengthening employee retention through human resource (HR) development practices in manufacturing organizations. The research used a qualitative approach with a case study design carried out at Mega Baja Indonesia Zone 16. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, direct observation and analysis of organizational documents, which were then analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns and relationships between research variables. The research results show that knowledge-based leadership plays an important role in encouraging work learning, continuous mentoring, and open information that is integrated with career development systems and increasing employee competency. These practices shape perceptions of organizational support and professional growth opportunities, which significantly strengthen employees' engagement and commitment to staying with the organization. These findings confirm that the influence of knowledge-based leadership on employee retention occurs through a systematic HR development mechanism. This research provides theoretical contributions by expanding understanding of the role of knowledge-based leadership in supporting talent sustainability, as well as practical contributions for manufacturing organizations in designing HR development strategies oriented towards employee retention.

Abstract

Diabetic wound care is a chronic health service that requires optimal service quality to ensure patient satisfaction. However, empirical studies on the relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction in the context of diabetic wound care in primary health care facilities in Timor Leste are still limited. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction in diabetic wound care at the Vera Cruz Community Health Center in Dili, Timor Leste. This study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. The research instrument was adapted from the SERVQUAL model developed by Parasuraman. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to test the measurement and structural models. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. The resulting model met the validity and reliability criteria and had adequate explanatory power. These findings emphasize the importance of improving service quality, particularly in the aspects of reliability, responsiveness, and empathy, to increase patient satisfaction in chronic wound care services. This study contributes to enriching the literature on service quality and patient satisfaction in the context of primary health care in Timor Leste.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic position and formulate an appropriate marketing strategy for Siber Nusantara Publisher in facing the increasingly competitive scientific publishing industry. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a strategic analysis method through the integration of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Matrix and SWOT analysis. Research data were obtained from documentation studies, observations, and secondary data analysis related to the growth of scientific publications and the market share of academic publishers. The results show that Siber Nusantara Publisher is in the Question Mark quadrant in the BCG Matrix, which is characterized by a high market growth rate but a relatively low market share. This condition indicates that the institution has significant growth opportunities in the scientific publishing industry but requires a more aggressive marketing strategy to increase market share and strengthen competitiveness. The managerial implications of this study emphasize the importance of implementing a development strategy (build strategy) through strengthening editorial quality, utilizing digital technology in journal management, and expanding academic networks to improve the reputation and sustainability of Siber Nusantara Publisher in the scientific publication ecosystem.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of work stress on work productivity with social support as a moderating variable for SPX Express Luragung Hub employees. The dynamic and high-pressure logistics work environment has the potential to give rise to work stress which results in decreased productivity. The research used a quantitative approach with a survey method of 83 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. Analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The research results show that work stress has a negative and significant effect on work productivity (β = -0.296; p < 0.05). Social support was proven to significantly moderate this relationship (β = 0.208; p < 0.05), thereby weakening the negative impact of work stress. These findings emphasize the importance of managing work stress and strengthening social support in maintaining the productivity of logistics sector employees.

Abstract

National Data Center Innovation Strategy to Build Sustainable Big Data Governance in Indonesia. Indonesia’s digital transformation is accelerated through the establishment of the National Data Center as the core infrastructure for integrated government data management. This study aims to analyze innovation strategies required to build sustainable big data governance in Indonesia. The research object focuses on policy frameworks and implementation mechanisms of the National Data Center in supporting cross-agency data integration. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed through policy document analysis and literature review on data governance and cybersecurity. The findings indicate that national data center consolidation enhances interoperability, improves public service efficiency, and supports data-driven decision-making. However, major challenges include limited digital human resources, budget constraints, and cybersecurity vulnerabilities. Recommended strategies involve strengthening human resource capacity, reforming regulatory governance, implementing comprehensive risk and crisis management, and reinforcing data security architecture. Effective and sustainable integration of the National Data Center is essential to achieve accurate, transparent, and adaptive public services in the era of big data.

Abstract

This study examines the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between perceived organizational support and intention to stay among employees in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry in Cirebon. The study is motivated by the high turnover rate within the F&B sector, which requires organizations to better understand psychological factors that contribute to employee retention. A quantitative research design was employed using a survey method involving 110 employees selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction, in turn, significantly influences employees’ intention to stay. Furthermore, perceived organizational support directly affects intention to stay; however, the effect becomes stronger when mediated by job satisfaction. These results confirm that job satisfaction functions as a partial mediator that strengthens the relationship between organizational support and employee retention. Therefore, enhancing organizational support accompanied by strategies aimed at improving job satisfaction is essential for increasing employee loyalty and long-term retention in the F&B industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how accounting students at one of Jakarta's universities apply their anti-fraud awareness, anti-fraud knowledge, and religiosity in relation to fraud prevention. In this inquiry, quantitative methodologies are employed. To sample the current population from various university cohorts of accounting students, random sampling is yet another technique employed. Using the criteria, 141 samples were eventually obtained. The SPSS is utilized in the data study process. As demonstrated by the study's findings, raising anti-fraud awareness considerably increases the possibility that fraud will not occur. Fraud expertise is quite beneficial when it comes to preventing fraud.  Religion has a significant positive influence on avoiding fraud. Furthermore, how applying fraud knowledge, anti-fraud awareness, and religiosity simultaneously affects fraud prevention has effect significant.
