Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) berbasis teknologi dalam meningkatkan daya saing organisasi. Teknologi, sebagai kekuatan pendorong dalam dunia bisnis modern, telah mengubah cara organisasi mengelola karyawan dan proses internalnya. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk menggali perspektif praktisi dan manajer SDM mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi dalam manajemen kinerja, rekrutmen, dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia di beberapa perusahaan besar di Indonesia. Melalui analisis data kualitatif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa integrasi teknologi seperti sistem manajemen kinerja berbasis cloud, penggunaan platform e-learning untuk pelatihan, dan penggunaan big data dalam rekrutmen, tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional tetapi juga mempengaruhi kepuasan dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting mengenai tantangan yang dihadapi organisasi dalam menerapkan teknologi serta faktor keberhasilan yang dapat meningkatkan daya saing jangka panjang.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki kontribusi besar dalam mendorong perekonomian nasional. Namun, tantangan dalam hal literasi digital dan keuangan, terbatasnya akses infrastruktur teknologi, serta minimnya pendampingan menjadi hambatan dalam proses transformasi digital UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran literasi keuangan digital dalam pemberdayaan UMKM digital berbasis syariah. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka (library research) dengan pendekatan literatur review, yang mengkaji berbagai publikasi ilmiah terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman literasi keuangan digital sangat penting dalam membantu UMKM mengelola keuangan, memperoleh akses pembiayaan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan keamanan keuangan usaha. Di samping itu, pemanfaatan fintech syariah memberikan alternatif pembiayaan yang sesuai dengan prinsip keadilan dan transparansi. Namun, peran pemerintah sangat dibutuhkan dalam penguatan infrastruktur digital dan penyediaan program pelatihan literasi digital dan keuangan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan sinergi antara teknologi digital, literasi keuangan, dan dukungan kebijakan sebagai strategi utama dalam memperkuat daya saing UMKM secara berkelanjutan dan inklusif.

Abstract

Kaidah-kaidah fikih ekonomi ialah yang membahas tentang masalah ekonomi atau muamalah. (kaidah-kaidah fiqih) terdiri dari kaidah umum dan kaidah khusus, kaidah khusus terbagi lagi kepada beberapa bidang, salah satunya adalah di bidang Ekonomi (Muamalah) Kaidah yang khusus di bidang Ekonomi (Muamalah) menjadi sangat penting karena perhatian sumber hukum islam yaitu al-Qur’an dan Hadist. Munculnya kaidah fikih ekonomi syariah dari persoalan-persoalan muamalah di kalangan masyarakat sehingga perlu adanya menegaskan berdasarkan kaidah-kaidah ekonomi syariah. Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain the role of BMT in empowering micro businesses in the village / Nagari Padang Sibusuk Sijunjung West Sumatra. The role of BMT in providing financing opportunities for people to get financing as capital to open and develop micro businesses. This research is field research, while the data sources are obtained from observations, interviews, documentaries. While the data analysis used semi quantitative analysis. The results of this study regarding the role of BMT in empowering micro-businesses in Padang Sibusuk Village / Nagari, Kupitan District, Sijunjung Regency, West Sumatra are: One, the empowerment of Micro Enterprises in the field of micro business is growing rapidly. Two, the role of BMT Al-furqon Padang Sibusuk provides facilities in providing financing to increase the empowerment of Micro Enterprises in 2017 by 14.92 percent. In 2018 it was 24.76 percent and increased in 2019 to 38.73 percent. While at the macro level, the role of BMT Al-Furqon in Sijunjung Regency is 2.82 percent in 2017, 2.57 percent in 2018 and increased to 4.30 percent in 2019. Three, the HR BMT Al-furqon Padang Sibusuk also provides training and coaching to customers. micro business customers who can be financed from BMT Al-Furqon Padang Sibusuk.

Abstract

Trade agreements have grown so rapidly as the business reaches the needs of human life, sometimes the agreement does note meet the provisions of applicable law, and can even occur inequality, similary auctions that generally include the from of buying and selling. Because it is not impossible to happen cheating interests of society in general. To mitigate the terms of islam has provided guidelines for achieving the welfare of the people. The auction according to the understanding of contemporary transaction is known as a from of sale in public goods to the hinghest offer. In islam also gives freedom and breadth of space for the business activites of muslims in order to seek the gift of Allah in the forms of mutually beneficial transactions that occur in the community without violete or seize the rights of others unlawfully. And based on the fatwa of the national No.25/DSN-MUI-III/2002 sharia council on Rahn regarding the mechanism of implementation of mortgage collateral goods are allowed, if Rahin still can not pay off the debt, then the marhun sold forcibly/ executed through the auction according to syari’ah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of variables, risks and promotions on purchasing decisions at potential universities is case study programs in sharia banking students. The method used in this study uses quantitative research with multiple regression analysis using the help of SPSS program version 17. The results of the study are the first online consumer purchasing decisions with promotions that contribute 24.9%, both variables with benefits of 23.6% and all three variables with a risk of 23%. The results of the significance test partially indicate the existence of variables, risks, and promotions for online purchasing decisions significantly.

Abstract

Islam is a perfect religion that encompasses and regulates all aspects of human life (syumul), it regulates the system of belief (tauhid), worship and also bermuamalah, where one and the other are closely interrelated. Muamalah in Islam has an adequate portion as contained in the other two dimensions. The foundation that encourages business behavior should be based not only because of fear of a government, not only because of the desire to accumulate wealth, but more than that, a businessman should rely on his behavior solely because of fear of God in trying to find favor. So that the ideal business in Islam, is a business that is able to balance rights and obligations, can create a sense of justice and fulfill the demands of virtue and nobility. Therefore, Muslim business people must submit to the axioms (basic values) of Islamic business ethics which include monotheism, balance, free will, responsibility, and truth.

Abstract

The focus of this study is hybrid contract in the perspective of muamalah fiqh viewed from the hadith about bai'ataini fi ai’atin, shafqataini fi shafqatin and bay wa salaf. The type of this tresearch is a normative qualitative study (literature) with primary sources are documeints with content analysis. The prohibition of a hybrid contract is basically caused by three things; it is forbidden by religion or hîlah because it can lead to uncertainty (gharar) and obscurity (jahâlah), plunging into the practice of usury, and double contracts which lead to conflicting legal consequences on the same object. A double contract that meets sharia principles is a double contract that meets the standard or dhawabit. The certainty of contract become to big attention. The certainty between contract is something that really needs to attention. The contract in this hadith must be carried out on one contract only from several existing cases. Buying and selling and loans are two different things and different laws, so they cannot be combined into one contract. In general, both types of contracts are possible to be collected in one contract without affecting the law and its legal consequences.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was conducted to determine the significance of the effect of current ratio (cr), total asset turnover (tato), growth, dividend policy, and size firm to the value of the company at manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2018. Based on 18 companies, selection of the sample is determinde of the purpose sampling methode and predetermined criteria. Sources of data in this research is secondary data which is derived from BEI’s official site (www.idx.co.id). The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis with data processing tools is Eviews 9. The result of this research are tato and dividend policy has positive effect towards value of company. Meanwhile cr, growth, and size firm hasn’t effect towards value of company.
