Abstract

This research aims to determine fine motor skills using collage play at the age of 5-6 years in early childhood . This research aims to determine fine motor skills using play games at the age of 5-6 years in early childhood. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with a Quasi Experimental Design research type. The population in this study was 14 children. The sample in this study consisted of 14 children, divided into 7 children as the experimental group and 7 children as the control group. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and non-parametric analysis. The fine motor skills of children for the experimental group showed that it was -2.401 and the sig (2-tailed) value was 0.041 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a difference in the fine motor skills of children in the experimental group before and after being given treatment. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the fine motor skills of children who were treated with grain collage in the experimental group were better than the control group. So, it can be concluded that grain collage has a significant influence on the fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Atira, Takalar Regency.

Abstract

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 2 Bandung uses occupancy data as the main evaluation tool to optimize service strategies. The research focused on the Baturraden Express Train to understand the relationship between brand experience, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty, to improve service and customer satisfaction for the company's long-term success. In this research, the research method used is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. Descriptive research aims to provide a structural and factual explanation of the relationship between the variables studied, while verification is used to test hypotheses. Descriptive research will answer the previous questions regarding Baturraden Express Train passengers' views on brand experience, customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, verification will test the relationship between brand experience and customer loyalty, which is mediated by customer satisfaction. The survey method is used to collect data from phenomena that occur factually. The sampling method in this research used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique with a total of 340 respondents. Quantitative methods based on positivism were used to test hypotheses with research instruments and statistical analysis. The data analysis technique was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method, with data processing assisted by SEM-SmartPLS software. With the expected results, Brand Experience, Customer Loyalty, and Customer Satisfaction will have a positive and significant influence

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of digital learning strategies in improving student engagement in higher education, with particular emphasis on the integration of interactive multimedia, learning analytics, and collaborative online tools. The increasing use of digital platforms in university environments has created opportunities for more adaptive, personalized, and student-centered learning experiences. This study employed a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative survey data collected from 215 undergraduate students with qualitative thematic analysis of their learning experiences. The findings indicate that the implementation of digital learning strategies positively enhanced students' behavioral, emotional, and cognitive engagement. Students reported higher levels of motivation and participation when learning activities incorporated interactive multimedia, visual content, simulations, and engaging digital tasks. Learning analytics were perceived as useful for monitoring academic progress, identifying learning difficulties, and encouraging students to develop greater self-regulation. Meanwhile, collaborative online tools facilitated peer interaction, knowledge sharing, discussion, and collaborative problem-solving. Despite these benefits, several challenges were identified, including digital fatigue, unequal levels of digital competence, technical difficulties, and inconsistencies in digital infrastructure. These challenges indicate that the effectiveness of digital learning depends not only on the availability of technology but also on appropriate pedagogical implementation and institutional support. The study concludes that intentional digital pedagogical design, continuous instructor professional development, and adequate digital infrastructure are essential for maximizing the potential of technology-enhanced learning and promoting meaningful student engagement in higher education

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed human communication patterns from predominantly face-to-face interactions into text-based communication within virtual spaces. Online discourse through social media, discussion forums, and digital communication platforms frequently generates ethical challenges, particularly concerning language politeness. This study aims to analyze politeness strategies used in online discourse and identify the factors that influence their use. The study employs a qualitative approach with a pragmatic discourse analysis method. Data were collected from user comments on social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube, particularly comments discussing public issues. The data were analyzed using Brown and Levinson’s theory of politeness strategies and Leech’s politeness principle. The findings indicate that positive politeness strategies are the most dominant strategies used in online discourse, particularly to establish solidarity, social closeness, and a sense of belonging among communication participants. Negative politeness strategies were also identified, including the use of indirect expressions, apologies, and strategies for avoiding potential conflicts. However, several violations of politeness principles were also found, particularly in interactions characterized by anonymity, strong emotional expression, and polarization of opinions. These findings demonstrate that although digital spaces provide broad opportunities for freedom of expression, politeness norms continue to play an important role in maintaining harmonious communication. The study contributes to the field of digital pragmatics and provides practical insights for strengthening digital literacy and promoting ethical communication practices in online environments.

Abstract

Study This aim For analyze role District Education Office Sragen , Central Java, in increase quality public schools in the region . Education is sector strategically decisive​ quality source Power human and power competition area , so that government area through The Department of Education has not quite enough answer big in ensure quality service education. Research This use approach qualitative descriptive with technique data collection through interview, observations, and documentation to party department, head school, and teachers. Research results show that District Education Office Sragen play a role significant as a regulator, facilitator, and evaluator in improvement quality education. Efforts made​ covering planning strategic education area, improvement teacher competence through training sustainable, rehabilitation means infrastructure, supervision academic and managerial, as well as evaluation based performance school. However, still there is various constraint like limitations budget , inequality facility interregional, as well as the need more coordination​ strong between stakeholders interests. Research This conclude that improvement quality public schools require integrated strategy, support​ sustainable policies, as well as multi- party collaboration between government region, schools, communities and government center.
