Abstract

Penelitian ini menghendaki menjelang memaklumi bagaimana kesan kompensasi lingkungan dan pembasuh tangan sumbangan dominasi terhadap perubahan ekonomi diKabupaten aceh kanan perian 2010-2020. Metode penentuan yang digunakan menjelang pendaftaran ini adalah preskripsi penentuan Deskriptif dan kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan terlebih introduksi memindahkan sertifikat yang lahir esok lusa di klarifikasikan, di analisis, selanjutnya di intrepretasikan sehingga upas mengikhlaskan kesimpulan terhadap permasalahan. Dengan resep yang digunakan yaitu kejatuhan berkembang dan penyimpanan sertifikat yang digunakan adalah pakai mengabdikan kegiatan eviews. Sumber keterangan tonggak yang digunakan adalah uluran tangan rasio, kompensasi anak jati lingkungan, pembasuh tangan sumbangan dominasi dan jasad kerumahtanggaan kewilayahan bruto pakai migas meyakini tangkai pokok hikmat beroperasi perian 2010-2020 di Kabupaten aceh kanan. Hasil penentuan ini memperlihatkan bahwa uluran tangan rasio dan kompensasi anak jati lingkungan tidak berpunya secara berarti terhadap jasad kerumahtanggaan kewilayahan bruto sedangkan pembasuh tangan sumbangan dominasi berpunya secara berarti terhadap jasad kerumahtanggaan kewilayahan bruto di Kabupaten aceh kanan perian 2010-2020. Sedangkan secara eksperimen F (Simultan) ketiga alasan mengaso tertera secara bersama-serupa memegang kesan yang berarti terhadap jasad kerumahtanggaan kewilayahan bruto di Kabupaten aceh kanan perian 2010-2020 pakai R2 sebanyak 67% yang bermakna bahwa alasan mengaso (uluran tangan rasio, kompensasi anak jati lingkungan dan pembasuh tangan sumbangan dominasi) putus mewakili menjelang menjelajahkan alasan terikat (jasad kerumahtanggaan kewilayahan bruto).

Abstract

Seiring dengan arus perkembangan ilmu dan teknologi yang terjadi diera globalisasi ini, benar-benar telah merubah cara sudut pandang manusia dan menuntut berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia untuk memulai aktifitas mereka dengan cara – cara yang baru dan sesuai dengan perkembang zaman ini, tak bisa di pungkiri sektor pendidikan juga harus melakukan hal yang serupa supaya tidak ketinggalan zaman. Jurnal ini berjudul Manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru MA salafiah. Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh mengurangnya profesionalitas kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugasnya di lembaga sekolah dan tenaga pendidik merupakan peran paling fital dalam mencapai suksesnya lembaga. Dalam jurnal ini peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan cara teknik intrerview, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia ialah : 1). Pembekalan bagi para guru, 2). Pemanfaatan para pegawai yang sudah ada, 3). Membangun dan mengembangkan lembaga secara bersamaan supaya sekolah dapat mencapai tujuannya, dan menjadikan lulusan yang berguna dimasa depan. Faktor pendukung diantaranya ialah, kepala madrasah telah memenuhi kompetisi menajerial, supervisi, sosial, kepribadian yang baik dan juga Kurikulum madrasah telah memiliki muatan lokal yang sesuai dengan karakter daerah. Sedangkan faktor penghambat diantaranya ialah, Tenaga pendidik masih ada yang belum memenuhi standar dan belum menyelesaikan Sarjana dan sedikit guru yang bersertifikas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the condition of financial ratios which include profitability ratios, company size and leverage, Corporate Social Responsibility and stock prices in Consumer Goods Industry Companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2021. To analyze and prove the effect of profitability, company size and leverage on Corporate Social Responsibility. To analyze and prove the effect of financial ratios on profitability, company size, and leverage as well as Corporate Social Responsibility on stock prices. To analyze and prove that Corporate Social Responsibility can mediate the effect of financial ratios on profitability, company size and leverage indirectly on stock prices. The population used in this research is 51 consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2021. The sampling technique used purposive sampling so that 11 companies were obtained as research samples. Methods of data analysis using PLS. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the ROA level, company size, leverage and stock price were also not good. Profitability financial ratios and company size have a significant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility, financial leverage ratios have no significant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility. Financial ratios of profitability and Corporate Social Responsibility have no significant effect on stock prices. Financial ratios of company size and leverage have a significant effect on stock prices. Financial ratios of profitability and company size and leverage have no significant effect on stock prices mediated by Corporate Social Responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the capital structure, profitability and stock returns of Mining Companies listed on the IDX, to examine and analyze the effect of capital structure on Company profitability, the effect of profitability and capital structure on Company stock returns, the effect of capital structure on stock returns through Company profitability.This research is an associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were mining companies that were registered and actively traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling so that 10 companies were obtained as research samples. This study uses PLS as a confirmatory theory and to analyze the effect or test the proposed hypothesis. The results of the study found that the average DER movement in mining companies tends to decrease. The average movement of ROA in mining companies has increased every year. The average movement of stock returns has decreased. The capital structure shows negative and significant results on profitability. Profitability shows positive and insignificant results on stock returns. The capital structure shows a negative and not significantly significant result on stock returns on. The capital structure shows a negative and significantly significant result on stock returns through profitability at Mining Companies Listed on the IDX in 2017-2021

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the condition of liquidity ratios, leverage, profitability, and earnings management as well as the ratings of the bonds of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. Analyzing the direct effect of liquidity ratios, leverage and profitability on the company's earnings management. Analyzing the direct influence between liquidity ratios, leverage and profitability as well as earnings management on the Company's bond ratings. Analyzing the indirect effect of liquidity ratios, leverage and profitability on the Company's bond ratings through earnings management. This research is classified as causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are companies registered on the IDX and issue bonds and get a rating from PT Pefindo during the 2019-2021 period with a total population of 54 companies. The sampling technique used the census method. The population in this study are mining companies that are registered and actively traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period with the sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling so that 10 companies are obtained as research samples. This study uses PLS as a confirmatory theory and to analyze the effect or test the proposed hypothesis. The data analysis technique uses Partial Loast Square with the help of Smart PLS Software. The results of the study indicate that the company's liquidity is able to meet short-term liabilities. The company's average leverage is 3.58%. Profitability is 5.36% of the company's total assets. The average company earnings management is 0.0019. The company's average bond rating has an idA+ rating. Liquidity variable has no significant negative effect on earnings management, leverage has no significant positive effect on earnings management, profitability has a significant positive effect on earnings management, liquidity has a significant negative effect on bond ratings, leverage has a significant positive effect on earnings management. bond rating, profitability does not have a significant effect with a positive direction on bond ratings, earnings management has a significant negative effect on bond ratings, liquidity does not have a significant effect on bond ratings through earnings management, leverage has no significant effect on bond ratings through earnings management. earnings management, profitability has no significant negative effect on bond ratings through earnings management in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange he Year 2019-2021..

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is influence and impact of implementing bad loans on the company's financial performance at PT. Tri Sapta Jaya Sibolga Branch. Tri Sapta Jaya Sibolga Branch. This type of research used is descriptive quantitative. In this study the population is financial data and is used as a sample of financial reports and bad loans and the data source used is the type of data that is documentation and the data source used is secondary data. To analyze the data using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Based on the results of the study, the relationship between the influence and the impact of the bad debt settlement strategy on financial performance was obtained based on the ratio (NPL) of Net performing loans and the ratio (ROE) of Return on Equity and inputted with SPSS results version 25. Final Results of Net Performing Loan (NPL) Research as much as 21.17%, Return On Equity (ROE), regression test results of 1.238, determination coefficient test 3.2%, the value of t table or 7.664 > 6.313 because the calculated t value is greater than t table then the alternative hypothesis (Ha ) is accepted, or the significance obtained is below the α level of 5%.

Abstract

Financial reports are a very important tool for obtaining information regarding the financial position and results achieved by the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the Financial Performance Analysis Can Support Company Operations at PT. Tri Sapta Jaya Sibolga Branch. the formulation of the research hypothesis is: Financial Performance Analysis Can Support Company Operations At PT. Tri Sapta Jaya Sibolga Branch. The population in this study are all financial statements and profit and loss balance of PT. Tri Sapta Jaya Sibolga Branch. The sample in this study is financial report data and profit and loss balance for the last 3 years, namely 2019 to 2021. The data used is secondary data. The research results show that the Liquidity Ratio in 2019 is known to be 1.06%, in 2020 it is 1.07%, in 2020 of 1.08% Activity ratio in 2019 of 11 times, in 2020 of 19 times, and in 2021 of 18 times. Profitability Ratio Analysis found that the Gross profit margin in 2019 was 4.69% The Gross profit margin in 2020 was 5.3% The Gross profit margin in 2021 was 5.3% 1.09%, in 2021 it will be 1.16%,

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Communication and Delegation of Authority Affects Employee Performance at The Office of Harbormaster and Port Authority Class IV, Sibolga. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative research methodwith a descriptive approach. The sample in this study were employees at the Class IV Sibolga Harbor Authority and Port Authority with the distribution of questionnaires totaling 55 (fifty five) respondents. From the results of the t-test in the study, it is known that the t-count value of Communication is 2.877 and the delegation of authority is 4.193 > t-table 2.00665, while with a significant communication 0.006<0.05, and with a significant delegation of authority 0.000 <0.05, the hypothesis is proposed Communication and Delegation of authority partially or individually have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at The Office Of Harbormaster and Port Authority Class IV Sibolga can be accepted. Meanwhile, from the results of the F test, it is known that the calculated F value is 37,176 > F table 3.18 and the significance F count is 0.000 < 0.05 so that the hypothesis proposed by Communication and Delegation of Authority has a positive and significant effect simultaneously or simultaneously on employee performance at The Office Of Harbormaster And Port Authority Class IV Sibolga is acceptable.

Abstract

The Influence of Leadership and Work Ethics on Work Motivation in the Sibolga special chili cracker business. This study aims to determine how much influence Leadership and Work Ethics have on Work Motivation in the Sibolga special chili cracker business, the model used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method and the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, using 30 samples. And the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, and t test and f test, to find out the independent variables that affect the dependent variable, in managing this data using the SPSS for Windows version 20 tool. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a positive effect and Work motivation has a negative effect, but simultaneously all variables have a significant positive effect with a value of 0.002 on work motivation in the Sibolga special chili cracker business, which also means that the hypothesis proposed is accepted, while the results of the partial analysis of leadership have a significant influence on work ethics negative and insignificant effect on work motivation in the Sibolga special chili cracker business.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the types of school leadership, creative efforts in developing creative and superior educational institutions, with sub-focus including: (1) What type of leadership does the principal apply in development? Islamic education institutions at MTS NU Creative (2) efforts have been made to develop the main institution for Creative Islamic Education at MTS NU and (3) the desired output target for Muhtadin Creative elementary schools. This study uses qualitative research in the form of case studies. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. As for data analysis techniques, researchers use an interactive model that contains four interrelated components, namely: data collection, data simplification, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and submissions. The results of the study show that: (1) the type of school principal who applies Muhtadin's creative leadership, democratic leadership (accommodative, aspirational, assertive and open), where the principal during leadership is able to make changes and has a vision for the future of Islamic education institutions to develop MTS NU Creative schools towards creative and superior schools; (2) all the efforts made in developing the main institution of Creative Islamic Education MTS NU elementary schools to build a school system; (3) what are the output targets desired by MTS Nahdatul Ulama, namely: initial output (Initial Results) and including general output targets.
