Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the process of planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring facilities and infrastructure at Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum Besuk, which are still not in accordance with standard facilities and infrastructure. The researcher found that administrative services at Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum Besuk were already running, but were not as appropriate as they should be. This can be seen from the inadequate facilities and infrastructure, such as the lack of facilities and infrastructure for learning practices at Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum Besuk. For example classrooms, practice rooms, administration rooms and other facilities. This type of research is qualitative research, namely data collected in the form of words, pictures, not numbers. Based on the description of the data and discussion of the research results, it can generally be concluded that the management of management facilities and administrative infrastructure at Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum Besuk is going well although there are still weaknesses in the availability of administrative room facilities which are still in bulkheads, reduction of chemical laboratories, glass, biology, language and computers.

Abstract

Settlements are factors that must exist in human life in order to meet the needs of a decent quality of life for a good future. Whereas a slum is a place where it is not worth living in by someone with all its shortcomings. The purpose of this study is to provide an understanding of strategies in dealing with slums in the city of Surabaya with an effort to slightly reduce existing slums. This research uses the method of collecting primary survey data with qualitative analysis methods and through a phenomenological approach and the data used are secondary data derived from auxiliary media such as books, journals, theses, as well as from previous researchers. Then this research produces various strategies in dealing with the existence of slums with efforts to be able to deal with the existence of slums. These strategies include restoration, rejuvenation, and resettlement where from this strategy to create flats as the final result in which there are adequate facilities and infrastructure for residents who want to live there. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of audit quality on the accuracy of company financial reporting at PT.Tri Sapta Jaya, Sibolga Branch. The hypothesis put forward is that there is an influence of audit quality on the timeliness of PT. Tri Sapta Jaya Sibolga Branch. The author uses 20 respondents as a sample taken from 20 populations using the slove formula. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive relationship between audit quality and timeliness of company financial reporting at PT. Tri Sapta Jaya Sibolga Branch and its correlation coefficient is 0.906, so when interpreted on a value scale it can be categorized as very strong. While the coefficient of determination is known that Audit Quality only plays a role of 82.1%, on the Timeliness of Company Financial Reporting at PT. Tri Sapta Jaya Sibolga Branch and the remaining 17.9% is influenced by other factors not examined. The regression equation obtained Y = 5.750 + 0.925X which shows that if you add one unit of variable X (Audit Quality) or a certain value, it will increase the increase in Variable Y (Timeliness of Reporting) by the regression coefficient of 0.925. Based on the results of the Hypothesis Test which was carried out by comparing the t-count and t-table values, it was found that the t-count value was greater than t-table, namely 9.099 > 2.109 and a significance value of 0.000 below α 5%. Because t count is greater than t table, there is an effect of audit quality on the timeliness of corporate financial reporting at PT. Tri Sapta Jaya Sibolga Branch and the proposed hypothesis was accepted. Keywords: Audit Quality and Timeliness of Reporting

Abstract

This thesis is the result of research that describes how much influence Organizational Culture and Work Environment have on Employee Performance at the Environmental Service Office of Central Tapanuli Regency. In this study, several tests were carried out to determine the effect. Based on the description of the results of the research on the Influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Environmental Office of Central Tapanuli Regency, it can be concluded as follows: Based on the correlation coefficient there is an adequate/moderate and positive relationship of 0.682 between Organizational Culture on Performance and 0.608 between Environment Work Against Performance, based on the Determination coefficient obtained at 0.541, this means that the model's ability to explain variations in Organizational Culture and Work Environment by Performance is 54.1% at the Environmental Service of Central Tapanuli Regency, while the rest is explained by other variables not included in the model by 45.9%, based on Simple Linear Regression the regression equation obtained is Y = 8.896 + 0.488X1 + 0.286X2 which shows employee performance will increase if Organizational Culture increases by a coefficient of 0.488 and Work Environment by 0.286 if at mas ing each independent variable (free) added with one-unit, and Based on the hypothesis test conducted by comparing the value of t count with t table it can be found that organizational culture and work environment variables with t calculated value are greater than t table, namely 4.577 > 2.00247 and 3.051 > 2.00247. And the significance value is 0.000 below α 5% and 0.003 below α 5%. Because t count is greater than t table, each independent variable has a positive or unidirectional influence on employee performance at the Environmental Service Office of Central Tapanuli Regency and the hypothesis proposed is accepted.

Abstract

PLN (Persero) merupakan sebuah badan usaha milik negera (BUMN) yang dimiliki oleh Indonesia yang bergerak dalam bidang kelistrikan yang dipimpin oleh Menteri BUMN yaitu Bapak Erick Tohir. Dalam hal ini PT. PLN (Persero) yang mengurusi semua aspek kelistrikan yang ada Indonesia. Kepuasan pelanggan tentunya menjadi prioritas utama dalam visi dan misi PT. PLN, maka dari itu perlunya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada para pengguna. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh PT. PLN (persero) Salak, Pakpak Bharat kepada dua pengguna meteran listrik yaitu listrik Prabayar dan Pascabayar Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan akan sangat berpengaruh pada kepuasan para pelanggan

Abstract

Hingga detik ini kacamata perencanaan pendidikan di lingkungan pendidikan islam, baik secara besar ataupun kecil, tetap dinilai sebagai sesuatu yang tidak penting. Perencanaan pendidikan yang semestinya dapat menjadi serpihan dalam pengembangan pendidikan islam. Perencanaan pendidikan itu sendiri merupakan suatu rangkaian dalam menentukan kebijakan yang berhubungan dengan target yang hendak diraih. Jenis pendekatan pengembangan kelembagaan sebetulnya sudah lama dan banyak dibahas oleh para penelaah bidang keilmuan. Artikel ini menetralkan Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Lembaga Pendidikan Tinggi islam, serta bermacam peluang juga solusi yang mungkin mampu dilaksanakan dalam mengembangkan pendidikan islam di tahun depan. Artikel ini juga memberikan berbagai solusi model perencanaan pendidikan islam, khususnya berhubungan dengan aspirasi masyarakat yang menjadi pemangku pendidikan. Mengenai konsekuensi yang diinginkan dalam perencaan ini ialah mampu mengartikan target yang hendak diraih dan terarah dilakukan secara baik dan efisien. Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership and audit committee variables on the value of the company. The method used is descriptive method. The population in this study is a food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The Total data used from 11 companies is 44 data. The final results showed that managerial ownership, institutional ownership and audit committee significantly affect the value of the company.. Abstract

Productive employees are employees who are skilled and able to understand their work as expected and can be seen from the results of reports that are set to be completed in a shorter time, so that finally an effective and efficient level of employee productivity can be achieved. The formulation of the problem is the Influence of Competence and Job Characteristics on Employee Work Productivity at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. The objective of this research is to identify and analyze the effect of competence and job characteristics on employee productivity at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga? the hypothesis in this study is that competence and job characteristics simultaneously influence the work productivity of employees at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. This type of research is descriptive correlational research. The population is 525 people and the sample in this study is 15% of (525 people), so that a total of 78 people are obtained. The results of the study found that competence and job characteristics can affect the work productivity variables of employees at PT. Lujur Timber Sibolga with 54.7%. Competence and job characteristics jointly affect the work productivity of employees at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. Where the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value (45.363 > 3.11). Partially competence has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. Where the value of tcount = (2.515) > ttable (1.992), Partially the most dominant job characteristics affect employee work productivity, meaning that job characteristic variables are more decisive in increasing employee work productivity compared to competence. Where the value of tcount = (4.441) is greater than the value of ttable (1.992). The multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.965 + 0.250X1 + 0.582X2 employee productivity shows a positive direction. It is recommended to improve employee competence, it would be nice for the company to encourage employees to continue their education to the tertiary level or attend training held external to the company

Abstract

This research aims to find out the steps taken in developing the program at MTs Darul Lughah Wal Karomah which is located in the Sidomukti sub-district, Kraksaan, Probolinggo. In order to find out what are the obstacles or supports for madrasas in improving madrasah development through madrasah management, this research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The data in the study were obtained from research informants, namely the head of the madrasah, the head of administrative affairs. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that 1) The madrasa head has implemented management functions: planning, organizing, implementing, supervising in madrasa management, 2) The existence of madrasa culture is closely related to positive values ​​and norms that bind all madrasa residents, 3) Student acceptance new programs to recruit regular class students and superior classes are carried out to get good input which will produce excellent output. While some of the inhibiting factors include: inadequate infrastructure, lack of electronic facilities owned by madrasahs, teachers who are less creative and innovative in carrying out the learning process in the classroom, teachers who are more concerned with personal matters than focusing on school matters.

Abstract

Human resource planning is intended to ensure that the needs of the organization's employees will be met on a regular and timely basis. However, the reality on the ground shows that the existing human resources at the Deli Serdang District Health Office are still minimal, meaning that their contribution to the organization is influenced by the planning itself. Despite these constraints and limitations, the Deli Serdang District Health Office continues to carry out its duties and functions. Therefore the aim of this study was to analyze the human resource planning system at the Deli Serdang District Health Office using study indicators, namely procurement, development, and placement. The findings show that the new employee recruitment system is implemented quite successfully according to the selection criteria of the hiring process. Education and training are used to develop human capital, and once new employees are hired, they are assigned to various work units based on their educational background and specialized knowledge, though often not in the way managers anticipate.
