Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kinerja pegawai dalam hal pelayanan, kuantitas, kualitas, dan ketepatan waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan dalam kaitannya dengan pemberian pelayanan kesehatan di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Dengan fokus pada Disiplin Petugas Pelayanan yaitu kemampuan karyawan mentaati peraturan sesuai dengan ketentuan khususnya pada saat jam kerja, dengan demikian metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Variabel independen tidak dibandingkan atau dihubungkan dengan variabel lain. Pengalaman dan kemampuan milik masing-masing karyawan sesuai dengan profesi dan jenjang pendidikannya masing-masing merupakan kemampuan dari Petugas Pelayanan. Hal ini untuk mengidentifikasi perhatian atau kesulitan pada fenomena yang ada dan mampu melaporkan fakta di lapangan secara akurat. Peneliti juga mengumpulkan data dari responden tentang kinerja petugas di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Deli Serdang, yang akan memungkinkan mereka untuk menilai kinerja petugas di sana dan menentukan seberapa baik pandangan masyarakat terhadap kontribusi petugas terhadap kesehatan masyarakat di Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa petugas di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Deli Serdang melakukan pekerjaan yang baik dalam meningkatkan standar kesehatan. Dilihat dari kinerja pegawai, mereka telah melakukan yang terbaik untuk melayani warga Kabupaten Deli Serdang; Namun demikian, terdapat tantangan di lingkungan sekitar, antara lain kurangnya transportasi yang dapat diandalkan menuju dinas kesehatan di Kabupaten Deli Serdang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the influence of distribution channels and price discounts on consumer buying interest in CV. Nauli Pandan Light Partners. The research hypothesis is that distribution channels and price discounts simultaneously have a positive effect on consumer buying interest in CV. Nauli Pandan Light Partners. The population is 59 and used as a sample. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the study found that distribution channels and price discounts simultaneously had a positive effect on purchase intention, where Fcount (49.788) was greater than Ftable (3.15) or (49.788 > 3.15). Partially the distribution channel variables influence purchase intention, where the t-count value is 3.650 > ttable value 2.001 or significant (Sig-t) of 0.001 < α (0.05). Partially the price discount variable has an effect on buying interest, where the t-count value is 3.794 > t-table value of 2.001 or significant (Sig-t) of 0.000 < α (0.05) The calculation result of the coefficient of determination R Square is 0.627 means 62.7% channel distribution and price discounts can affect purchase intention, while the remaining 37.3% can be influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

economy in general as a progress that leads to an increase in the per capita income of the country, while at the same time improving the institutional system for example (economic, political, legal, social or cultural). National development has a goal, one of which is as an integral part of national development, therefore the need for appropriate regional economic growth so that the goals of national economic growth will be achieved. According to the term, economic development itself is involved in efforts such as increasing the standard of living in a country which is usually measured by the low level of per capita income. The purpose of this paper is to examine the correlation between regional spending on welfare and community development through a literature review, therefore it is important to understand and overcome problems in facing challenges to support community welfare and help achieve maximum economic development.

Abstract

East Nusa Tenggara is one of the regions in Indonesia whose economic level is still low, so a long-term and short-term economic plan is needed in increasing or increasing the economic growth rate of the NTT region. In planning the long-term economic development process of the NTT region, the government has several designs in increasing the economic growth of the NTT region, namely first, the government will accelerate the process of developing human resources in NTT through education. Second, there is infrastructure development and improvement in the NTT area. Third, NTT is known as an island that has beauty on its beaches. With the construction of infrastructure in the form of roads and bridges, it can facilitate travel access for local tourists and foreign tourists or tourists who will vacation on the coast of NTT island. The analytical methods and techniques that will be applied in this observation are qualitative analysis methods and techniques. Based on the DLQ calculations in the table above, it shows that the most superior sector in 2020 is the mining sector. The mining sector in 2020 to 2022 today, the mining sector has become the heart of the economic growth of eastern Indonesia. This is because the biggest potential of the eastern region is in the mining sector and has been supported by export activities on mining products in the eastern region.

Abstract

In Indonesia today we find many Islamic-based schools, not only Islamic with their madrasahs, but many religious educational institutions such as Christianity, Catholicism, Hinduism and Buddhism which have schools where religious values ​​form the basis. learning process. Along with the development of religious education in public schools, attention to madrasas or Islamic education in general has occurred since the Central Indonesian National Committee Working Committee (BPKNIP) in the post-independence period issued an edict and proposed education or teaching in mushollah, surau, mosques and madrasas to continue. and improved”. Madrasa in the form we know today literally comes from Arabic which means the same or equivalent to the Indonesian word "school" (school). Madrasa here then has a specific connotation, where children can get religious lessons. Madrasas were what was previously called religious education in the form of learning to recite the Qur'an, then adding practical worship lessons, continuing to teach monotheism, hadith, interpretation, Islamic dates in Arabic. Then also entered general lessons and skills. In terms of educational level, at first the madrasa was synonymous with learning to recite the Koran, the basic level of study of the book and further study of the book, then changed to the level of Elementary Madrasah, Tsanawiyah Madrasah, and Aliyah Madrasah. This research was conducted with the aim of finding important variables that have a background in the development of Islamic-based public school education. This study uses a case study method (Case Study) which is qualitative in nature in discussing the characteristics of Islam as an institutional identity at SMA Haf-Sha Unggulan Zainul Hasan Genggong by using interview, observation, and documentation research techniques. This research was started from November 27 to December 13 2022 at Haf-Sha Unggulan Zainul Hasan Genggong High School which is located at Gerojokan Kulon Village, Pajarakan District, Probolinggo Regency, East Java Province.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of accounts receivable turnover on return on assets at PT. Subur Mekar Abadi. The author uses research methods in quantitative descriptive to discuss the problems faced by corporate finance. Data analysis described the use of the results of several linear sub-data analyzes regarding receivable turnover on return on assets (Y). The results showed that there was a negative relationship between banana turnover and return on assets at PT. Subur Mekar Abadi of 0.793, so when interpreted on a value scale it can be categorized as very strong. The regression equation obtained Y = 0.727 -0.22 X which shows the effect of accounts receivable turnover on return on assets at PT. Subur Mekar Abadi. The t test shows that the proposed hypothesis is rejected (not significant), where t count is -2.255 > 2.07387, which means that the turnover of accounts receivable is not necessarily reduced by the regression coefficient/slop (0.22) if the variable turnover of accounts receivable is added by one unit. While the coefficient of determination is known that accounts receivable turnover only plays a role of 62.9% of the return on assets at PT. Subur Mekar Abadi and the remaining 37.1% are influenced by other factors not included in the model.

Abstract

A Tax revenue is the largest source of state income used to carry out government work programs. But the phenomenon of tax evasion still occurs due to negligence and lack of literacy about tax rules and supervision from tax authorities. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that cause tax evasion carried out by tax subjects. This study used primary data through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents as tax subjects. The quantitative data is processed using causal associative methods. The results showed that understanding, justice, sanctions and the tax system had a significant effect on tax evasion both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity on stock prices, the effect of solvency on stock prices, and the joint effect of liquidity and solvency on stock prices at PT Martina Berto, Tbk, in 2010-2020. The research method uses quantitative and tests the classical assumptions and analyzes data including regression equations, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing (t and f). The results showed that there was no significant influence and the ratio of liquidity as a variable (X1) on stock prices at PT. Martina Berto, Tbk in 2010-2020, there is significant influence and solvency as a variable (X2) on stock prices at PT. Martina Berto, Tbk in the 2010-2020 period. And there is a simultaneous and significant influence on Liquidity and Solvability on Share Prices at PT. Martina Berto, Tbk in the 2010-2020 period.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out whether there is an influence of work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as a moderation variable for employees of the Lamongan Population Control and Family Planning Service, this research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was all employees of the Population Control and family planning service, which amounted to 67 employees, for sampeal in this study used a total sample where the entire population was used as a sample in the study. In this study, data management used the SPSS 26 application and MRA tests to determine the role of moderation in this study. P. The results of this study show that Work Discipline (X1) has a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Lamongan Population Control and Family Planning Service. This means that a well-managed work discipline will result in employee compliance with various organizational regulations aimed at improving performance. while Work Motivation (Z) moderates Work Discipline (X1) to Employee Performance (Y) at the Lamongan Population Control and Family Planning Service. This means that motivation is only a variable of moderation, because it weakens the influence of work discipline on employee performance

Abstract

This research is motivated by several problems, namely in the data input process, sales transaction processing, and this report is still done manually, namely the recording is written in a ledger so that the data obtained is often problematic due to human error. Based on the problems that have been mentioned, the authors formulate the problem of how to design a sales information system according to the needs of Nocturnal Human Brand, and assist the finance department in making reports that are stored properly and provide fast and accurate results. To perfect the results of this research, the authors use the research method of R&D (Research and Development) or development.
