The Indonesian Journal of Intelligence Data Science is a scientific journal that accepts and disseminates research results to advance science by publishing them twice a year in May and November. This journal accepts scientific writings based on the theme of Data Science, with the scope of research covering the use or development of various methods such as statistical learning (relationships between variables to gain insight) and machine learning (models capable of making predictions). These methods are applied to structured or unstructured data obtained from various research problems in fields such as the environment, healthcare, business, and more. The journal also welcomes articles related to Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and other relevant topics that contribute to advancements in data-driven research and technology applications.

Abstract

One of the common potential disasters in Manado City is floods. Manado City has a history of destructive floods that damage infrastructure and cause loss of life, resulting in significant losses. Lack of awareness among the public about evacuation locations is also due to the absence of the shortest path for flood evacuation. Therefore, a determination of the shortest path for flood evacuation is made using Dijkstra's Algorithm, which is used to search for graphs in solving the shortest distance problem using distance and time weights from 3 evacuation points and 1 shelter point. Three shortest evacuation routes are found using the Dijkstra algorithm.

Abstract

Sistem Pelayanan Akademik pada Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (FMIPA) Universitas Sam Ratulangi (UNSRAT) merupakan elemen kunci dalam mendukung efisiensi administrasi dan pengelolaan data mahasiswa. Namun, proses manual yang digunakan dalam pengajuan surat oleh mahasiswa menyebabkan adanya hambatan dalam pelayanan dan memperpanjang waktu pemrosesan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pelayanan Akademik Pengajuan Surat Mahasiswa FMIPA UNSRAT Berbasis Web. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem SDLC Waterfall dan juga menggunakan metode pemodelan visual berbasis objek yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem berorientasi objek yaitu UML dengan mengumpulkan kebutuhan sistem melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung di lingkungan FMIPA UNSRAT. Selanjutnya, desain sistem dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi fitur-fitur utama, struktur database, dan antarmuka pengguna yang memudahkan mahasiswa dalam mengajukan surat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem berbasis web yang menyediakan platform untuk pengajuan surat mahasiswa secara online. Sistem ini memungkinkan mahasiswa untuk mengisi formulir pengajuan surat, mengunggah dokumen pendukung, dan memantau status permohonan secara real-time.

Abstract

A web-based drug store data framework is outlined to encourage the productive administration and deals of solutions in a drug store with consistent integration. To realize this objective, the Individual Extraordinary Programming (PXP) strategy has been received to oversee the development of this framework. Within the setting of this venture, the PXP strategy is custom fitted to a littler advancement environment. The drug store data framework is outlined with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) engineering, which isolates commerce rationale, introduction, and client interaction into unmistakable components. This points to improve adaptability, versatility, and generally framework practicality. The results of this extend are anticipated to provide a web-based drug store data framework open through a user-friendly interface, proficient in pharmaceutical stock administration, and supporting exact installment frameworks. As a result, it is expected that operational proficiency and client benefit will altogether progress.

Abstract

The Mangrove Ecosystem is one of the coastal ecosystems that experiences a lot of threats from various activities. The latest land use and land cover information is very necessary in regional development planning and environmental monitoring. One way to obtain this information is through remote sensing satellite image data processing. Therefore, this research aims to identify changes in mangrove forests using Machine Learning algorithms, namely K-Means and Random Forest, as well as determine the ability of the K-Means and Random Forest algorithms in identifying these land changes. The results of land cover changes in the mangrove ecosystem of Palaes Village in 2013 and 2021 based on Unsupervised Learning using the K-Means and Random Forest algorithms were clustered into 4 and 5 land cover classes based on different color classes, namely mangrove, sea water, other plants, raised sand and soil . Selection of the number of clusters is very important to get accurate results. The cluster results show that the clustering of the Palaes Village mangrove ecosystem looks more accurate on the 5 cluster K-Means map.

Abstract

The development of internet technology today is growing rapidly. The internet makes it easier for humans to access information and do various things, we can find the information we need and expand communication networks with technological sophistication, as well as information on junior high schools in South Minahasa district which is still less effective. The purpose of this study was to create a website-based decision support system for junior high schools in South Minahasa district as a means of information for parents and students. The method used in designing this system is the waterfall method. The resulting program is a decision support system for junior high schools in South Minahasa district.

Abstract

North Minahasa Regency has so many tourist objects spread across almost all sub-districts in North Minahasa Regency. Web-based Geographic information system for tourism objects in North Minahasa Regency is one of the tools to convey information as well as promotional media about tourism objects in North Minahasa Regency. This geographic information system is made web-based with the system development method, namely the waterfall method. This application uses PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as a programming language, uses MySQL as a data storage area and is assisted by Sumblime Text as a text editor. Making this web-GIS starts from data collection, namely spatial data in the form of a map of the North Minahasa Regency area along with the coordinates of tourist attractions in North Minahasa Regency. Then the process will be continued by making a web, namely designing a web appearance and the process of creating a web page. The end result of this process will be the formation of a Geographic Information System Website for tourist attractions in North Minahasa Regency which would make it easier for tourists to obtain information on the location of tourist attractions in North Minahasa Regency.

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor yang dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. Oleh karena itu, setiap pemerintah daerah gencar mempromosikan destinasi wisata di wilayahnya, termasuk Kabupaten Poso. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat membantu wisatawan dalam memilih objek wisata di Kabupaten Poso. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL sebagai basis data untuk penyimpanan informasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi web yang menyediakan informasi mengenai berbagai destinasi wisata di Kabupaten Poso, lengkap dengan deskripsi, lokasi, serta fasilitas yang tersedia. Aplikasi ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur pencarian dan kategorisasi wisata untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam menemukan destinasi yang sesuai dengan preferensi mereka. Pengujian aplikasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini dapat berfungsi dengan baik dalam menampilkan informasi wisata secara akurat dan responsif. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi wisata serta mendukung promosi pariwisata daerah secara lebih efektif.

Abstract

Technological developments are currently developing very rapidly, has even become a basic need of society in the modern era of globalization. GIS technology is an assistive technology that can represent the real world on a computer monitor. This research aims to create a web-based that contains information about the location distribution of health facilities in Tomohon City. Based on the waterfall design method and using the Google Maps API in determining the coordinates of existing health facilities using the latitude and longitude of these tourist attractions for WebGIS creation, it shows that using the maps feature in WebGIS can make it easier for people to find out the location of hospitals and health centers.

Abstract

The procedure applied to the management of weekly financial data at GMIM Anugerah Koka, Tombulu District begins with the inclusion of financial funds from the congregation, BIPRA, Column, BIPRA coloumn, Elderly to the Treasurer of the Congregation and also the management of financial data at GMIM Anugerah Koka is still done manually and when calculating data finance still uses a calculator tool. With the development of technology so that a website-base weekly centralized financial information system can be carried out. The purpose of building this website-based weekly financial centralization information system is to make it easier for the Congregational Treasurer to manage weekly finances. The system was built and developed using the waterfall method starting from analysis, design, coding or implematation, testing, operation and maintenance. This weekly financial centralization website has two entities, namely the Treasurer as a manager who can login, input, edit, delete, view, print weekly financial data while MPJ can process weekly login, view, and print financial data.

Abstract

The Department of Mathematics is one of the Departments in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at Sam Ratulangi University Manado. In the Department of Mathematics, conventional methods for final exam involve manual paper grading, which is not efficient. During seminar assessments, assessment sheets are collected, and grades are computed using Microsoft Excel during thesis exams. The resultant overall grade is recorded with the grade predicate in the official report. The purpose of this study is the creation of an e-Assessment for final exam which can facilitate the processing of the final exam grades of each student. The method used in this research is the waterfall method. The results of this study show that an e-Assessment has been created that helps improve efficiency in the Department of Mathematics in the process of final exam assessment and each feature that has been made runs according to its function and the results of the tests conducted by lecturers have good results.
