The Indonesian Journal of Intelligence Data Science is a scientific journal that accepts and disseminates research results to advance science by publishing them twice a year in May and November. This journal accepts scientific writings based on the theme of Data Science, with the scope of research covering the use or development of various methods such as statistical learning (relationships between variables to gain insight) and machine learning (models capable of making predictions). These methods are applied to structured or unstructured data obtained from various research problems in fields such as the environment, healthcare, business, and more. The journal also welcomes articles related to Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and other relevant topics that contribute to advancements in data-driven research and technology applications.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan model intervensi fungsi step pada data penjualan mobil di PT. Hasjrat Abadi Cabang Tendean Manado serta melihat hasil perbandingan prediksi pada penjualan mobil di PT. Hasjrat Abadi Cabang Tendean Manado bulan Januari sampai Desember tahun 2022. Data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder yang diambil dari DMS (Dealer Management System) periode bulan Januari 2015 – Oktober 2021. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa model terbaik adalah model intervensi dengan orde , , dan  dengan persamaan : . Prediksi penjualan mobil di PT. Hasjrat Abadi Cabang Tendean Manado dengan model intervensi untuk Januari - Desember 2022 didapatkan hasil konstan yaitu 75 unit mobil.

Abstract

Kriminal atau tindak kejahatan merupakan suatu perilaku yang melanggar hukum, norma dan nilai-nilai yang berlaku dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Tindak kriminalitas terjadi karena kepincangan sosial, kebencian, tekanan mental ataupun perubahan linkungan yang terjadi di masyarakat. Kota Ternate merupakan sala satu kota di Provinsi Maluku Utara yang tidak terlepas dari tindak kejahatan karena setiap tahun bahkan bulan selalu ada tindak kriminal terjadi. Telah dilakukan peramalan tingkat kriminalitas di Kota ternate menggunakan metode double exponential smoothing dengan data yang di ambil dari POLRES Kota Ternate berjumlah 45 kasus. Hasil dari peramalan tingkat kriminalitas Kota Ternate, untuk bulan Oktober 2022 terdapat 21,54(22) kasus, bulan November 2022 naik menjadi 21, 66(22) kasus dan di bulan Desember naik lagi menjadi 21, 78(22) kasus, artinya dari bulan November 2022 sampai bulan Desember 2022 kasus kriminalitas di Kota Ternate berpotensi meningkat 5%.

Abstract

Online shopping has become increasingly popular for many people in Indonesia since the Covid-19 pandemic took hold. Shopee is one of the most popular online buying and selling applications. Based on a survey conducted by App Annie, Shopee has been named the most popular marketplace in Indonesia regarding the number of active users and the volume of monthly visits. Shopee has a fintech called Shopeepay. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used to analyze user acceptance during the Covid-19 pandemic. 100 ShopeePay users were taken as a sample using a purposive sampling technique, collected by questionnaire. Determination of the number of samples refers to the number of samples used in previous studies relevant to this research. The analytical techniques used in this study include regression analysis (simple and multiple) and path analysis. The analysis results from the Technology Acceptance Model show that the factors influencing the acceptance of ShopeePay fintech during the Covid-19 pandemic in Salatiga were Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use. These two perceptions of TAM influence Attitude toward Using and Behavioral Intention to Use, which impacts Shopeepay's Actual System Usage during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Document archive processing is currently growing fast but has not been maximized as in SMP Negeri 12 Dumoga, where the document archiving process is still carried out conventionally by storing physical files, which are increasing over time and require a large storage area and extra time to search for the required documents. For this reason, with the development of existing technology, school document archiving can be done through a website-based storage system. The purpose of building this system is to facilitate the educational institutions of SMP Negeri 12 Dumoga in storing and searching documents. In addition, it can minimize the loss of school documents when the documents increase more and more and accumulate. The system was built and developed using the prototype system development method, which is carried out in stages starting from communication, quick plan, modeling quick design, construction of prototype, deployment, delivery and feedback. The website-based archive system can display the number of general and important documents stored in the e-archive. This e-archiving system has four menus: General Documents, Important Documents, Categories, and User Pages. This system can make archiving documents easier for administrative staff at SMP Negeri 12 Dumoga. System development can be done by adding features for photo and video archives documenting activities at SMP Negeri 12 Dumoga and development as part of the school's main website.

Abstract

COVID-19 was officially declared a global pandemic by WHO on March 11, 2020. In Indonesia, cases of COVID-19 were first detected on March 2, 2020 and there were more and more positive confirmations every day. The government's strategy in fighting this pandemic is by carrying out vaccinations. The use of vaccination has received various responses from the public, both those who support it and those who oppose it. This study aims to analyze public opinion on vaccination, thereby helping the public to see whether vaccines are well received or not. The data used are 600 tweets for three keywords, namely "astra", "sinopharm", and "sinovac", with 200 tweets for each keyword. Each data is divided into 70% training data and 30% testing data. Classification is done using the Naïve Bayes method. Sentiment results with the keyword "astra" show 159 tweets giving neutral sentiment, 19 tweets giving positive sentiment, and 22 tweets giving negative sentiment, with an accuracy of 68,66%. The keyword "sinovac" shows 134 tweets giving neutral sentiment, 13 tweets giving positive sentiment, and 23 tweets giving negative sentiment, with an accuracy of 82,86%. The keyword "sinopharm" shows 77 tweets giving neutral sentiment, 22 tweets giving positive sentiment, and six tweets giving negative sentiment, with an accuracy of 28,77%. It can be concluded that the results of public sentiment towards vaccination received good support from the community.

Abstract

Limited knowledge about the early symptoms of stomach diseases has motivated the author to develop a system that helps the community obtain information. This system aims to provide assistance to the public in obtaining information, consultation, and early treatment for stomach diseases without having to have direct meetings with experts. The expertise of a medical professional in diagnosing stomach diseases can be implemented into an application. In this Expert System, Forward Chaining method is used for reasoning and the Certainty Factor method is used to calculate confidence levels. Based on data processing from one of the users, the research results show that GERD is the most likely diagnosis, with a Certainty Factor value of 96.5%.

Abstract

Technology is developing very rapidly where all information is obtained quickly. One of the impacts of technological developments is in the sales business or in community-owned micro, small and medium enterprises, one of which is woven bamboo handicrafts in the Kinilow Village, Tomohon City. The purpose of this research is to design and build a sales website using the Laravel framework to make it easier for craftsmen to market their products. The method used in designing and building the system is the waterfall method. The resulting program is in the form of an e-commerce website for woven bamboo crafts that can assist craftsmen in selling and marketing products, as well as customers in buying and knowing woven products in stores.

Abstract

Tujuan audit sistem informasi adalah untuk memastikan bahwa sistem informasi berfungsi dengan baik, sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan, dan mampu menjaga kerahasiaan serta integritas data. Tujuan dilakukannya evaluasi kinerja kerja pada penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan sebuah hasil yang dimana dari hasil tersebut dihasilkan sebuah rekomendasi yang nantinya akan digunakan sebagai perbaikan sistem informasi portal INSPIRE  Pada penelitian ini menggunakan COBIT 5 khusunya domain DSS (Deliver, Servis, Suport) untuk mendapatkan apa saja rekomendasi yang akan diberikan kepada portal INSPIRE. Dilakukan pengukuran kesenjangan menggunakan analisis GAP yang dimana portal INSPIRE mendapatkan nilai 2 yang berarti sistem informasi portal INSPIRE sudah cukup baik dalam menerapkan TI dan hanya perlu melakukan sedikit peningkatan kinerja dan prosedur-prosedur yang nantinya akan mengoptimalkan portal inspire kedepannya. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pengevaluasian kinerja kerja portal INSPIRE dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan COBIT 5 domain DSS.

Abstract

The patient registration process in the current era of technological development is increasingly sophisticated and makes it easier for the public to apply it. Taratara Health Center in its application of patient registration is still done manually. For this reason, with existing technological developments, patient registration can be carried out online through a website-based patient registration system. The purpose of making this website-based patient registration is to make it easier for patients to register, so they don't have to wait at the puskesmas for a long time. The system was built and developed using the waterfall development method which was carried out in stages starting from analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation. The results of this online patient registration information system study have an effect on patient waiting time at the Taratara Health Center.

Abstract

Peristiwa bencana banjir yang terjadi akibat meningkatnya aliran air sungai yang menggenangi wilayah dataran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui daerah di Kecamatan Tikala Kota Manado yang memiliki dampak terjadinya banjir dengan pemanfaatan penginderaan jarak jauh agar memberikan kesadaran lebih bagi perintahan dan masyarakat sekitar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pembobotan dan scoring yaitu pemberian nilai bobot pada tiap parameter dan pemberian skor pada tiap kelas parameter sesuai dengan klasifikasinya, kemudian dilakukan tahap overlay peta dengan menggunakan aplikasi QuantumGIS (QGIS). Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu dalam bentuk file peta yang telah menunjukan kelas kerawanan banjir di tiap kelurahan di Kecamatan Tikala Kota Manado dengan tingkatan kerawanan rendah hinggah tinggi. Tingkat kerawanan di kelurahan Banjer dan Tikala Ares ada pada kategor Rawan dan Sangat Rawan dengan total nilai 56.350 – 63.600.
