Abstract

Tugu Perang Dunia II, yang dirancang oleh Ir. C.K. Uit den Bosch dan dibangun pada tahun 1946 sebagai penghormatan bagi para korban perang, telah lama menjadi peninggalan sejarah yang sangat berharga. Namun, sayangnya, bentuk asli dari tugu ini telah lenyap akibat proses renovasi dan perbaikan yang telah mengubahnya secara drastis. Kini, masyarakat sulit untuk membayangkan atau mengingat bagaimana tampilan asli dari bangunan ini, karena bukti berupa foto dan dokumen yang dapat mengungkapkannya sangat sulit untuk ditemukan. Dampak dari hilangnya identitas visual asli Tugu Perang Dunia II ini sangat signifikan, terutama dalam konteks pelestarian bangunan bersejarah di Kota Manado, yang juga kaya akan bangunan-bangunan berarsitektur kolonial yang unik. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan adalah pemanfaatan teknologi 3 dimensi (3D). Dengan bantuan teknologi ini, kita dapat mengembalikan bentuk asli dari tugu ini secara virtual, sehingga generasi masa kini dan masa depan dapat menghargai dan memahami sejarahnya dengan lebih baik. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perbandingan antara jumlah titik data yang dikumpulkan pada bagian bawah dan bagian atas tugu, yang memiliki tinggi mencapai 40 meter. Dengan batasan sebanyak 150 gambar, perbandingan ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa pengambilan gambar yang lebih banyak di bagian atas akan menghasilkan representasi objek 3D yang lebih akurat dan jelas jika dibandingkan dengan gambar yang lebih banyak di bagian bawah. Ini menjadi langkah penting dalam usaha melestarikan sejarah Tugu Perang Dunia II dan juga menjadi contoh bagaimana teknologi modern dapat digunakan untuk memelihara warisan bersejarah..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan informasi gereja dengan melibatkan jemaat GMIM Bukit Zaitun Sea Mitra dalam pelatihan pembuatan website profil berbasis web. Tujuan utama program ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan teknologi digital dalam pengelolaan data gereja, serta meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiapan jemaat dalam menghadapi digitalisasi. Metode yang diterapkan mencakup survei awal untuk menganalisis kebutuhan mitra, desain dan pengembangan sistem menggunakan PHP, MySQL, serta CodeIgniter, diikuti dengan pelatihan teknis dan evaluasi berkala. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan, dengan rata-rata skor pemahaman sebesar 4.2 (84%) dan partisipasi pelatihan mencapai 4.5 (90%), mencerminkan antusiasme yang tinggi dari peserta. Selain itu, sistem yang diterapkan berhasil meningkatkan efektivitas dalam pengelolaan keuangan gereja dengan skor 4.3 (86%) dan mempersiapkan jemaat untuk transisi ke era digital dengan nilai kesiapan sebesar 4.1 (82%). Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan website profil berbasis web merupakan langkah efektif untuk meningkatkan transparansi, pengelolaan informasi, serta kesiapan digital jemaat, seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat komunikasi dan meningkatkan partisipasi jemaat GMIM Efrata Kamasi melalui program pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan website profil gereja. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilaksanakan mencakup pelatihan teknologi informasi, pendampingan teknis dalam pengelolaan situs web, serta pengembangan situs sebagai media informasi digital yang lebih efektif bagi gereja. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan teknis berkelanjutan, serta kolaborasi dalam penyusunan konten situs web. Evaluasi keberhasilan program dilakukan melalui survei terhadap 40 responden yang terdiri dari pengurus dan anggota jemaat. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa 90% responden merasa puas dengan kegiatan pelatihan, 85% merasakan peningkatan dalam akses informasi terkait kegiatan gereja, dan 75% mengakui adanya kemudahan komunikasi yang lebih baik dengan pengurus. Selain itu, program ini turut berkontribusi pada perubahan sosial yang signifikan, seperti munculnya pemimpin lokal yang baru serta peningkatan keterlibatan jemaat dalam berbagai kegiatan gereja. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa program PKM ini tidak hanya berhasil menghasilkan situs web yang fungsional, tetapi juga membentuk pranata baru dalam komunikasi digital gereja dan meningkatkan kesadaran jemaat akan peran penting teknologi dalam kehidupan berjemaat.

Abstract

The Department of Mathematics is one of the Departments in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at Sam Ratulangi University Manado. In the Department of Mathematics, conventional methods for final exam involve manual paper grading, which is not efficient. During seminar assessments, assessment sheets are collected, and grades are computed using Microsoft Excel during thesis exams. The resultant overall grade is recorded with the grade predicate in the official report. The purpose of this study is the creation of an e-Assessment for final exam which can facilitate the processing of the final exam grades of each student. The method used in this research is the waterfall method. The results of this study show that an e-Assessment has been created that helps improve efficiency in the Department of Mathematics in the process of final exam assessment and each feature that has been made runs according to its function and the results of the tests conducted by lecturers have good results.

Abstract

Penyesuaian masyarakat kota Blitar terhadap perkembangan teknologi 4.0 di Indonesia dengan kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam penguatan persaingan bisnis, khususnya di bidang sentra peternakan Indonesia merupakan sebuah kewajiban. Ketepatan dan kecepatan informasi mengenai saldo produksi hasil ternak mempengaruhi optimalisasi kualitas dan kuantitas sektor Usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) peternakan di Kota Blitar. Penelitian menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dalam memprediksi saldo produksi hasil ternak. Tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah mengumpulkan data hasil ternak, melakukan pre-processing data, memproses prediksi, membangun model dan evaluasi model menggunakan akurasi dengan Mean Absolute Error (MAE) dan R2-Score. Data yang digunakan mempunyai 14 atribut (kolom). Menggunakan korelasi, dipilih 3 atribut yang akan digunakan dalam membangun model yaitu komoditas, nilai produksi, dan biaya produksi (Rp.) Keseluruhan data dibagi menjadi dua yaitu data training dan data testing dengan proporsi beruturut sebesar 75%:25%, 80%:20%, dan 85%:15%. Model terbaik dihasilkan oleh pembagian data training dan data testing sebesar 85%:15%. Model yang dihasilkan adalah dengan skor MAE sebesar 9232.04 dan skor R2-Score sebesar 1.

Abstract

Game development success is often hard to achieve due to various problems such as performance issues, malfunctioning features, and poorly organized program structure. The problems that arise can be prevented by using the design pattern as a game programming architecture from the beginning of development. By implementing a design pattern, the process of developing video games can be made easier and simplified. The development team can focus its efforts on producing better quality video games. In this study, design patterns that would be used are state pattern and finite state machine. The state pattern is implemented by encapsulating the character's behavior in a class called state. Finite state machine will then facilitate the transition of states caused by user/player input or variable value changes. State pattern and finite state machine is tested with test case and game performance is tested with software metric. The result obtained from this study are state pattern and finite state machine have a valid component structure and could improve performance efficiency in video games.

Abstract

Although the Information Systems Study Program at UNSRAT had an existing website, it failed to effectively deliver up-to-date and comprehensive academic information. Both students and the broader community often experienced difficulties in accessing essential program-related content. In addition, the site's visual design was deemed unattractive and did not meet user expectations. objective of this research is to design and implement a more interactive and informative website to enhance the efficiency of academic information dissemination. This study employs the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, encompassing requirement analysis, system design through UML diagrams and wireframes, system implementation using the CodeIgniter framework, and functionality testing via the black-box testing approach. The findings revealed that all implemented website features operated as intended and aligned with user requirements. Furthermore, analysis of feedback from 70 respondents yielded an average rating of 4.1 out of 5.0, indicating that the website successfully met user expectations regarding accessibility, visual design, content relevance, and overall technical performance.

Abstract

The present study focuses on the design and implementation of a website-based e-commerce information system for agricultural product marketing in Talawaan District. The research addresses the limited market access and digital marketing adoption among local farmers by developing a comprehensive e-commerce platform. The system's design employed the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, undergoing iterative processes that encompassed requirements analysis, system design utilizing DFD and ERD, implementation, and Black Box Testing. The developed e-commerce system incorporates features such as product management capabilities, integrated payment methods, seller dashboards, and user-friendly interfaces tailored to farmers' technical capabilities. The findings indicate the efficacy of the system in digitalizing agricultural marketing processes, thereby empowering farmers to autonomously manage their products and expand their market reach without the need for intermediaries. The implementation has demonstrated positive impacts on farmers' digital literacy and product competitiveness. This research contributes to the digital transformation of agricultural marketing in rural areas and provides a replicable model for similar contexts

Abstract

Tracer studies are essential tools for evaluating the relevance and quality of higher education curricula, as they facilitate the tracking of alumni career outcomes. However, the conventional utilization of Google Forms for data collection in the Information Systems Study Program at FMIPA UNSRAT has led to fragmented and inefficient alumni data management. The objective of this research is to develop a web-based tracer study information system to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of alumni data management. The system's development employed the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which prioritizes iterative prototyping and active stakeholder involvement. The research process entailed a multifaceted approach, encompassing a needs analysis, system design, implementation, and black-box testing to ensure system reliability. The resulting web-based system enables alumni to complete dynamic questionnaires according to their employment status, while administrators can efficiently manage and visualize alumni data through interactive dashboards. The system's structured data collection and visualization features support program evaluation and accreditation processes. Preliminary testing results indicate that the system functions as intended and significantly enhances the management and utilization of alumni data. The present study demonstrates that the integration of RAD and web-based technology provides a practical solution for tracer study implementation in higher education institutions.

Abstract

Manokwari Regency has many tourist attractions but the lack of promotion causes the tourist attractions there to be less well-known. As technology develops, online tourism promotion is becoming increasingly important so that more people can get to know the tourist destinations in Manokwari Regency. One way to answer this challenge is to build an interactive and informative web-based information system. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method was chosen because this method allows the system to be created quickly and can be improved according to user input. The development process begins with a needs analysis through observation and interviews with related parties, such as tourism businesses, tourists, and the local community. The information collected was used as the basis for creating the initial design of the system. Next, a system design is carried out which includes making a simple and easy-to-understand Unified Modeling Language (UML), as well as designing a database that can manage tourist destination information data. This website provides complete information about tourist destinations, travel routes, galleries, descriptions of tourist attractions and provides English features to facilitate international tourists. The test results using the Black Box Testing method show that all features run as expected. The implementation of this system is expected to provide convenience for tourists in accessing tourist information, increasing the attractiveness of regional tourism, and supporting the promotion of tourist destinations. Thus, this research contributes to utilizing digital technology to improve the tourism sector in Manokwari Regency.
