Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, promotion, and product quality on consumer buying interest in Toko Mahkota Brownies Tuban. The research uses an explanatory quantitative approach with a survey method. The research population is 2,312 consumers who made purchases at the Tuman Brownies Crown Store in the period from October to December 2023. Samples were determined using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% so that 96 respondents were obtained, and the sampling technique used random sampling. Primary data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS. The results showed that brand image had a positive and significant effect on buying interest (t = 2.831; sig. = 0.006), promotion had a positive and significant effect on buying interest (t = 2.353; sig. = 0.021), and product quality had a positive and significant effect on buying interest (t = 4.088; sig. = 0.000). Simultaneously, brand image, promotion, and product quality had a significant effect on buying interest (F = 10.785; sig. = 0.000). The Adjusted R Square value of 0.509 indicates that the three independent variables are able to explain 50.9% of the variation in buying interest. Based on the standardized beta value, product quality is the variable with the strongest relative influence. These findings affirm the importance of strengthening product quality, brand image, and consistent promotion to increase consumer buying interest.

The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research population is 1,427 MSME actors in Rengel District, while the sample was determined using the Slovin formula so that 93 respondents were obtained. Primary data was collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using IBM SPSS 25. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and determination coefficient. The results showed that entrepreneurial orientation did not have a significant effect on competitive advantage (t = 0.931; sig. = 0.355). Market orientation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage (t = 6.128; sig. = 0.000), while business network also has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage (t = 4.910; sig. = 0.000). Simultaneously, entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and business network had a significant effect on competitive advantage (F = 28,496; sig. = 0.000). The Adjusted R Square value of 0.473 indicates that the three independent variables are able to explain 47.3% of the variation in competitive advantage. This finding confirms that market orientation and business network are important factors in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in Rengel Tuban.

Abstract

Non-Performing Financing (NPF) is a key indicator used to measure the level of non-performing financing in Islamic banking. A high NPF ratio indicates an increasing level of financing risk that can affect a bank’s financial performance and stability. This study aims to analyze the level of Non-Performing Financing (NPF), identify constraints, and analyze the strategies implemented by Bank Syariah Indonesia in managing problematic financing. This study employs a quantitative descriptive approach using secondary data obtained from Bank Syariah Indonesia’s annual reports and financial statements for the period 2021–2025. Data collection was conducted through documentation and literature review. Data analysis involved calculating the Gross NPF and Net NPF ratios and describing their trends over the study period. The results indicate that Bank Syariah Indonesia has been able to maintain its non-performing financing at a healthy level. The Gross NPF ratio decreased from 2.93% in 2021 to 1.81% in 2025, while the Net NPF ratio decreased from 0.87% to 0.47% over the same period.. All NPF ratios during the study period were below the 5% maximum limit set by the Financial Services Authority and were therefore classified as healthy. The decline in the NPF ratio indicates that Bank Syariah Indonesia has effectively implemented financing risk management and has been able to maintain good financing quality during the 2021–2025 period.
