Abstract

This paper aims to determine the process of determining and implementing the policies of the Yogyakarta City Education Council in creating an environment and learning process that allows students to realize their full potential. Therefore, it is necessary to understand Islamic education. For this reason, it is necessary to understand Islamic education because the educational process leads to the development of a complete and comprehensive personality, both physically and mentally. This study used descriptive qualitative research and data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. This study found that the Yogyakarta City Education Council did not limit it to Islamic education because Indonesia recognizes other religions and beliefs all religions are equally included in the character education group.

Abstract

The role of leadership is very strategic and vital in an organization as one of the determinants of success. Both men and women have the potential to lead an organization. Inclusive leaders are leaders who have openness, are flexible, sociable, and can accommodate various kinds of differences and, of course, must be able to absorb all existing aspirations. From here, this study aims to determine the decision-making and motivation of Bu Nyai P3TQ Al-Hidayah. This research uses the type of case study research which is part of a qualitative method that wants to explore a particular case in more depth. The result of this study is that the decision-making applied consists of several styles, namely authoritarian, directive, and analytic, according to the problems being faced, and the motivation of the leader is done by building good communication between caregivers and administrators. In contrast, various kinds of motivation are applied in the form of positive and negative motivation.

Abstract

Online learning is a challenge for Islamic religious educators to convey their learning materials to be accepted and practiced by students. The focus of research in this study is, (1) How is PAI Learning in the Pandemic Period at SMK PGRI 2? (2) What is the Impact of PAI Learning in the Pandemic Period at SMK PGRI 2? (3) How is the Actualization of PAI Learning in the Pandemic Period in terms of E-Learning Learning Theory at SMK PGRI 2? This research is qualitative research with the type of case study research. The results showed: (1) PAI learning in SMK during the Pandemic used online learning methods, and the media used were Google Classroom, Moodle, and Google Meet. (2) The impact is that teachers must learn about technology and learning media. In the implementation of learning, students are bored and not enthusiastic, and signals and quotas are limited, and evaluation is only cognitive. 3) The e-learning developed in this SMK uses Moodle and Google Classroom. It means that e-learning is one of the supporting learning tools and an effective media for the learning process during the Pandemic.

Abstract

Learning problems during the pandemic become heavy, such as in learning activities, students will feel bored if the material delivered by educators is monotonous. To prevent this, educators must have the capability to determine learning materials in such a way so that there are innovations that make students more enthusiastic and have an interest in learning. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the word wall application in teaching and learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic at MAN 4 Kebumen. The method used is quantitative and qualitative and is supported through observation and interviews to obtain research data. The results of this study are based on student learning outcomes from meetings I to III have shown outstanding results, where the score of Islamic religious education tests by students of MAN 4 Kebumen has an average value of 88.04 with a percentage of completeness of 80.35%, which includes an outstanding category. That can conclude that the word wall application is very effective in increasing student learning outcomes and supporting student motivation at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 4 Kebumen.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of PAI learning on developmentally disabled students at SLB C Negeri Tulungagung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This research results in PAI learning, which is carried out at SLB C Negeri Tulungagung by using the lecture, question and answer method, discussion, and a demonstration using video. The use of videos for developmentally disabled students is constructive in learning activities because they require repetition of material from the video. The supporting factors for PAI learning at SLB C Negeri Tulungagung are adequate facilities for learning at school, the participation of student guardians, quota assistance from the government, and the selection of appropriate learning media. While the inhibiting factors include the absence of special PAI teachers, the use of video learning media has not been maximized, not all parents of students have Android-based cell phones, so they are not optimal in delivering material.

Abstract

This paper aims to provide an overview of the use of educational technology in learning akidah akhlak as subject. This study uses a type of qualitative research with the semiotic analysis method by examining the figure of KH. Ahmad Dahlan in the film 'Sang Pencerah'. The result of this research is the strengthening of technology by utilizing the media has long been exemplified by KH. Ahmad Dahlan. Therefore, the use of technology in learning is not new and has strong historical roots as the da'wah strategy that KH has carried out. Ahmad Dahlan in broadcasting Islamic teachings. The implication is that Islam and technology should not be contradicted but should be further harmonized. If the era of KH. Ahmad Dahlan has been balancing it for a long time, so this era should move, namely by being a consumer of technology and starting as a producer because teaching Islam cannot be separated from the use of technology in the learning process.
