Abstract

Kesuburan tanah merupakan faktor penting dalam menunjang produktivitas pertanian. Penilaian kesuburan tanah yang dilakukan secara manual sering kali bersifat subjektif dan kurang akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi tingkat kesuburan tanah menggunakan metode regresi logistik biner berdasarkan parameter lingkungan tanah. Variabel yang digunakan meliputi pH tanah, suhu tanah, dan kelembapan tanah sebagai variabel independen, serta tingkat kesuburan tanah sebagai variabel dependen yang diklasifikasikan menjadi dua kelas, yaitu subur dan tidak subur. Data penelitian berjumlah 162 sampel yang diperoleh dari Desa Pabentengan, Kecamatan Bajeng, Kabupaten Gowa. Proses penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data, pra-pemrosesan, pemodelan, dan evaluasi kinerja model menggunakan confusion matrix. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa model regresi logistik biner mampu menghasilkan nilai akurasi sebesar 87,5%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model yang dibangun memiliki kinerja yang baik dalam memprediksi kesuburan tanah. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu petani dalam pengambilan keputusan pengelolaan lahan secara lebih efektif dan berbasis data.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Diabetes mellitus (DM) merupakan penyakit kronis dengan prevalensi yang terus meningkat dan berpotensi menimbulkan berbagai komplikasi serius apabila tidak terdeteksi sejak dini. Keterbatasan metode diagnostik konvensional dalam menangani data kesehatan yang besar dan kompleks mendorong pemanfaatan pendekatan berbasis machine learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model prediksi risiko diabetes mellitus menggunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) dengan metode Stratified K-Fold Cross Validation. Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari 1.041 data pasien yang diperoleh dari Rumah Sakit Haji Makassar, dengan variabel meliputi usia, tekanan darah, status gula darah sewaktu, indeks massa tubuh, dan lingkar perut. Tahapan penelitian meliputi pemrosesan data, normalisasi menggunakan Standard Scaler, pemodelan KNN dengan metrik jarak Manhattan, serta evaluasi kinerja model menggunakan akurasi, precision, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model KNN mampu mencapai rata-rata akurasi sebesar 87,55% dengan performa yang stabil pada setiap fold. Analisis feature importance menunjukkan bahwa tekanan darah sistolik, lingkar perut, dan gula darah sewaktu merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap status gula darah. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma KNN berpotensi digunakan sebagai alat bantu deteksi dini risiko diabetes mellitus berbasis data kesehatan. ABSTRACT Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease with a continuously increasing prevalence and the potential to cause various serious complications if not detected early. The limitations of conventional diagnostic methods in handling large and complex health data have encouraged the use of machine learning-based approaches. This study aims to develop a diabetes mellitus risk prediction model using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm with the Stratified K-Fold Cross Validation method. The dataset consisted of 1,041 patient records obtained from Haji Hospital Makassar, including variables such as age, blood pressure, random blood glucose level, body mass index, and waist circumference. The research stages included data preprocessing, normalization using Standard Scaler, KNN modeling with the Manhattan distance metric, and model performance evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The results showed that the KNN model achieved an average accuracy of 87.55% with stable performance across each fold. Feature importance analysis indicated that systolic blood pressure, waist circumference, and random blood glucose level were the most influential factors affecting blood glucose status. These findings suggest that the KNN algorithm has the potential to be used as a decision-support tool for the early detection of diabetes mellitus risk based on health data..

Abstract

ABSTRAKSektor pertanian memiliki peran strategis dalam pembangunan perekonomian nasional, terutama dalam upaya mewujudkan ketahanan pangan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Salah satu aspek penting dalam mendukung produktivitas pertanian adalah ketersediaan air melalui sistem irigasi yang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan air irigasi pada Jaringan Irigasi Dea di Kecamatan Baranti, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah keseimbangan air dengan memperhatikan faktor curah hujan, topografi, serta kondisi hidrologis daerah penelitian. Lokasi penelitian berada di Kecamatan Baranti dengan data curah hujan selama 20 tahun terakhir yang diperoleh dari beberapa stasiun hujan di Sub DAS Walanae. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Poligon Thiessen untuk menentukan curah hujan rata-rata wilayah dan perhitungan debit aliran sungai guna mengetahui ketersediaan air irigasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan air pada jaringan irigasi dea rata-rata sebesar 4,68 m³/detik, sedangkan kebutuhan air untuk lahan pertanian mencapai 1,25 m³/detik. Dengan demikian, kondisi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sistem irigasi masih mampu memenuhi kebutuhan air tanaman, namun tetap memerlukan pengelolaan dan pengaturan distribusi air secara optimal agar tidak terjadi defisit pada musim kering.Kata Kunci: Irigasi, Keseimbangan Air, Curah Hujan, Sub DAS Walanae, Kecamatan Baranti. ABSTRACTThe agricultural sector plays a strategic role in the development of the national economy, particularly in achieving food security and community welfare. One of the crucial aspects that supports agricultural productivity is the availability of water through an efficient irrigation system. This study aims to analyze the irrigation water requirements of the Dea Irrigation Network in Baranti District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The approach used is the water balance method, taking into account rainfall, topography, and hydrological conditions of the study area. The research was conducted In Baranti District using rainfall data from the last 20 years obtained from several rainfall stations in the Walanae Sub-watershed. The analysis employed the Thiessen Polygon Method to determine the regional average rainfall and river discharge calculations to estimate water availability. The results show that the average water availability in the Dea irrigation network is 4.68 m³/s, while the water demand for agricultural land is 1.25 m³/s. These findings indicate that the irrigation system can still meet crop water requirements, although optimal management and distribution arrangements are necessary to prevent water deficits during the dry season.Keywords: Irrigation, Water Balance, Rainfall, Walanae Sub-Watershed, Baranti District.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenurunan kapasitas infiltrasi tanah akibat meningkatnya kawasan kedap air di perkotaan berkontribusi terhadap meningkatnya aliran permukaan yang memicu genangan dan banjir. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakteristik laju infiltrasi tanah dan hubungannya dengan aliran permukaan di Kecamatan Panakkukang, Kota Makassar. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui pengukuran laju infiltrasi dengan double ring infiltrometer pada dua lokasi serta analisis curah hujan rencana menggunakan metode Mononobe berdasarkan data 10 tahun terakhir. Parameter infiltrasi dianalisis dengan model Horton dan dibandingkan dengan intensitas hujan. Hasil menunjukkan Lokasi 1 (Taman Toddopuli) memiliki f0 = 1620,00 mm/jam, fc = 24,00 mm/jam, k = 2,88 dengan laju konstan tercapai pada 1,92 jam. Lokasi 2 (Lapangan AURI Panaikang) memiliki f0= 672,00 mm/jam, fc = 36,00 mm/jam, k = 2,01, dengan laju konstan pada 2,17 jam. Intensitas hujan rencana kala ulang 10 tahun (tc = 0,70 jam) sebesar 81,01 mm/jam. Aliran permukaan mulai terbentuk pada 1,00 jam di Lokasi 1 dan 1,42 jam di Lokasi 2, dengan aliran permukaan 9,01 mm/jam. Temuan ini menegaskan adanya hubungan terbalik antara laju infiltrasi dan aliran permukaan: semakin tinggi laju infiltrasi, maka aliran permukaan semakin rendah, sebaliknya, jika laju infiltrasi menurun, maka aliran permukaan meningkat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan infrastruktur resapan seperti sumur resapan, biopori, dan taman hujan sebagai strategi konservasi air. Kata Kunci: Laju infiltrasi, aliran permukaan, intensitas curah hujan ABSTRACTThe reduction in soil infiltration capacity due to the expansion of impervious surfaces in urban areas contributes to increased surface runoff, leading to waterlogging and flooding. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of soil infiltration rates and their relationship with surface runoff in Panakkukang District, Makassar City. A quantitative approach was applied through field measurements of infiltration rates using a double ring infiltrometer at two study sites, along with the analysis of design rainfall using the Mononobe method based on 10 years of rainfall data. Infiltration parameters were determined using the Horton model and evaluated by comparing rainfall intensity with infiltration capacity. The results show that Site 1 (Toddopuli Park) recorded f0 = 1620,00 mm/h, fc= 24,00 mm/h, k = 2,88 with constant rate after 1,92 hours. Site 2 (AURI Field Panaikang) recorded f0= 672,00 mm/h, fc = 36,00 mm/h, k = 2,01, with constant rate after 2,17 hours. The 10-year return period rainfall intensity (tc = 0,70 h) was 80,74 mm/h. Runoff began at 1,00 h at Site 1 and 1,42 h at Site 2, producing 9,01 mm/h of runoff. These findings confirm the inverse relationship between infiltration rate and surface runoff: higher infiltration reduces runoff, while lower infiltration increases it. Thus, infiltration-based infrastructures such as recharge wells, biopores, and rain gardens are required as water conservation strategies. Abstract

ABSTRAKAir bersih merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar bagi kehidupan manusia sehingga sistem pengelolaan air harus terus ditingkatkan dari tahun ke tahun. Air berperan penting bagi kehidupan manusia dalam perencanaan dan pembangunan kota. Di kawasan permukiman, air merupakan infrastruktur penting untuk mendukung keberlanjutan dan pembangunan. Air tidak lagi menjadi komoditas yang tersedia secara luas dan digunakan secara bebas, melainkan menjadi komoditas ekonomi yang langka. Sistem distribusi air bersih sangat penting untuk memastikan akses air yang berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat. Tantangan utama dalam distribusi air bersih meliputi aliran air yang terbatas, perbedaan ketinggian di area layanan, dan tekanan rendah dalam jaringan distribusi.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan air bersih 10 tahun mendatang di kelurahan Galonta, Kecamatan Enrekang, dan Untuk merencanakan sistem jaringan distribusi air bersih di kelurahan Galonta, Kecamatan Enrekang menggunakan software EPANET 2.0. Metode penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder, serta pemodelan dan simulasi sistem distribusi menggunakan perangkat lunak EPANET 2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan air bersih rata-rata untuk seluruh penduduk di Kelurahan Galonta pada tahun 2034 diperoleh sebesar 5,234 liter/detik, yang mencakup kebutuhan domestik, non domestik, serta faktor kehilangan air. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil simulasi EPANET 2.0 direncanakan reservoir dengan tampungan 49,5 m3 dan jaringan pipa sepanjang 4.042,8 m. Water is very important for human life in urban planning and development. In settlements, water is an important infrastructure to support its sustainability and development. Water is no longer a commodity that is widely available and used freely, but has become a scarce economic commodity. Clean water distribution systems are very important to ensure sustainable water access for the community. The main challenges in clean water distribution include limited water flow, differences in elevation in the service area, and low pressure in the distribution network. This study aims to determine the amount of clean water needed for the next 10 years in Galonta Village, Enrekang District, and To plan a clean water distribution network system in Galonta Village, Enrekang District using EPANET 2.0 software. The research method includes primary and secondary data collection, as well as modeling and simulation of the distribution system using EPANET 2.0 software. The results of the study indicate that the average clean water requirement for all residents in Galonta Village in 2034 is 5,234 liters/second, which includes domestic, non-domestic needs, and water loss factors. Then, based on the results of the EPANET 2.0 simulation, a reservoir with a capacity of 49.5 m3 and a pipe network of 4042.8 m is planned. Abstract

ABSTRAKPerkembangan media online yang pesat memudahkan masyarakat dalam memperoleh informasi secara cepat dan luas. Namun, kemudahan tersebut juga meningkatkan penyebaran berita hoaks yang dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem yang mampu mengklasifikasikan berita hoaks secara otomatis dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem klasifikasi berita hoaks pada media online menggunakan metode Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) dan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM). Dataset diperoleh dari sumber terbuka berbasis web, yaitu situs klarifikasi hoaks dan portal berita online, yang kemudian melalui tahapan Preprocessing meliputi pembersihan teks, normalisasi, dan tokenisasi. Proses ekstraksi fitur dilakukan menggunakan metode Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) untuk merepresentasikan teks dalam bentuk numerik. Model klasifikasi dibangun menggunakan algoritma SVM dengan kernel linear karena efektif dalam menangani data teks berdimensi tinggi.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan mampu mengklasifikasikan berita hoaks dan non-hoaks dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 96,20%, serta didukung oleh nilai precision, recall, dan F1-score yang tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi metode OSINT, TF-IDF, dan SVM efektif dalam membangun sistem klasifikasi berita hoaks berbasis web dengan performa yang baik. ABSTRACTThe rapid development of online media makes it easier for people to obtain information quickly and widely. However, this convenience also increases the spread of hoax news, which can have negative impacts on society. Therefore, a system capable of automatically and accurately classifying hoax news is needed. This research aims to develop a hoax news classification system in online media using Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) methods and the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. The Dataset was obtained from web-based open sources, namely hoax clarification websites and online news portals. The data were then subjected to Preprocessing stages including text cleaning, normalization, and tokenization. The feature extraction process was carried out using the Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) method to represent text in numerical form. The classification model was built using the SVM algorithm with a linear kernel because it is effective in handling high-dimensional text data. Test results show that the developed model is capable of classifying hoax and non-hoax news with an accuracy rate of 96.20%, supported by high precision, recall, and F1-score values. This demonstrates that the combination of OSINT, TF-IDF, and SVM methods is effective in building a web-based hoax news classification system with good performance.
